Is YumeTwins a scam or a legit company?

Answer: Totally legit. Unlike a certain other loot box company, I actually got my stuff. May take awhile since it comes from Japan, but heckova worth the wait!

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at YumeTwins?

Answer: It's really difficult. They don't get back to you for several days unless it's a cut and paste answers. When I finally contacted them they did nothing to help. I was expecting way more, at least the way they spoke and dealt with me.
