I threw it in the trash! Why?

On June 13th of 2023 I ordered online from the Zaxby's restaurant at 282 Palisades Blvd. Birmingham, AL *******!
I went in to pick up my online via app order but I noticed I had made a simple mistake by not placing my order correctly online! I didn't want the special sauce, but yet wanted mayo & lettuce added so I immediately spoke to the cashier at the time in hopes of her correcting it for me, which she kindly did!
Once I got to my vehicle & decided to open up my order of the what I thought would be the properly corrected & prepared food which I had ordered, it was just a plain chicken sandwich with cheese!
I immediately went back into the Zaxby's restaurant at 282 Palisades Blvd. Birmingham, AL ******* & as I was pulling the container out of the bag to show them my sandwich wasn't prepared correctly, I almost spilled the fries out it!
It was employee of Zaxby's up front & as I stated it's no bacon or anything on my sandwich! She immediately went on the defense & stated you didn't have to throw the food on the counter like that! I replied Mam, I'm going to eat this food why would I throw it! Could you all just hand me some bacon and lettuce and I will put it in my sandwich myself!
The nice nasty female employee screamed to the back hand me some lettuce and bacon! Then the female employee said lettuce don't come on it! I then replied Mam, it doesn't even matter, just hand me some bacon & that will be just fine it's not that big of a deal! The female employee that was working the drive thru then stated oh, he wanted to add lettuce! So then she screamed to the back, hand me some bacon and lettuce!
The dude that prepared my food, was screaming to someone, but I didn't actually know who, but he was screaming, Cuz what's wrong with your food, hey cuz what's wrong with your food! After being told several times to pass up some lettuce & Bacon so I we all could move about our day! I never received the lettuce or bacon! I left that particular Zaxby's & took pictures of the food right before I actually through it in the the trash!
It wasn't what I paid for or corrected in the order, so I didn't want it! I haven't eaten Zaxby's since!
My son told me since I eat Zaxby's so much I should download the app, which my son actually did it for me! I don't think I will never need the app or go to another Zaxby's again!
My attitude was as if, I understand everyone makes mistakes & it's was an easy fix! The employee's of this particular Zaxby's, attitude was yeah I made a mistake and you shouldn't have said anything about it & took what we have prepared & given you! Yeah we upset because you caught us making a mistake & we refuse to correct it!
Check out the picture below I took of the food on the ground so I could take picture of it to let you all know, I actually threw it away! I didn't want to eat it after all the attitude the trouble the employees were trying to cause over something that could have been so simple & easy to correct!
I think it's nothing Zaxby's can do to make me change my mind due to the mistreatment I received from their employees & the lack of concern of just handling the simple situation, instead of trying to make a bigger ordeal about it than it actually was!I wonder how many more Zaxby's Restaurant locations, would treat me the same way this one actually did, so I simply refuse to eat at Zaxby's anymore!
