When I call customer service, and have to press 1 for English I expect to get someone who acutally speaks English. Today I called, because I had an issue with a product. I pressed 1 for English got a man who barely spoke English and in frustration I hung up. I called back and again pressed 1 for English, this time getting a women who had difficulty understanding me because of the language barrier, again I hung up. Companies who charge premium prices need to do better and hire Americans, not pawning their customer service lines off to the Philippines, Mexico, India or some other country to save $$. The issue was my Super Cal Plus Capsules had a few empty capsules. I thought it should be brought to someone's attention, because it might be a processing problem.
I've ordered from this company for the past 5 years and I have never had any problems with their shipping until now. I placed an order on March 4th 2022 and I used their free shipping option. It is now the 21st of March and I still have not received my order. I contacted customer service, which has always been super helpful, and they told me I just have to wait.
They have setup the website in a way that end user confuses at every stage and end up in either paying more unintentionally or have to call customer service for resolution. The website is misleading and seems fraudulent where limited access is allowed to sort out the issue.
I was overwhelmed by their strong social media campaign, and therefore trapped in their products.
Customer service is HORRIBLE, and therefore, I strongly doubt on the products are as well. If such a big brand claims big wins on social media then how could they forgot to improve their customer service followed by user experience on their website.
I love love these oils! Helped us so much. Or they did anyways. 8 years in. Disappointed last few years. Price is way high! Changing site Confusing website and point system ect. Oils seem weak or watered down, not strong at all! Don't last, Bottle caps pop off and crack causing oils to evaporate! They just make excuses. Very disappointed! I'm seeing a rise in greed as well …
Amazingly complicated system to purchase, then get rewards points, then points dont equal dollars and you can only buy certain parts of the range.
I failed to meet a buying deadline and my discount that took a year of buying was deleted. I tried to review and it seemed that they took great joy of reminding my of their "Terms and Conditions".
A very expensive company with one good product... Stay away
Incredible product, helpful customer service, no issue when something was missing from an order (2 times in 15 years), no cracked lids ever, web site updates took a little time to learn, altho good tutorials if used (I like to learn on my own). Healing that I receive is beyond measure. Their organic and safe process is better than any other I have researched. I have grand nephews who benefit from the KidScents line. For keeping my home clean... I add oils to my drinking water to add to my healthy eating. The oils fort cooking - nothing better as the essence of the herb or spice. I encourage all to give them a go for your own health and healing. Blessings
Uh, first off. MLM, so that's NOT fun, second. Theses oils contain synthetic chemicals that are not FDA approved. The creator of this company has been through so many scandals that its hard to turn a blind eye to. Its a harmful company that exploits and lies to its customers...also when used as directed it causes rashes, breakouts... there are better companies out there that are more ethical and cheaper. (i personally have not bought the product, however my mother has, and she was not happy either.)
Unethical company. I ordered once from them, then learned of their business practices, such as the multiple lawsuits they currently have against former employees for having the audacity to leave their company. I then repeatedly asked to have my account canceled, finally starting to get rude with them when they repeatedly ignored me. Then in retaliation they place an unauthorized order on my account! Now Im having to have my bank change my debit card JUST to keep them from putting more charges on my account.
Been a customer for about 4 years now and I will never go back to other products. Never had bad expreriences, not with the product nor customer service. For me nothing but the best for my family and this definitely is the best, completely natural product out there.
I purchased 3 packages of rollers for my oils. They will only replace 2 of the packages since one of the packages was purchased 1 year ago. I understand it has been 1 year, but all 3 of the packages have the same issue. They are all too large to fit on any of the oil bottles. This shows the company is neglecting quality control. It makes you wonder what other quality issues are going on with their other products. This is bad news for Young Living.
Young Living used to be a good company! They totally suck now and if you love essential oils you should use doTERRA!
Young Living Essential oil company took 357.00 out of my account on error on June 20. I called them two minutes later the money was deducted from my account and they told me I cannot get a refund until the order ships and I have to send it back unopened. They promise your order will be shipped within two business days. Today is the 27th, 7 days later and my order is still being processed! I just called them and was told all the managers are "busy"
I decided to join doTerra! They have a better reputation and program than Young Living!

I ordered a one time order as a Christmas present. They automatically enrolled me in a loyalty program and both months following, charged me $47 dollars.
I called canceled and am in the process of returning the additional orders. What a pain! They know what they are doing.
I ordered one product but got another. I had two order numbers with two different products. I ordered 1 product. Tried to clarify problem to two different agents. My email was lost. Despite their contacting me that way. Didn't have either order number. No offer to help, refund, replace not a thing. Wasn't impressed. To tired to add pictures again to something. You lost me.
I have been using Young Living products for many years and I have never been disappointed with anything I have purchased. There are certain oils that I purchase on a regular basis that have improved my wellbeing and health. The Thieves, Valor and Progessence are oils that I use the most. Please do not let these negative comments keep you from trying the products from this company.
I have been trying to deal with customer service for 3 weeks to return a defective diffuser which was $260. All diffusers are sold as a kit for first purchase. They only offer replacements. I get a different story from each rep I speak with. I can no longer trust this company due to the awful customer service and would never represent any sales to have customers deal with their terrible customer service.
Young Living went through some changes. They now want you to spend a minimum of $100 per month to get the same perks one used to earn for $50. For that reason, I cancelled my membership. All was well for a few months, but then they sent a shipment I did not order and charged money without permission. They gave a refund and assured me it would never happen again. They assured me my account was closed. It happened again this month! They charged me again and sent another package I did not order. It is not legal to take money you have not been authorized to take. I strongly advise using a different company than Young Living for your oils. Their greed got the better of them.
I have had over ten of the caps to my young living oils crack and pop so they no longer seal the oils. Young Living refuses to replace the caps. However, upon purchasing they tell you that your oils will last for years if stored properly. I have tried for several days to get someone on the phone. A customer service person cannot be reached by phone, they don't answer. I use the online chat and it takes 35 minutes to get a chat person, have them respond, answer questions, and then tell you that they do not replace caps.
Great products but they lie about shipping time frames. Order on their site shipped 2/25/18 according to THEIR site. The date should have said 2/28/18. If it had, this would not be an issue. Waited a week for three day shipping. Unacceptable. Deal with another company. I will be. Young Living lies
All I wanted was a pretty item that smells nice. I didn't want a monthly fee. Rep turned from happy to a nasty person and bugging me all week with excuses. I called bank to cancel and called salon to cancel. $1 credit came thru bank apparently holding pending until something was released. That would be the product. Big disappointment, one minute they luv ya the next they're telling me I better pick up the phone. Excuses were a guy said there was a mess up in the system. Then a convention. First I was a member then Not. Money was available, something definitely not on the ball. I tried after being warned about this mlm scam and cult like behavior. Now it seems so true.
I have had chemical burns/allergic reactions to people putting a drop of Young Living essential oils onto them self near me.
I feel like si have a bad sunburn for 3 days and I am red. Even my eye burns.
Answer: Going to the farm and visiting headquarters clearly made Youngliving the choice for us we love all the other companies but as a dental professionals we cannot take any chances with diluted product and we don't like how other companies continuously a very negative Youngliving seem to be about positivity so it's what works for us We now have 17 medical professionals and their entire office is using Youngliving as well as 11 hospitals Everyone's happy and that's really what matters
