I purchased a blazer from Zara and waited more than a week for this product and had high hoped for it, but when I got the blazer it was worn, stained, and very dirty/smelly. NEVER IN MY LIFE WOULD I SHOP HERE AGAIN. ITS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. IF YOU DONT WANT CRAPPY AND WORN CLOTHING FROM HERE, I'D STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NOT TO SHOP HERE. IT WONT EVEN LET ME UPLOAD THE PHOTOS FOR IT!
I bought a shirt last week, and somehow lost the receipt. I brought the shirt back to Zara in stores and showed them my bank statement of the exact amount I had paid for. They were incredibly unhelpful. I understand I didn't have the receipt but would have been happy to return it with store credit--they would get the shirt back, and I would get my money back! However, the sales associate told me they could only exchange the shirt for a different size or color. If I don't like the shirt, why would I want a different size? Also, they can do THAT exchange but not let me exchange it for something else? This is an incredibly stupid policy, and a blow for Zara that they cannot be understanding with their customers.
The sales associate gave me the customer service number, and when I called they did nothing but reiterate the return policy. When I asked for a number to file a complaint, they told me I would have to find it myself. If you would like to file a complaint you can do so via their "chat" option on their customer service website. I doubt they really took note of my complaint, and I'm sad to say I won't be shopping at Zara again--which is unfortunate because I love a lot of their clothes!
Their customer service and return policy is disappointing and will only hurt Zara in the long run.
I love Zara children's clothing and I buy a lot of my grandchildren's wardrobe one line from Zara. Because there is no children's section in the Pointe Claire Fairview store, I order on line and sometimes have to return clothing that is maybe the wrong size.
For a return, arriving at the line up to be served, there are two rows; one for those buying clothing and another for the second class clients who are returning clothing. Those buying are given priority to be served while those returning clothing are made to wait while the buying clients are served ahead of them. This is very insulting because the message is clear that we who are returning clothing are not valued as customers.
Today I returned a few items (and kept a number of others) and got into the second class return line. Two buying clients went ahead of me. When the lone cashier called me up, a buying client complained loud and clear that she was not taken ahead of me.
This is what Zara has created; conflict and intimidation at the cash.
P.S. Btw to make matters worse I am a 75 year old woman with a bad back. Standing for 10 minutes is painful especially when I have to wait while others who came after me are served ahead of me.
Fraud charges to my account. Simone in customer service did nothing that she said she would. They charged my account and did not give me the money back.
Do not deal with this company
I worked at Zara call center in Florida they have us lie and not tell the customers where we really are they have us LIE to the customers and tell them it was their own defect and most of all they have us LIE that "your case is under review" company is a big fraud I don't see how they could live their life like this lying and stealing people's money what I hated most about working there the customers package would be lost and they would say they started a claim and contacted the courier which they never did all they look at is how much money you spend with them and how much returns you have done and if you have filed a claim before
Recently having a very bad experience with the customer service. After lots of follow up call not getting any supportive response from the customer care service.
I ordered from Zara, i spent over $100 online, plus extra to get express NEXT day shipping. First of all, it didn't arrive in one day but whatever, and then Purolater apparently just left it on my doorstop without asking for a signature, calling me, or even KNOCKING which in montreal is just asking for it to be stolen. I checked with the front desk of my apartment and they claim that NO deliveries were made that day. I contacted Purolater and they just told me to contact Zara. I did and they said they basically weren't responsible but that they would "look into it". It has been a week and they AGAIN, essentially just gave me the run around. IN WHAT WORLD are you supposed to pay $130 to a supposedly "reputable" company and have it just disappear into thin air with no explanation?
Just get it delivered in store and save yourself a stress-caused stroke.
I had purchase shoe from Zara Showroom at Elante Mall on 14th Nov, 2023 in Rs. 3999 but within 40 days to 50 days the upper black layer is pilled off and this is one of worst experience of your brand. Then i go to complaint at your elatnte out let and they denied to give any service. SO i dont recommend to buy the ZARA Products because one of the problem in the shoes and second in your dealing with your customers. In the end i think the payment of the shoes is waste but i get a lesson. I paid Rs. 3999 for this lesson but readers of the review get this message in free.

I want to thank you, your managers are very polite and responsive, they helped me with the order and answered my questions very quickly and accurately
I worked at this ZARA and I quit because the Managers are on a high horse and treat their employees like SH*T. During a sale, customers come in and DESTROY clothing, THROW clothing on to the ground, HIDE CLOTHING in the store, bring in 40+ items into the fitting room, and STEAL items. YET the managers use the phrases "customers are always right" and "we are a people company" (direct quote from a manager). HOWEVER they use these phrases to justify when a customer harasses, abuses the clothing and mocks employees for enforcing store policy. If you treat your own employees like SH*T then how do you expect anybody to work for you or shop for you? I am well aware that many people quit after I did.
IM having so much trouble exchanging my jeans for which i have the bill also... disgusting... what kind of customer service do ull have where youll dont even reply to emails
So I made this mistake twice. In the spring, I saw a pink floral coat on an influencer named Lombard and Fifth, she had posted it was restocked, and I bought two sizes. Well lo and behold, when I went to Zara Greenwich to return the extra size, I was told that I could not return the extra size because someone had cut off the inside materials tag as well -- it became obvious that Zara had sent me someone's return. Who needs two pink floral coats? I was upset but forgot about the incident. Then this month I saw the navy velvet pants that had been previously sold out, were restocked and marked "few items left". I bought them. The box once again came from Zara's Miami offices via Veho. I open them up and it is a used pant, no store tag REEKING of someone's body odor and you can even see their butt shape in the used trousers. It is so obvious to everyone in my household that they were worn because they stink so terribly that a family member asked me to put them in the basement. Once again, a used, worn item, this time I find it impossible to believe that Zara did not know it was so -- given the missing store tag and the awful body odor smell and the clear wear-and-tear of the trousers. So Zara shoppers 1. When you see Few Items Left, those are returns. 2. They have no shame in sticking you with an item you cannot send back or return on purpose -- they know that it's used and you will be stuck with it, with no proof. Either take video of yourself opening boxes or...stay away from Zara mail order.
Literally the worst customer service I have ever received, not only did my product come damaged which I emailed pictures too and the associate had the never to tell me she clearly does not see anything wrong even though the discoloration was present, she would not even offer me a discount but advised me to either return my product or get an exchange… I told her I was fine with the exchange and to drop it off and return it and they'll send me the new one right away, we'll apparently wasting gas and brining the item to the store the following day is not as fast as returning the product via fedex label because now my jacket is sold out and they can't give me one… what kind of bull$#*! is that? Again I don't care it is just a jacket but it's the principle when you send a damaged product, make a customer drive 30 minutes and wait in a ridiculous line at your store to follow all the instructions as were told and then to tel me it's sold out… called customer service and he basically said I'm out of look and still does not understand why a customer would be mad. He went from being a customer service representative to then being a manager and wouldn't let me talk to anyone else. I have screenshots of them saying they will exchange my jacket as well, worst company ever and you guys will never ever get my business and I will make it known how horrible you guys are. I have never dealt with a company with this many issues all for $30 when you guys are a multi billion company.
DO NOT SHOP AT ZARA.COM EVER! I wish someone would have warned me. I have been shopping at Zara for years and years and never had an issue so I had no idea they have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ordered $300 worth of clothes and now they claim they were delivered but they never were! They won't refund me my money or re-send the package so they are LITERALLY STEALING $300 from me. Shame on this multi million dollar company stealing money from normal people! I will never shop at Zara again.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Customer service is TRASH. They are not helpful. They delivered my package to the wrong address, and when I called customer service about it, they told me to re-order the items and have it shipped to my address while "they look into the issue."
After they "looked into the issue" no one followed back up with me, and they would not give me the refund for the order they delivered to the wrong address. So I paid twice for the same order. I contacted my credit card company in regards to this matter, so they can stop one of the charges, and in doing this...zara blocked my credit card. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY...STRAIGHT UP TRASH! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!
I have made purchases from Zara in the past and have had a few issues here and there, but this time they have LOST one of the shirts I returned with 2 other items. They told me they performed an extensive search for it but it is still missing. What this means is that I will be losing $50. In my mind, since I KNOW it was in the box, they are basically STEALING $50 bucks from me. It makes me wonder how often this occurs since I see so many similar complaints on this site. I will NEVER be ordering from ZARA again. They have dropped beyond what I would call dependable into what I would call CRIMINAL.
I got a box from zara.Com never heard of them, never ordered or paid for anything from them. How did they get my name and home info and my work telephone number? Wow
The dress seens to run small. A material that is scratchy and not at all pleasant to wear. I was expecting smth shorter. Maybe I should have requested the total length before ordering.
I bought an item online, which ontrac records as having been delivered to my door. I was here the day it was supposed to have been delivered- it never was delivered to me. I did not contract with ONTRAC- ZARA did. Their bad; I just want my item- NOW, not whenever and not when it may or may no longer be in stock in my size. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ZARA! I will never order online with them ever again and I highly recommend that you not order online with them either. Perhaps our united efforts might force some necessary changes to be made...
Return policy is TERRIBLE! NON-EXISTENT! BEWARE!
Daughter purchased coat for me in NYC store - did not fit. We were only able to find return info for online purchases -- or the item can be brought back to the store for return. NO ZARA stores in our state (or even neighboring states!), so we shipped orig receipt, coat and letter explaining the refund request back to the store, via UPS which was recvd by NYC store 12/2/22.
Over TWO MONTHS later and many e-mails, online chats, phone calls from ZARA and many empty promises --- NO REFUND recvd yet.
Unless you live in a city with a ZARA store ----- DO NOT EVER MAKE A ZARA PURCHASE.
Answer: Nothing. They won't help you at all. Good luck! Don't ever buy from them again!
Answer: That's right I am also returning accepting since Dec 28, we are now Jan 15 and I don't have my money back. Each time I call them they tell me today u will receive it
