A friend of my told me about this ZAFUL website saying that they have awesome women's clothes, I just bought a blouse $15.49, I checked the review and notice bad comments but, I thought like the other people because was cheap and the blouse was beautiful on the picture that may be I would be lucky. When I received the Items I thought it was a Joke of my friend, the blouse was completed sloppy, horrible quality and not my size, in the picture the blouse appear with some pearls buttons and I received cotton pellets as button LMAO!... this is unbelievable, I did not expect to find trash in the packet.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE YOU CAN FIND BETTER CLOTHES IN A DUMPSTER!

I absolutely loved what I ordered I just wish it didn't take 14 days for me to get. Even with express shipping that I paid extra for it took longer than expected.

I love ZAFUL. I bought a few items from the site. They came pretty fast and I was amazed at how great they looked. Also, the best part is that the clothing is not expensive.
All of my purchases from Zaful have been good quality, have fit true to size and have looked exactly as they look in the pictures. I love them and will continue to buy from them.
I really like Zaful because of the amount of clothes that there are to choose from. Orders do not take long to get home and are always in good condition.
I like the relation quality-price
After over 3 weeks of not receiving any package and leaving a review, a Zaful representative reached out and sent out my order. I am looking forward to receiving the 3 swimsuits I previously ordered.
They made several mistakes in my order.
Firstly, they sent out with two missing items.
Secondly, when i ask them what happened? They said one of them is back-ordered, another one is still pending. If back-ordered, why not inform me before i ask? Why not grouping the items together to send out?
Thirdly, the total amount of my order is US$128.03 and i can enjoy the discount if the order is over US$100. When they refund me the back-ordered item which is US$16.49, they only refund me US$14.55. Actually without this item, my bill for this order should be US$128.03 - US$16.49 = US$111.54 which is still over US$100 that i can still enjoy the discount. I don't understand why i have to bear this loss for this back-order condition. But i don't plan to keep claiming at first.
Finally, they sent out the last missing item.
But the most terrible is that they sent me the wrong item.
That is totally not my ordered one.
How can they make things wrong again and again?
I am still waiting for their reply how to settle it.

I ordered 3 items march 24th. It is now April 12th. I looked at the order information and it is STILL processing. They said it would only process for 7 days. They also told me it would be shipped out may 4th. IT IS NOT SHIPPED. I am obviously NEVER going to get my items AND I can't even get my money back. HUGE SCAM.

I really liked the quality of the material for each item and price. They came just as they looked in the picture though they ran just a ta bit small. Id definitely buy again just in a bigger size :)
I ordered a coat in late October. The coat arrived quickly but looked nothing like the image on the website. When I requested a refund, it took a lot of assertiveness on my part to actually receive a shipping address to send the item back to. They also fought me all the way and tried to deny that I was eligible for a refund (even though the terms and conditions clearly state that if an item is different from the image online, you are entitled to a refund).
They told me that they would issue a refund when they received the item in 21 days. I had to chase them up continually and when they finally told me they had received the item, they dragged out the process of refunding me by informing me they were going to give me store credit (they had already told me I would get my money back).
It has now been three months and I was just told it would be 25 before my refund would be in my account. They have dragged their feet and attempted to weasel out of paying the refund every step of the way. Buyer Beware!
