Firstly, the file conversion program itself is excellent. Super-smooth, easy-to-use, fast, reliable. Secondly, at this point they offer the ability to convert two files a day for free, which is generous IMO. I wanted to convert at a more rapid pace, so I subscribed. Once again, process smooth as silk. Finally, I did have one billing issue, probably my own fault. Customer service responded to me promptly, courteously and clearly, and rectified my issue 100% to my satisfaction. I know, I sound like some kind of teenage groupie, but what can I say -- I love it when a business really gets things right.!

I use Zamzar for audio file conversions, and it works as advertised; it's fast, it's easy. But, the customer service is excellent. They addressed an issue that turned out to be my fault, and went above and beyond to make things right, in spite of me being a dumbass. I don't have a verification as I've finished with Zamzar and cancelled. Thank you.

So many sites offer a free conversion which turns out to require a standing order or even a direct debit which I would then have to cancel. Some offer a "free" service which is free only after you have paid a fee. Zamzar uploads, converts and downloads quickly. You get a download directly. You don't even HAVE to give an email address but if you do you get a notification. Didn't even notice adverts or spurious downloads that annexe your browser. How do they do it?

Had older files in the wps format which needed to be converted because I could not remember what their content was. Could not find my Works software to install, so went searching for a file converter. This did the trick. Thanks so much!

I ran into a very minor issue and the customer service literally responded within 10 minutes with a very generous solution to my problem that would have otherwise costed me a lot of money. I will already recommend this to all my friends who need a converter because of my interaction with their customer service. Amazing.

First time I had a. Cdr file sent to me from qa client that had it from many, many years back and wanted to use the image on their website. Well, no Corel Draw on my computer (use Illustrator, yes, Corel Draw is probably better) and I did not want to take the time to go to someone I know who has it to convert it.

Found a link in a forum to Zamzar and dropped the file onto the browser and was done in 5 minutes as an illustrator file. OH MY GOSH. That was easy and no watermarks and not strings. Thank You!

But the guilt ate at me. I should thank them or pay them something for their time and effort. But I do not need a subscription. It was my first. Cdr conversion ever. I will probably never do it again.

I dropped my. Docx into their site, and a few seconds later it popped out completed. Perfect results! Easy-Peasy!

This makes it simple and fast to convert the occasional document without bugging someone else to do it for me. Thanks, guys!

Excellent customer service. I had an issue convering a file and sent an email to Customer Service. Less than 4 hours later, a Customer Support Specialist, Grace, responded. She asked me to send her the file, and her team converted it for me within a few hours. In the era of AI, it was a delightful experience working with a human and not having to navigate through a chat bot and trying to find a solution for the issue. Overall, a very easy and seamless experience. Thank you.

I paid for the "$9 subscription" and the very next day 80 bucks was taken from my account by Zamzar, I didn't click another plan because the highest price for a plan is 25 bucks, I am greatly angered and will be taking legal action if I don't get my money back

Converted many files but 1 very complex diagram got 'stuck' Emailed it in as advised by the website and a fully converted file was returned to me. Brilliant!

Excellent service – all the video and audio formats (4) I needed were accommodated.
Contact with service desk was efficient and helpful.
I highly recommend Zamzar.
