I really like the surprise every month. Most usually, you get useful items and there are always cute ones too. Plus the support on the site is reactive and tries to help fond solutions.
Honestly the title says it all, everything is adorable including the box itself. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a bit a Japanese kawaii.
YumeTwins is a fantastic subscription service with new and interesting goodies each month. The deliveries are always on time and I've never had an issue with it!
I decided to try this subscription out after I saw the ghibli theme. I just recieved the box and everything looks so cute. The two lunch boxes fit in the insulated lunch bag all theme with totoro and kikis delivery service. While I was sad I didn't get one of the other lunch bags since it's a random which of the three you get. I can't wait to try them out.
To start with I just want to say the merchandise you will get is AMAZING! The stuffed animals, hats, housewares, toys, etc. are so cute and fun. It just very much gives me the feeling of having going to a Japanese convention and shopping my heart out.
I feel so excited when I come home from work and see that blue and purple box. It's a little piece of Japan delivered to my doorstep.
Each month is themed too and will come a month ahead (like January's box comes in December and the theme for January is New Year's).
The pricing isn't bad either. They give you the option of either doing by month, by 3 months, by 6 months, or by a year (for each bundle you go up it give you a discount on the price too). It also gives you an option to skip a month if you don't like what's in the box and if you decide you do you have an entire month to choose it. If you do more than one month at a time you can start a "streak" which will add up to discounts and points in their Japanese store.
The community forum is great too. The people are nice and the topics are very fun to talk about. By buying a YumeTwins box, you also get an automatic submission into the monthly grabs and can do photo contests both with great prizes!

I never had any problem with Justwellpop neither with the shipping nor with the products (I already orderes cosmetics, jewelery, clothes and lifestyle-products). The customer service is very fast in replying and super friendly!
I absolutely love this box. I got a friend buying them too. Everything is so cute and practical! Though the box may seem expensive, but its totally worth it, and the items are a deal!
