Worst experience with a return. Purchased online and returned at store. Store would not issue a receipt or refund for 3 items. Then would not return the items to me, (already paid for online transaction) stating that the return process was initiated. To date no refund. Told will take 24-48 hours for refund Have called numerous times only to be told same thing Now they have taken my money, the returned items and I am left with knowing that I will never shop at Zara or Zara online again and out hard earned money
I placed a order of $168. Ended up deleting item out of my basket by accident. I didn't realize it until after the purchase was made. Then I called customer service trying to add it to my purchase But they told me NO because the order had already been processed then I asked to have the shippiment Fee waved I was told No again and that the store does not do such thing. Very poor customer service and no accommodation or consideration To customer at all. Considering I had just placed order of $168.
Never shopping there again. Zara store needs to Learn a good customer services go's a long way.
Went online shopping on Zara and paid for 2 days shipping, theres no information about how long the process is. It ended up arriving in 7 days! Went for complain didnt get anything in return. Terrible.
I ordered an perfume and they delivered me damaged product. I returned that the very next day and it is been 10 days, I have no update about my return and no refund. They are making fool of customers.
T'was my first time to order in Zara online. I've been contacting them many times cause I haven't yet receive my orders and it's been 2 weeks already but they just transfer me to different people and asking me the same questions. Stupid! They've always telling me that It was delivered already but I've never receive anything from them. They stole my money. I would never ever try to order again from them and in-store either. And I would not highly suggest them to my family and friends.
Horrible customer service. I purchased a pair of pants. They were defective, and therefor I was told to send them back to the company by Canada post (a shipping label was provided). A few weeks went by and I called to follow up, which they then told me they lost them and cant locate them in their warehouse. After speaking to countless rude and useless managers, they told me theres nothing they can do and I wont be getting any re-inbursement. More or less I was robbed by Zara. I will never shop there nor recommend that store to anyone.
So they don't give you a receipt for online returns at the store and this's where it all starts. They lost one of the pieces and asked us for a return receipt. We were back and forth for months saying that they DO NOT provide a receipt and they keep asking for it. They never connected us to a super or manager despite us asking several times. It's a small amount, but I don't let they steal from me. I'm taking them to court.
I love shopping at Zara for my 2 year old. It is one of my favorite stores that sell kids clothes. 70% of her clothes are from there. They have fast shipping and I never had a problem with any of the items that I bought! I will continue shopping there for a long time.
Worst return policy of any store. I Purchased a jacket for my daughter-in-law, and asked the cashier to put the receipt in the bag. When I got to my daughter-in-laws house, she didn't like the jacket and the receipt was not in the bag. I went back to zero a few days later and explained that the receipt was missing, but my Visa statement could prove that I purchased the jacket. The manager absolutely refused, saying that the best they could do was to exchange the jacket for A different size. I then called corporate, spoke to a supervisor, who basically told me the same thing with an attitude. Up until now I have been a very loyal Zara customer. Horrible, disgusting customer service to say the least. Very very disappointed.
Having bought and returned Zara online, I believed that I would be able to return a store bought item by post. This is not permitted and the reason given by customer services simply unreasonable and untrue. I shall never buy Zara again.

I placed an online order of 6 items, but only 1 item was delivered to me after 3 working days. As no tracking information was provided, I emailed customer service about this issue. However, they did not help out but asked me to call 0800 customer service instead. Then the following ten days was a nightmare! I called customer service again and again, chasing them to track the remaining items or at least, let me know if they can still deliver them. However, customer service people did not help at all! They promised to track items and send me information but did not do so. The lady even just hang up my phone when I said I was really disappointed with their service!
How could a big brand like Zara did so! If they could not guarantee delivery safely and on time, or if an apology is impossible for such a mistake, they'd better stop doing this kind of business! WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!
I'm not even trying to return an item! Just trying to EXCHANGE it for a different size that would fit me. I have the receipt, all tags are attached, item is unworn, unwashed... But nope. All just because I'm over by one day! And that item was expensive and it'll just be sitting around since it doesn't fit. You would think a store with high end and high pricing would offer better policies. I will not be shopping here again
The best part about it is that they have a return policy. I ordered a jacket from here. Mistakenly, they sent me a large size. And they were so polite to respond me back with my query. The stuff was so amazing. In short, I had an amazing experience here.
I love Zara and their way of creating the spot on catwalk looks for very reasonable prices! I ordered many times from their website, but last time my order got lost on the way. But I got a personal email with an apology and a call from them, apologizing one more time and giving me a free express delivery for my next order. I would buy again, for sure!
I just read the review from the "Dubai purchase" review and it sounds just like what my review and complaint is going to say. I washed my purchase before wearing - it totally shrunk! But, I can't return it because I washed it. You can't return washed items! Even when washed according to instructions! How pitiful is that?! Also, if you notice on the website, they don't have a Review spot on the site for each garment. Hmmm... I suggest if you're interested in a Zara item you'll find the better buy somewhere else! Don't waste your time here! They just want your money!
I saw the same pair of shoes I purchased for $20 less. I chatted zara.com and Amanda assisted me. She immediately just informed me zara's policy and that was it. All I am asking for is a $20 price adjustment. That seems fair. She first said she would look into it and literally 6 seconds later, she informs me there is not price adjustment policy. She then informed me she was a manager. Well Zara, you have the worst manager ever. Instead of making the customer happy, or at least providing customer service she just really shows she doesn't care.
They just try to steel your money without sending you items that you paid for. So rude employees. Especially the one name Beth or Bath or Bad, (the 3rd name would work perfectly) She will yelled back at you. Quack quack. Please take a retirement early to save the company.
Worst brand I ever shopped with, I bought a white shoes on 15 th of october 2022 and today is 23 December 2022. I just wore these shoes three times and the rexin material of the shoes are tearing apart.

I had ordered shoes on line, Zara sent me a totally wrong pair of shoes and instead of red they sent me a pink colored shoe. I called and was told to either send the shoes back or take to a store ( which would be faster) I did that the following day. I was told they would mail me the correct shoes that was 7/21/17. Today, 8/7/17 I decided to follow up and was told sorry we don't have that shoe type so you're just going to get a refund. I love this store but I don't think I'll be shopping there anymore. At least not on line.
