First- I order a PLAIN sandwich which had to be returned twice! Apparently plain is an unique concept here.
Second- I was unable to eat any of my food as they failed to let me know prior to ordering they were out of ketchup! Fried without ketchup is nasty!
And lastly- I had to ask for straws, lids and napkins because they keep those behind the counters!
Awful place & gives the who company a bad name!
Do not save your card on their app or online. Someone ordered from my account from another state and Zaxby's only response was to report it to my bank.
At the location at Olive Branch Mississippi. I got boneless wings. These are without doubt the best wings I have ever had. OMG they are perfect! However, the restaurant was a wreck. The men's bathroom had holes in the walls that had been spackled over but not repainted. It was filthy. There were no towels in either of the two towel dispensers, and no soap in the soap dispenser. The dining room had missing ceiling tiles. The cashier did not know how to find a customer comment card. The product is fantastic, but the managers here need to be replaced. Great wings, terrible facilities maintenance.
Order online bc the drive thru was forever long and taking forever. Said my order would be ready inside in 10 mins. Come time my order was ready to pick up the door was locked. Knocked and ignored me. Called them they answered didn't say anything then hung up in my face. Called again they answered tell them I had a order I placed online then tells me the lobby closes at 8 no where does the app or online tell u that. So was told I had to get in the drive thru line that was then out of the parking lot. Don't even get me started about trying to get out of my parking spot bc there parking lot is straight trash. 10/10 would not recommend. Still currently sitting in the line and should have gotten my food 20 mins ago.

I am so disappointed tonight with zaxbys first of all they gave me cold food which I spend $30.00 for then they replaced it while my child was eating it there was a whole dime found in my baby food and when I took it back those young boys they had working there thought it was funny to laugh about it. That is not a laughing matter my baby could have got choke on that dime never will I ever eat at zaxbys again.
The more I look at the salad the worst it gets the edge is not even cut up the cucumbers are huge and the tomatoes taste like they're old I will never buy another salad from Zaxby's they are dead to me. Get a real salad come on now
Ordered online from the store in Albany Georgia and went to the pick up and had to wait over 30 minutes for them to bring it out. Only 2 Big Zax meals. No reason. They don't want you to order. I have called 3 times and still no meal.
The employees can usually never get the order right, but I tend to get over it quickly.
The amazing food makes up for the poor performance of the employees. The zax sauce is what makes zaxby's my favorite restaurant. That sauce makes the already good food two times better, and I would recommend this food to anyone. I genuinely close my eyes from satisfaction when eating that delicious food covered with zax sauce. 9/10 restaurant. Love it, would eat again.
Zaxby is greedy with their sauce! Unfortunately with Zax Sauce they need to stop charging for additional sauce's/ Especially when you're buying for multiple people and platters. 1 Zax sauce for 6 people isn't realistic. I mean seriously, what company charges you for extra sauce for your chicken fingers? Come on guys - seriously. You're already more expensive than other chains - lighten up, and give your customers some sauce.
I used the call ahead order it took me about 8 minutes to get there and 17 minutes in the drive-thru now it's 8 minutes back home 33 minutes later I have cold food and missing an order fries and chips. Please at least open the dining room for call ins. This store is in knoxville tn east town
I usually enjoy the quality of Zaxby's service and efficiency but there standard was lower with their employee working the drive through... I understand the expectations of some consumers can be outrageous and provoke reactions but Taveeya confused me with her rudeness... She was abrupt and dismissive when I asked for simple condiments... I get afternoon rushes but she never made eye contact and was never polite in any capacity... She wasn't professional! To whom ever this may concern... The Zaxby on 640 w. Tennessee St will never get my business
We picked up Cobb salads from the Browns Bridge location. It was hard to believe that it was from zaxby. The chicken wasn't fresh, the lettuce was limp, there were no crunchy onion chips and the boiled egg was not freshly cut. It was so far below what I have always gotten from other locations that I was Leary of eating it and threw it away. You should be reprimanded for serving such a poor product. It make everyone look bad.
Honey BBQ wings are one of the most popular flavors of wings of all time and Zaxbys does not offer that favor. It blows my mind. Whoever's making the decisions about which flavors to carry definitely needs to smarten up.
The only reason I'm not giving it the full 5star review is because, I have placed an online order a few times and my order wasn't right and I was missing 6 ranch dressings' that I paid for (that stuff aint free) But other than that, I highly recommend this yummy business to everyone! Love their Cobb salad!
The zaxbys on north monore move really slow i was out here for at least 45mins wating on our food this is very upsetting and aggravating. It makes no sense for them to have such poor customer service and they also pulled everyone to the front of the building
Ordered a big family meal and fried pickles at drive through Maumelle Ar. Told him I needed enough Zaxby sauce for the meal. Paid, pulled over to wait and saw I was charged $1 for four extra sauce packs. Got home, had a total of six, I guess the two free ones were for the huge meal. The fries were mush, the chicken is mediocre. I will stick with Chick-Fila where they don't have to sell sauce to turn a profit. My pleasure for not returning!
I very rarely eat here. Why? Always disappointed. I like my wings cooked a little crispy. To these cook here, they take offense to that. So I stopped eating there. Then one year later, I decided to try it through Door Dash. I placed the order online PLUS I called to see if they could cook my order of wings a little crispy? The lady said yes. When they arrived, mushy as always. I give up. Zaxby's you have a signature sauce and brand. Please don't let mad offended employees mess that up for you. Hire employees who want to be there and who care about each customers needs. That's all we ask for. My order was over $35.00 and I really wanted a refund when it arrived. However the bread was good. I received a $25 gift card to zaxby. A place that I usually don't eat at because the prices are overrated. So with my $25 gift card I ordered a 10-piece bone wing, cheese balls and a funnel cake that wants it cools off you could turn it into a soul for the bottom of your shoe. This junk food cost me $25 the taxes on the food that I ordered was well above the 10 cents on a dollar. The people were wrapped around the building in the Drive-Thru you could see generation X really loves this food maybe I ordered the wrong thing because I felt robbed robbed of my 25.00. So for experimental reasons I'm going to go back to Zaxby's and try the chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders and see if I think this is what the fuss is all about because I was not impressed and this is probably why I have never been interested in eating at Zaxby's
Stopped by shortly after 5 for a #1 - only car around- yet asked to pull forward but since there weren't any other cars, nicely said I'd prefer to stay at the window but I'd move if any other car were to come. We started with one female, then came another, then a male who is I'd assume a sorry excuse of a "manager" opened the window threw the bag & slammed the window back. $#*!es.
