Zaxby's

My son and I were super excited about going to Zaxby's. Arrived 10 minutes before opening. Again excited. We ordered a 20 piece and a sandwich. Trust, I know freshly cooked chicken after eating it almost daily for 59 years. IT WAS OLD AND DRY. 31 BUCKS down the drain. Never be 1st in line at Zaxbys little rock. I could have eaten last nights chicken at home!

I have always really loved zaxbys, it's just my favorite place to eat out, whenever I do go fast food.
Although. The last several times I have gone out it has been terrible. The chicken is either very overly cooked, nothing left but dry cardboard chicken, or the grease is old and taste like old fish grease and the fries are cold and greasy also, terrible just terrible. I don't normally give reviews on much of anything because sometimes you just get bad food every once in awhile due to to new people or something but come on now the is happening every time I choose this place to eat, which is most of the time (Oxford, Alabama). I'm so sorry for myself to say I won't be back bc I really do love there chicken but it's not worth the gamble of " Am I going to get good food". After all I do watch what I eat most of the time but sometimes it's nice to eat out and splurge but not at Zaxbys

I asked for fries with lite seasoning, you gave extra seasoning and extra grease! U could have kept the extra grease please and given no seasoning

I saw the photo of their new chicken sandwich so I ordered it. I found out that the bun is bigger than the chicken patty. The photo showed the chicken patty bigger than the bun.
It did taste pretty good but it was so small when I got it I was disappointed. Plus I got a bout 10 fries and a drink so full of ice that it had very little beverage.

I order 2 10 piece chicken wing and a number 4 ( 5 buffalo wing meal) drove 25 mins home just to realize my order consists of all drums. My number 4 had only 1 wing and the rest all drums. My 2 10 piece wings out of the WHOLE BOX there was only 4 wings in both boxes. When I called the store the first tone I was placed on hold for 10 mins. Called again and the man was so rude. I worked in both food and retail business as a manager. This was by far the worst experience I ever had especially for my first time going to the restaurant.

I always come to this zaxby's. It's always the same manager. She talks to them as if she is a bully. I think Michelle is her name. Today experience was e even worse. The young lady was helping me out and she constantly found a way to bother her as she was helping me. I then heard her mumble "these damn kids" under her breathe. Hopefully this helps you find better management

I don't usually write reviews but I am disappointed. I ordered a fried cobb salad, so excited about it! Ordered 1 ranch, 1 spicy ranch (I dont know if I like the spicy yet) and received 2 spicy ranch. Hardly any bacon, 1 half slice of bacon not even chopped. Med Dr Pepper and received what I think is Diet Coke/Pepsi (YUCK IMO)! Overall not what I was expecting. Service was great, on the other hand. Very friendly staff.

Ordered the Cobb salad it was the smallest salad I have ever gotten $7.09. Friends said their salads were good and that you get a nice size. Not this one, very disappointed.
The last time I went to this place my fries were not done and had to come home and re-cook them. SMH!

Went to ******* U.S.Hwy 280 Sylacauga, AL ordered carry out with the order being sweet and spicy boneless chicken wings. There was no sauce on the wings. Fries were cold. Please put cooks in the kitchen that take pride in their job and performance. Do better Zaxbys! You charge enough.

At the HWY 90 Pace, FL location... I was told to pull around and park in the first space to wait for my drive thru order. It was not clarified exactly where to park. So, I did my best guess, assuming an employee would come out soon to look for my car. After 25 minutes, I gave up and went inside. I was told I didn't get my food because I wasn't correctly parked. When I asked if the employee could please clarify that for the next customer, she turned around and walked away. I understand mistakes are made and communication is unclear, even on my part. But I didn't pay $45 for a meal and wait 25 minutes in a parking lot to be completely ignored and treated like trash. An apology for a misunderstanding would have been nice. Instead I got rolled eyes and flipped hair. Classy.

I prefer zaxby's because the waters have respect for their customers, and they have wings! Zaxby's has their Zaxby's sauce, one of my favorite and superior sauces when it comes to French fries. Zak sauce is zesty, creamy, and makes my heart happy. Unfortunately, Zaxby's has a company rule of 25 cents for every requested extra sauce Zaxby's has a menu unique from other fast food chains. If you peep in the kitchen of Zaxby's, you'll see fresh loaves of sliced bread ready to be made into Texas toast. They aren't too garlic-y either, making them the perfect buns for sandwiches.

On Thursday, July 22,2021; I ordered two large platters. I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff. The customer service was great. The staff were especially helpful and extremely kind. The young person running the register was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and perfect for my occasion. I am very pleased with my service. The location is Pyramid Village, Greensboro, NC *******.

I ordered 2 zax sauces, for which I paid $.25, and they forgot both of them! They also forgot the goldfish that comes in the kids meal and they gave around 10 fries. The food is great, if they remembered to put it in the bag.

I was eating my salad and chewed on something hard. At first I thought it was maybe a bone but I know Zaxbys usually don't have bones. So when I pulled it out my mouth it was one of those metal bread ties. I bit on it kind of hard now I have to deal with that.

They had no zax sauce, no salads, and no wings, they turned us away from the dining room even though we were there 10 minutes before we closed and weren't planning on eating in there, just didn't want to go through the drive through, and every person we encountered was terrible rude
