I received my first ever Yume Twins box and I was very impressed with the quality of the products, attention to detail, the theme was fun and the items received, were items I wanted and would use. Communication on shipping was clear and they kept you up to date on when you should expect your box. I am excited to see what kind of goodies I'll get next. Perfect for fans of Japanese culture! I started with the Sakura Rainbow themed box.

A lot of the items are cute and useful, including items like aprons, water bottles and reusable bags, as well as just cute and very high-quality plushies, I definitely recommend.
If you love cute things you will love this box. This box also comes with included tracking and insurance so you can make sure that you know where the box is and if lost it can be replaced. Everyone's experience is different and I found that I am enjoying YumeTwins.

You went from free shipping to charging $11USD for shipping in the middle of the subscription and are withholding the boxes and the money I paid for them until I pay you more money. That's terrible customer service and a con. You shouldn't be charging upfront if you don't plan on delivering the services you agreed to and you definitely can't change the terms after you've already taken the money.
I love this months box so much! There's always useful things in the boxes and things you can use around your home. If recommend this for children to adults!
I am always really excited when my new yumetwins box arrives. I loooove all the cute goodies that you get each month. The theming fits perfectly each month and you can clearly see that the team of yumetwins puts a lot of love into their boxes. The prize is totally fair for all the items you receive each month and the shipping is fast too. I get hyped every time the doorbell rings and the postman brings me my new box. Totally recommendable for all Japan and kawaii lovers out there.

I love the box I got. Everything was very cute. The shipping from Japan to my location in the USA was very fast, considering the COVID shipping restrictions. I would recommend trying at least one month!
I LOVE YUMETWINS! I've tried other Kawaii boxes in the past, but this one by far is my favorite! The items are high quality and authentic, and all the things are super useful, which I love! It gives a touch of kawaii to your everyday life!
I loved this box it did feel a bit like it cheaper then other boxes have been but overall it was very cute my clock also came broken but they are giving me a bonus in my next box which is good
My first subscription box was the April Sakura box 2020 and as fast as I opened it I fell in love with it! All the items has great high quality and the plushie is so nice and soft. Even thought you only get 5 items the money is sooo worth to spend on it. I even got one more thing for free. I think it was the wheel u spin when u create a YumeTwins account but I'm not sure. But all the items are really really realllyyyyy cute and they're really useful. And I also like the idea that u can win a free item when u write reviews or just share selfies of yourself and the lovely box! So if u want a Kawaii subscription box I totally recommend this one!
