Totally legit. Unlike a certain other loot box company, I actually got my stuff. May take awhile since it comes from Japan, but heckova worth the wait!

Very legit!! I have received 3 boxes so far and love everything I have received! It takes about 3 weeks from Japan to east coast USA, but so worth it! My 4th box is on its way!! I pay for the tracking, but have not missed one yet.

Totally legit! Sometimes it'll take a whole to get your box from Japan, but I've never not received it.

It's legit! I've been with them for almost a year. It's one of my favorite subscription boxes. You do need to be patient about receiving the boxes, though. They have to ship from Japan and go through customs, which takes time. They are also sometimes delayed by typhoons, earthquakes, and other natural phenomena that effect Japan. I have always received the boxes, and they've always been in good condition. I highly recommend Yume Twins if you like kawaii stuff.

You will receive your box. It can take some times : I received my September the 12th September while it was shipped since the 10th August.

It's been a month and my box still hasn't come and when I contacted them they just said I have to wait another month

It is very legit. It can take quite a while to get the box though. But I've never not received a box. They always arrive in the end. Always. And has all the promised stuff in it. Except one time when they where out of the items but had given us a different item as a replacement. I think they even gave us a small extra item because of the missing one.

It's definitely a legitimate company as I've never had issues with them or their other sister companies.

They're real, but don't always give you what is promised. They take 1-2 months for shipping. And customer service sucks. They also make you pay extra for tracking and insurance...so yes, they are real but not worth the money.
