I got a Sailor Mercury's Q-Posket that I can't wait to display once I make room for it. I gave my mom the perfume that came in the box because she liked the smell more than I did, and she uses it almost every day. Fun box

I love getting new stuff that I can't buy in any store. I love getting new surprises and I always do. It makes me happy in all sort of ways. I love Tokyo and it's my dream to go there. Those plushies are so cute and i have them near my bed.

This is a box I originally subscribed to near the start of it launching. I had to stop for a little bit, but have recently started the subscription again. It's my one little treat for myself every month and it always cheers me up. Everything is always super cute and useful. I love the stationary, plushies and handy kitchen and lifestyle things. My flat is cuter and feels more home-like because of it.

Customer services are always extremely helpful and kind!

I love love love this box! The shipping was so fast too! I love that you get your money's worth in the items you receive. You always get some sneakpeaks into what will be in the box so you can decide if you want to skip a box if you don't like the theme. Due to the fact there are always some items that come in different varieties there is also still a surprise element! If you enjoy cute Japanese stuff I can't recommend this enough!

These boxes are so unique and lovely my sanrio obsessed daughter adores getting these! The things inside are so beautiful and well made. We'll worth it. Thank you

I ordered the Ghibli box for a friend. I didn't realise I was an automatic subscription renewal, I can't remember seeing that, but okay. I received an email stating it was renewed. Haven't received any reminder beforehand. I sent a message straightaway asking to cancel it (just a few hours after receiving this message) as I don't want another box at that time.
I was informed it was too late and there was nothing they could do about it. Okay it's maybe in their T&Cs but I find this very dodgy.
The box wasn't shipped or even prepared. I can't understand why they can't proceed a refund...
Now I'll get a box I don't want, that will be totally useless. I don't recommend and will never order again.

Pretty cute stuff! If you love cute stuff for your room, office, kitchen, wallet, bag, it's perfect cus they send a lot of different items. They are a little small but for someone with not much space is perfect. The plushies are adorable and the keychains feel durable and good quality.

I went in with a friend to get the studio ghibli box and it was totally worth it! Super cute lunch box, cup, drawstring, and Tupperware with cute designs of jiji and totoro. The shipping did take a bit longer than expected but that's a reflection of the shipping company and not of the product itself. Great product! I do love the multiple other designs but I'm still really satisfied with what I got. Also loved the extra gift they threw in, we got the deck of cards. Would buy again!

I subscribed to YumeTwins for about 2 years, I loved it. I have tons of items from them that I use every day. Unfortunately, I've had to cancel. I received two boxes missing items and when I requested that my subscription be cancelled, they refused. I was out $35 and couldn't buy groceries for the week. When I tried to dispute on PayPal, they gave me a provisional credit and then took it back - so I am again out $35. I was not informed I started a subscription and on the website it is intentionally misleading when purchasing a single box. Overall, I think the items are beautiful and they are a fine subscription box, but I just can't personally do it anymore with the experience I've had

I was charged for two 1 year subscriptions in July in the amount of $790.98
I disputed one of them as it was a duplicate charge and I received 2 boxes in August. The dispute resolved in your favor, somehow HOWEVER I have not received *any* boxes since. So, nothing in September or October.
And, mind you, nothing was refunded.

So, I emailed your support recently and they said because I had disputed 1 of the 2 year subscriptions, I will not be refunded AND I will not be receiving the goods/services I was charged $790.98 for.

I'd like to bring this situation to your attention!
Their support said it's a policy of theirs to not send boxes and not refund anything if anything is disputed regardless of how the dispute is resolved.
So, now they have $790.98 of my money and I've only received 2 boxes from back in August.

WTF

That's an insane amount of money to steal from someone.
