I had the worst experience ever with an online company. From false advertising with delivery dates to rude costumer service. I used EXPRESS shipping and the package will get here 7 BUSINESS DAYS after I ordered it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I received my purchase and EVERYTHING was TERRIBLE quality. When I tried to return they tried to argue everything. Then when I finally got them to agree to remburse they closed my ticket so I cannot go in there and get the information to send it back. Now I am trying to call them- bad number, trying to log in - not working, trying to live chat- continues to say a wait of 7 minutes. BEWARE OF THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. I WORK IN CORPORATE RETAIL AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. KARMA WILL HEAD THEIR WAY.

Horrible! No way the items I ordered are a size large. I normally wear medium, but read they ran small so ordered large and still don't fit and one the dresses I ordered is like paper? WTH?

I have been enjoying Zaful not only for the beatiful clothes and dresses but for the great customer service they have with you. If you have a question they will answer you in less than 24 hours.
I did a few orders on Zaful and I absolutely love it. The prices are always very good. It is certainly not the best best quality but for the price, there is nothing bad I can say!
My experience was overall good. The clothes look the same of what it looks like on the image and the quality was good. The only thing is the shipping delay, it's usually long to receive your order.

This one piece is adorable and practical! I read the reviews and decided to order a size up and it fit like a glove! Very please with the product and Zaful as a whole!
The product fit well. The quality of the material was good for what I paid for it. The bottoms could be a little bigger. The top fits great. Shipping was fast and no problem.
I had some issues with my order but customer service answered my reply very promptly and they helped me fix the issue with my shipment. I feel satisfied with Zaful and will shop again!
Ordered a shirt from their website as advertised on Facebook and I entered all my information correctly and double checked it like I always do when buying things. As soon as I paid for it, I was sent an email with my information and it had the complete and total incorrect address. Like a whole different region. Contacted customer service and they refused to refund me or resend the package. SKETCHY AND STOLE MY MONEY.
