I bought myself a 12 month subscription for my birthday as a treat and It has been the best gift ever! Every month I have something to look forward to! Each box is filled with fun cute and even useful items! I have a whole bunch of charming adorable items now that I thoroughly enjoy! The boxes come on time every month, and I'm always pleased!
We received our first box on time. My daughter and I were so excited to see everything inside and share... there were plenty of goodies for each of us! This is a fun way to share a love of cute things!
Everything! They have great high quality products that are super cute. Their monthly boxes have cute themes and all the items fit in that theme. They also offer insurance and tracking on their boxes plus additional bonus for being a member.
If you like cute things, you need this box in your life! Every box has brought me so much happiness/joy! I literally cry at the cuteness! My room is now decorated with more cute items thanks to this box & I need to renew my subscription ASAP to get more!
Very nice box with great quality items. Took around three weeks to arrive in the Netherlands and I didn't have to pay customs, which pleasantly surprised me! My first box was the Kirby box and the items are very very cute. 10/10 would order again.
Plenty of kawaii goodies! I love that each box contains a specific theme e.g. Ghibli, Demon Slayer, or other anime/films that has something for everyone. The items have practical value as well! Overall a great experience.
My kids and I know there's something fun when we see that teal and purple box on our doorstep!
We always have a pecking order, I get pens, stationary and usually keychains, then my two little girls can fight over plushies, bags and gadgets. It's a great balance! We always find uses for things.
Only hurdle is sometimes the theme isn't quite up our alley. Sorry, Kirby. Items are still cute though!
We started getting these boxes about 4yrs ago (on/off). I love that they now give you a sneak peak of what the upcoming months theme is so you can skip it if your not interested. Which usually isn't the case w/us. These boxes never let us down. They always come with a super cute plushie, along w/other rare collectibles. We are big anime fans & often there is some sort of anime item involved. It's like a Japanese Christmas box every month. We love it, super fun! We also get the Tokyo Treat boxes so it really is like Christmas when our boxes come!
Also- shipping is pretty quick seeing as though it's coming from another country & you can track your shipping from your account online so you can feel safe expecting your package.
I've used similar Japanese "goodies" box subscriptions, but it's gotten to the point where others only have 3-4 items similar type items each month (how many coin purses does one girl need?) and I grew unhappy with that. Yume Twins seems to offer more of a variety imo and I like that.
With YumeTwins I'm surprised every box seeing that not only am I supplied with not only the cutest Sanrio merchandise but with a Variety of cute brands that serve use! Small plates, mini trash bins, spoons, disposable straws, water bottles, bag, air fresheners, and so much more! This box is phenomenal!
They have prompt delivery and if there is a reason for delay, they let me know. No problems on the money side of things. All products are cute, functional, and cater to a niche market. I wish I had ordered YumeTwins sooner!
I really love the kawaii goods of YumeTwins. Not only they are cute, but pretty useful too. I got a Sailor Moon themed coin purse, which I have been using. The recent box came with travel tags. So if you are a big anime fan, like cute things, and/or looking for a loot box that gives useful trinkets, get this box.
My experience with Yumetwins has been very positive. They items are super cute and high quality, and the box arrived pretty quickly. I'd recommend getting the box tracking upgrade to avoid any complications.

I paid for a 3 month subscription. I was then charged extra shipping without warning, which they claimed was due to the pandemic. There was no opportunity to refuse this. Their site has since been updated to say they'll charge extra, so at least you can see this. I received the 3rd box, but not the first two and all they say to do is wait. They have no tracking details to share, no updates and refuse a refund. This was something to cheer up my child while stuck at home so this has been a massive let down and a headache. Not to mention that I've had no issues with any other mail whatsoever.
I work away a lot so when I Skype my partner and he says my Yume Twins box has arrived it perks us both up. He doesn't appreciate the kawaii items as much as I do but it takes us both back to our months in Japan!
I really enjoy that's it's a mix of practical and cuddly items so our house is full of unique items all the way from Japan.
I have been a subscriber for over a year now and have no plans of stopping!
Just received the October's box a couple of days ago, & was just able to open it tonight.
I love the fact that everything fits & matches with each other, and the best part is that it arrived just in time for me, since I just started going to the gym, & I actually needed those items.
The cutest subscription box ever! Everything is so high quality and so amazing! They curate all of the items and they go together so well! My first box was the April 2020 box and I am so pleased with every single item! The plushie is AMAZING I never expected such a good quality plushie! It also isn't just items that are gonna sit around either they give you a ton of cute useful things that you could never find in a store in the US!

Just received this month's box and can say that I am extremely impressed with the care that went into packaging and delivering the box. It is the fastest box I have received yet! So I first bought this box for me and my daughter to get cute things for us to share. I did this around the time the pandemic was just ramping up in the u.s. and because of that the mail was tenuous I was worried about getting anything. But I thought the cuteness would help take our minds off what was happening. Unfortunately our first box didn't reach us until July, we subscribed in April. That was a bummer but Yumi twins were easy to contact and helpful with trying to figure out when/if the box would ever arrive. Once it did arrive we loved it and I renewed my subscription the next day. The August box arrived quickly and with no trouble. Everything in it is super cute and most of the items are actually useful, ex. Ice pack, reusable bag. I would recommend highly, it brings a little joy to the day and adds a bit of cuteness that we could all use.
