I paid for the "$9 subscription" and the very next day 80 bucks was taken from my account by Zamzar, I didn't click another plan because the highest price for a plan is 25 bucks, I am greatly angered and will be taking legal action if I don't get my money back

It sounds like you ticked the checkbox to save money by paying annually for your account, instead of monthly, and this is why you'd have been charged $81. If you didn't mean to pay annually, we'd be very happy to change your account to a monthly one instead and refund the difference in cost.
