I recently purchased the underwire tie balconette bikini set from Zaful, in light gray. Overall, the set was pretty true to size. The top is a bit on the smaller size, which makes it look super cute on. The bottoms are fairly cheeky, which personally I loved and thought was very flattering! The suit was very high quality, especially for being as cheap as it was. Overall, I really recommend Zaful and its products because of how cute and inexpensive it is!

Bought two jackets from them about six months ago. Didn't receive anything for months. I queried it because I couldn't track my order at all and was told that my package had been delivered... when I hadn't received anything. Tried again to query, this time they said that my package had been "dispatched". I asked for a refund and was told that since I queried it after six months (even though this was my second query) they wouldn't be refunding me in any way. They took my money and made no effort to ensure I received my package. I can't even ask for a refund within 30 days of receiving, as per their refund policy, as I haven't even gotten my order. They've basically stolen my money because there's been no exchange of goods, I paid them and received nothing in return. Their customer service is terrible, they say they prioritize customer satisfaction and yet they won't refund me for an order I haven't even received. Don't buy from their store, you'll be screwed over.

I starting using Zaful almost 3 years ago and I have kept going back. I normally purchase bathing suits and they are honestly very good quality! I have used them so many time and the colors do not fade and around 90% they fit perfectly with the size you purchase. Also, when I had started buying things from here the shipping process was very unreliable but that has changed now almost all purchases come within 2-3 weeks of placing the order. I fully trust buying bathing suits from here however the clothing can (not always) be made cheep or see-through. So look at the reviews posted under the thing you are looking to buy!. I really do love this company and the prices but with that, you do have to be selective.

I love zaful so much! It is my go to site for ordering swimwear! I'm a bikini addict and I cannot get enough of them. I'm grateful to have found such a reliable website to purchase bikini's from. The prices are super affordable yet the quality of the material is really, really good. I recommend Zaful to everyone, all of my friends and even strangers! It's worth a try, i guarantee you will love what you buy and if you don't customer service is really helpful and they are great about refunds if you dislike your item.

I recently discovered Zaful from a friend and I am addicted! They have a great swim selection full of the latest trends. The material of each bikini I have ordered has been amazing for the price! For my first order some of the bikinis I ordered had become unavailable but the Zaful support team was quick to respond to my issue. When I did not want to wait for them to be back in stock, I was given a credit to order more. I would definitely recommend!

Beware of import tax
I ordered 2 bikinis, a swimsuit, a co-ord and a dress from zaful, paid 12 euro express shipping along which 2 euro insurance. I was not even aware that a duty tax could even be put on the package, as it never happened to me before when I ordered from them and neither to my friends and family. I am not able to receive my package until I pay a duty tax costing 40.93, which I feel Zaful should've told me the possibility of this happening before I paid. I don't know why this has been applied now to my package, which I'm very unimpressed and disappointed about especially when I held Zaful in very high light. I don't understand either why the tax wasn't covered by the fact it had insurance on the package, as it was beyond my control that the tax was put on it. Another thing I would like to know that if I don't pay the tax will I still refunded? And there hasn't been any contact from Zaful since 8am and now it's 6:15pm, even though they've marked their message to me as urgent'.
