Supplier shortages have been an issue for many companies lately and Zager is no different. However they have handled the problem with complete honesty and have been a pleasure to deal with. During the few months I had to wait for my ZAD80CE-OM to be finished, I always received progress updates and had my questions promptly answered. A real pleasure to buy from them.
And it was well worth the wait! I received my guitar last week and this guitar is a real beauty. Over the years I've owned and played many guitars including Gibsons, Ovations, Martin and Taylor - and I would put the sound, craftsmanship, ease of playing and quality of this guitar right up there with the best of those brands. Thank you Zager for making a remarkable product at an affordable price.

I can't begin to say how happy I am with my Zager guitar. I'm always skeptical about buying something site unseen, but I couldn't be more ecstatic. I have had many guitars in my life and this instantly became my favorite. It's so easy to play and sounds amazing. Denny has put together a great customer service team and they are always willing to go above and beyond. Kudos to your entire team! I'm sure my "brand name" guitar friends will be yearning for one once they get a chance to play mine.

I bought an Epiphone back in the 1970s and played it for years until I stopped playing as I focused on my family and career. Kids are older and work life has slowed down, so I was able to start playing again a few years ago. I have always have had very large hands, XXL gloves, and now that I am older, they are not as flexible and stiffer than when I was younger. So, when I first heard about Zager guitars and their claims, I thought I would take a shot, and given it has a money-back guarantee, I gave it a go.

The guitar arrived yesterday, and I have been playing it since I opened the box and tuned it up. The slightly wider neck makes it easier to play chords that were challenging to get clean sounds on with my Epiphone. The strings are closer to the frets, so it is a lot easier to play.

That is not all, though. My wife walked by and said that the sound is a lot better than my other guitar. It was a lot more expensive than my Epiphone back in the 70s, but it was clearly worth it.

I just received my little parlor guitar a few days ago and absolutely love it! I have several high end guitars but wanted something a little easier to play due to arthritis. So glad I found Zager. Yes, it took a while to get here but the little thing was in tune out of the box! I did lower the action a little... more to see how easy it was. It was! Super simple and effective. Love the case... super quality. This has been a great company to deal with and I couldn't be happier.

It is absolutely beautiful and in perfect condition. Just needed a little tuning. The case is great. It is well worth the extra time it took due to the problem with getting the tuners from the manufacturer. I will be showing it off to all my guitar friends. Love this guitar. It was worth the 9 month wait. Better sounding, better playability, better quality and less expensive than others that carry famous brand names.

I sent Dennis Jr. An email and in less than five minutes he returned my answer. My (Fishman) Aura Pro 900 had stopped working. He said there is a two year warranty on the electronics. He said no problem he will send me a new 2021 electronics. He will send me a return label for the old electronics. Dennis Sr. And Dennis Jr. Are so driven on customer service. That is why I will always buy Zager Guitars. They do everything they can to help the customers. Great people and staff treat you like family.

I recently had the tuner quit working on my installed Fishman electronics on an older ZAD50CE Zager guitar. I contacted Zager via email and asked for help with troubleshooting or repairs. I was immediately contacted and advised that a new electronic board and transducer assembly would be mailed out to me. I received it 5 days later and installed it and now it is working like it did when it was new. I was very pleased that a new unit was sent to me and I didn't have to remove my old unit and send it in for repairs. These units are not cheap and I was very impressed that a brand new unit was quickly sent to rectify my problem. I could not be more pleased with my guitar and it's quality and now I have to say, they have the best customer service as well. Really a great company to deal with and their communication is timely and very good.

I purchased a ZAD900 OME from Dennis JR. Back in April and absolutely love it. It is great to play, the OM size is perfect for those anytime couch sessions and it travels well. Case is top notch and the built in humidity gauge is really helpful. My brother is a seasoned gigging musician and loved it so much I gave mine to him and am talking to Dennis Jr about ordering another one. I have a Taylor 415CE and a Martin HD28 i love them all but find my self reaching for the ZAD900 more often than not.

Great playing guitar. Has a lot of volume and plays much easier than my old flattop. Beautiful case with built in humidity meter. Came with strap and other goodies.

I'm new to guitar playing. I've wanted to play for quite some time and I'm retiring from work next year. Not retiring from life though. I decided to take up playing the guitar. I did some research and found the Zager company. I listened to testimonials, watched videos and checked endorsements. After about 6 months I pulled the trigger and ordered a Zager ZAD80CE. It plays like a dream. I also signed up for the online lessons and I'm on track with the Zager Method. I couldn't be happier. I still go back and look on-line at endorsements from others. Seems like everyone is happy with their models of the Zager guitar family. I kept looking for the reference that said, "you fool, you've been taken". Haven't found one yet. Everyone seems to have a very positive experience.

I was hesitant to get a guitar through the mail, not played, never seen one, all that. Well, it arrived with a free case, strings, capo, picks, hygrometer in the case, and a tuner - oh yeah, 4 packs of strings. The Guitar - Peaches - sounded great right out of the case. It sounded as if it had been seasoned for several years. It came with Fishman electrics which sound great. Every gig I play, someone wants to know about that guitar. I usually let them play a bit so they can see how great these guitars are.

I have been taking guitar lessons for 2 years, I am now 72. Because of my age I do not have the flexibility in my hands and fingers of younger players. I decided that after I learned my first song that I would purchase a high quality instrument for myself. I had a very hard time finding high quality guitars in stores after the COVID pandemic of 2020, so, I began shopping online. I read the advertisements for Zager Guitars and the promise of a 30 day money back trial caught my interest. I purchased a ZAD900CE OM and received it in July 2021. Playing my original guitar I had a difficult time practicing longer than 30 minutes due to cramping in my hands and fingers, after a week of getting accustomed to the new neck and body size I was practicing for an hour at a time without any discomfort. I am extremely happy that I took the leap of faith and purchased a guitar from Denny Zager.

I received my ZAD50CE-MHGY back in June 2021. Waited several months because of the model selected, but it was well worth the wait. The guitar looks and sounds great right out of the box. I am an older player and have some arthritis in my hands and needed a guitar that had a light touch and was easy to play. The Zager is perfect. I lowered the action a bit and the guitar maintained intonation. It took me a couple of weeks to get used to the slight difference in the string spacing, but now I love it. I have 4 guitars to choose from and I always pick up the Zager first (and usually stay with it). I grabbed my previous acoustic recently to compare and couldn't believe how hard it was to play. Not an inexpensive guitar, but I sold it because I knew I would no longer play it now that I have the Zager.
Quality, value and service from Zager have been great. Send an email any day and get a response almost immediately. Easy to communicate and eager to please. I have never owned a Martin or a Taylor, but it would take a lot to get me to change. Not going to happen. I highly recommend Zager.

Zager Guitars is a very well kept secret, until now that is! My Parlor size guitar is everything it is advertised to be and a great deal more! The craftsmanship is flawless and I consider it to be a work of aruft and that includes the sound and play ability! I have recommended Zager Guitars to a good friend of mine that owns guitars from a high end manufacturer! Their Customer Service is top notch! They even answer questions on Sunday! What other company in the world does that except 911!
