I had ordered several St. Tropez products, most of which were sold out everywhere else, OR had a high markup due to only being available in the US. The package came sooo quick, even though I didn't pay for express shipping. The delivery man made sure i was home before leaving the package at my door. The package was beautiful, well wrapped, and the quality of the products was top notched. Can't wait to buy more!

I ordered from Zara, i spent over $100 online, plus extra to get express NEXT day shipping. First of all, it didn't arrive in one day but whatever, and then Purolater apparently just left it on my doorstop without asking for a signature, calling me, or even KNOCKING which in montreal is just asking for it to be stolen. I checked with the front desk of my apartment and they claim that NO deliveries were made that day. I contacted Purolater and they just told me to contact Zara. I did and they said they basically weren't responsible but that they would "look into it". It has been a week and they AGAIN, essentially just gave me the run around. IN WHAT WORLD are you supposed to pay $130 to a supposedly "reputable" company and have it just disappear into thin air with no explanation?

Just get it delivered in store and save yourself a stress-caused stroke.
