I had the worst experience ever with an online company. From false advertising with delivery dates to rude costumer service. I used EXPRESS shipping and the package will get here 7 BUSINESS DAYS after I ordered it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Now I am trying to call them- bad number, trying to log in - not working, trying to live chat- continues to say a wait of 7 minutes. BEWARE OF THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. Horrible! No way the items I ordered are a size large. I normally wear medium, but read they ran small so ordered large and still don't fit and one the dresses I ordered is like paper? WTH?

I did a few orders on Zaful and I absolutely love it. The prices are always very good. It is certainly not the best best quality but for the price, there is nothing bad I can say!

This one piece is adorable and practical! I read the reviews and decided to order a size up and it fit like a glove! Very please with the product and Zaful as a whole!
The product fit well. The quality of the material was good for what I paid for it. The bottoms could be a little bigger. The top fits great. Shipping was fast and no problem.
I had some issues with my order but customer service answered my reply very promptly and they helped me fix the issue with my shipment. I feel satisfied with Zaful and will shop again!
Ordered a shirt from their website as advertised on Facebook and I entered all my information correctly and double checked it like I always do when buying things. As soon as I paid for it, I was sent an email with my information and it had the complete and total incorrect address. Like a whole different region.
