How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Zager Guitars?

Through email, I hear back within 24 hours or less every time.

Easy. They responded to emails within a couple of hours.

They have a message form on their web page. They usually email you within an hour, max !

I would say the fastest I have ever had from any company. I e-mailed them at 10:00 PM est on a Saturday night, and I had a response by 7:00 AM est the next day, and the company is in Nebraska so they are at least one if not two time zones behind me.

Every time I ask a question to Zager Guitars Denny Jr. emails me usually within an hour or less. Great guy to do business with.

It's very easy. I have had nothing but wonderful response from Zager guitars. Believe me, they are not frauds!

The live chat was a little different than I expected, but it works. Ask your question on live chat and the answer goes to your email right away instead of popping up in the live chat box.
