I saw the same pair of shoes I purchased for $20 less. I chatted zara.com and Amanda assisted me. She immediately just informed me zara's policy and that was it. All I am asking for is a $20 price adjustment. That seems fair. She first said she would look into it and literally 6 seconds later, she informs me there is not price adjustment policy. She then informed me she was a manager. Well Zara, you have the worst manager ever. Instead of making the customer happy, or at least providing customer service she just really shows she doesn't care.
