Zaxby's

We placed an online order and they had the lobby doors (checked each side of the building) locked so i couldn't walk in to get my order. Tried calling and they would not answer the phone. So, we had to wait in the drive through. Made it to the window and asked if the meal was going to be cold because by now it was 20 minutes past my pick up time. Pretty sure they took the chicken off the sandwich and threw in the fryer for a minute to warm it back up. The chicken was tough. Egg rolls were cold and i was stressed for time to eat and get back to work. This is what happens when you only have young people in the place and they don't know what customer service is. Will not be going back.

I've been to Zaxby's in Lynn Haven Florida with my son many times, they charge extra for ranch dip. But they seldom actually put it in the box or the bag. In fact, they are really good at forgetting the bread, or the Cole slaw, or the extra ranch you ordered. But the one thing you can always count on them remembering is charging you for the ranch you didn't get. And these issues happen about 70% of the time. So when I ask for extra ranch and they tell me it will be 25¢, I just give them my look of disapproval. I'd like to say, why don't you give me the last 25 ranch dips I paid for and didn't get? If I'm inside I go back and make them give me everything they forgot, but a lot of our Zaxby's visits are drive thru and by the time we figure out what we don't have, it's just not worth going back for.

I usually order Zaxbys salad. It's usually fine, but sometimes, the products are not fresh, especially the tomatoes. And it happens more often when I order for delivery.

They will NEVER even start the order when I order online until I get there. Sometimes even after I get there they still won't ever start it. Their food is ok at best as well. I have never had issues with other restaurants not starting orders. What's the problem?

I said I would never go back after my first horrible experience where they left out key ingredients in my salad and did not make up for the error, now I know why. They charge plenty for a mediocre Zalad and had the nerve to change the dressing from 1.25 oz to 1 oz and only give 2 which is not enough for some people. Now they want to charge a quarter or more for additional dressing. FOH! It's not like they make the dressing from scratch. I said give me my money back, and I was out.

I went to Zaxby's today to get my daughter food since she stays after school for choir rehearsal 6 extra hours a few days a week

I ordered the Grilled Chicken meal with a diet drink + one extra large cup of water on the side. They charged me 9.49 I asked for a receipt because I thought the sign on the drive through said 6.29 for the meal They charged me 2.49 for my extra cup of water. I told them to keep the extra water. I would never pay that much for tap water. Starbucks always gives me extra huge water cups for FREE anytime I need it... shame on them for charging so much for extra water

On the evening of September 29,2019 a few of my battle buddies entered into the Zaxbys on Two notch Rd at closing time. (Which we did not know at the time) upon entrance we were greeted by Ms. India and Ms. McKenzie to take our order. After a few minutes I noticed that the time of closing was actually when we entered into the building. I would just like to say how enthused I was with the service I received. Normally upon entering a place of business at closing someone would give attitudes or give us cold food but our good was hot and fresh. I greatly appreciate the service offered by McKenzie, India and Zaxby.

Over priced and employees are children playing around. I asked for grilled chicken. We out of grilled chicken. I asked for a chicken sandwich, werere out of chicken sandwiches I asked for chicken strips, silence. I asked can you tell me what you do have available, again silence. I pulled around and I was trying to pay the young lady as she had me just sitting there while she was talking to coworkers. After paying $10 for a salad to a girl with an attitude they were out of everything and condiments were extra. When I got home and the food was as bad as the service. Toast was burned no bacon and very little chicken. I called the store twice, no answer. Save your time and money.

I hate to give only 2 stars because your food is good. But I hate your commercials with a passion. They are so loud. Much louder than the other commercials. When I babysit your commercials wake up the children during naptime. And that is so frustrating. My grandmother even complains cause she keeps her TV turned up due hard of hearing and your commercials nearly give her a dang heart attack. Not only is it loud but it don't ease into being loud. No. Yall it's seriously like quiet and them BAM! Loud music. It really bothers a lot of people.

Don't call for a order in Dublin ga. 50 minutes after placing the call still hadn't got order. The drive through emptied 3 times. Would not answer phone to check on order and door was locked. Finally walked up to drive in window to get someone's attention. When finally got order it was wrong and no silver ware

I know that you all know what good fries look like. My food was horrible and I won't never eat there again. Fries soggy and dark and greasy and cold. If I wasn't a good citizen, I would go there and shove some nice, crispy, hot fries up your behind. This is the last time I eat anything from ZAXBY'S.

I downloaded the zax app today, ordered 65.00 worth of food. Get to the store and gave them my phone to scan for the Free snack that is advertised, but they tell me that the app isn't working but I ordered my meal on the app. So they didn't give me the free snack that they are advertising. I'm going to do give my business to Popeyes.

I absolutely love eating at Zaxbys. I have gone to different locations and they are all very clean and the employees are friendly. The chicken fingers are juicy and not greasy, delicious coleslaw, and the bread is great!

I ordered 2 signature chicken sandwich meals today, the pictures and advertisements show and tell of a real chicken breast fillet, but what we got were chicken patties that you can buy in the frozen department at the grocery store. Highly disappointed, it wasn't real chicken breast. Chick-fil-A definitely has them beat by a long shot, if you buy a chicken sandwich from zaxbys, probably best to go with the chicken finger sandwich.

We call in at 4.45 p.m. and they said the food will be ready in ten minutes, we was there in ten minutes, we call and told them that we was here, the young lady said that she would be right out, we waited and waited until we call back in and she told us again that she would be right out, it took more than 30 minute to get our food. We was very disappointed and after waiting so long the food was cold.we will not be going back to zaxby in Thomson Ga. Very very poor service. Need to get with the manger and straight thing out?

Everytime i go, the fries are never seasoned the way they should be. It's very rare to have them seasoned correctly now. And the fries are one of my favorite things there and it sucks to pull out of the drive thru and them not be the way they should be

They do not have no respect for the customers or over the phone when you call and tell them about their order wrong or your order is wrong and they don't put no sauce in the bags or in the boxes at all and the manager is rude and so is everybody that works there

We ordered a 10 piece boneless wings - Mild and a large order of fries, a Wings and Things with boneless Mild wings and extra Zaxby's sauce.
When we made it to the pick up window we asked to make sure the extra sauce was in the bag and of course it wasnt so we did get that after asking for it again.
When my husband and I got home and started eating the wings they were so hot that we had to wipe the sauce off and they were still to hot to eat. In a nut shell $27.00 wasted.
