Only place I'll ever order bikinis from. I've ordered about 6 pairs now and every piece has fit perfectly and looked super flattering. My favourite bikinis so far are the "Cheeky Halter High Cut Bikini Set" in pink and the "Cheeky Underwire Neon Bikini Set" in neon green. I will attach photos of these! I have a very small chest and a big bottom half so I usually ordered a medium in the pink set as the top can be adjusted to suit, and a small in the green set. They both fit very well.

I was hesitant about ordering from here because the prices are very affordable and some reviews I had read were mixed. I ONLY purchased bikinis and I relied heavily on previous customers' feedback on each item. Not only what they said but they upload pics and some even provide their body dimensions. The site does incentivize feedback on their site through credits and I am happy that they do because it made me feel as if I was better informed with my decisions. My items arrived about 3 weeks after I ordered them which is fairly quick given that I live in Puerto Rico. They were on top of communication throughout and after they arrived.

The quality of the bathing suits is surprisingly good given the prices. They fit as described and true to what is pictured on the site.

I never imagined that I would be actually buying from an online shop based outside my country but I was able to find in Zaful the clothing pieces I was dying to have. The dress fits me perfectly, just make sure to read the sizes properly as they vary from clothing to clothing. I have no problems with the fabric and the sewing. The arrival of the packages were inside the ETA and I was given updates. The customer service was very responsive and helpful. I am looking forward to more purchases!

I must confess that I had doubts and insecurity when buying on this page, because I have little experience of buying on Chinese websites, but the reality is that I was surprised by the good value for money it offers, even better than I expected. The only thing I think can be improved is the organization of the website, as it can be difficult for new users to find the clothes they are looking for, or even in which of the many offers there are, these clothes are applicable.

Have been ordering from Zaful since 2015 and I've always been pleasantly surprised at the consistent attention they provide. Each item come in its own ziploc Zaful bag - thank you for providing that as it's reusable to protect delicate pieces in storage. The sizing chart has also been accurate; which is can be tricky on some online sites. Delivery is on time and usually quicker than anticipated, that is awesome. The point reward system is beneficial for returning customers too. I've tried experimenting on other sites and Zaful beats them by the site layout and quick toggle for other colours/sizing options available. The filter system is through (you can search for "white skirt" and it wont throw up the rainbow assortment of skirts) and that helps me find what I'm looking for quickly. Payment gateway is smooth and no hidden (surprise) charges. Great place for affordable fast fashion pieces and on trend accessories.

A great company to purchase many clothing items, I myself have already placed another order. I ordered a hoodie from them and it's amazing! It's super warm, fluffy and cosy and I love it. The purchasing process was easy and went without a hitch. There was a little time before it arrived from the order date which is understandable. Customer service were happy to help me and I appreciated everything they did for me; happy to help and quick to help as well.

Zaful is now my favorite shopping app since the designs and styles are amazing. It's true to size and what you see is what you get.

When I ordered before it takes time for it to arrive, maybe because they are still working on its courier, which I totally understand. And just recently I ordered 5 items and it arrived on the expected date of arrival, and I am so happy with the items and cloth that is being used. It's super duper cute and it fits well, and it looks exactly the picture. What you see is what you get indeed. Excellent!

I love this store! I was a little nervous to purchase from zaful because of the really good prices, figured it was too good to be true and all... but nope, it's not too good to be true :) I've placed many orders with Zaful now, and some of my favorite pieces are from here. My advice would be to check the size chart for each item. Occasionally things are slightly large for me but that happens to me at almost every store anyway, and everything's so cute, I don't mind taking things in a little. Most things are true to size, though, and the quality is about the same as F21 or H&M:)

My favorite thing about Zaful is actually the customer service, they are so quick to respond and have been so kind and helpful to me. Shipping is quick, and if there's ever a delay due to stock or something, they let you know right away and give you options for which resolution would make you happiest.

Give it a shot, they seriously have everything!

I have been using Zaful for many years now and will continue to use it for a long time. Everything on their site is inexpensive and good quality for the amount your paying also. Fittings are always right on my body. I have also bought some pieces out of the men's section for my boyfriend and he loved them! I highly recommend this site if your looking for trendy bathing suits! :)

Zaful is great! Often, it is important you look at the reviews before you buy any item; however that is a precaution you must take with any online shopping website. They are very helpful in terms of customer service, and some of the clothes I have bought from Zaful have lasted long, so far two years even (after many washes). I think it is a great idea to shop from this place, they have a vast range of styles for both men and women!

Bought the jacket from them as a test since I'm a first time ZAFUL customer. I was impressed with their support when I enquired about my order, they kept me up to date at all times my order only took 2 weeks to reach me, I am very happy it's more than I expected very unique. The prices are very reasonable too.

I absolutely love Zaful, always knew about it and created a profile awhile back until couple weeks ago i started shopping online, Zaful super fast shipping is great and the clothes on it is what I expect to receive. I love that they cater for both slimmer and plus size persons. I also love the fact that there are stats for the models so I can use to that to help me buy the correct size.
