I brought a jacket for my husband and it's definitely not the right size and didn't have crocodile logo located in pictures. The zipper is on the wrong side and both pockets were not sewn closed. The material is the cheapest material I've ever seen in my life. I wouldn't even donate this jacket to a homeless person. Its not fit to be worn. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this company. This was truly a scam. I'm to embarrassed to show photos. I was forced to give 1 star rating which clearly wasn't deserved.

I purchased two pairs of shoes from this site. The shoes were trash poor quality too big and to request a refund they must be shipped back to China. This is definitely a fraud and Do Not purchase anything.

Absolutely horrible quality! Yokest has to be the worst quality of shoe ever. Size 13 is actually size 10/11, the shoe fake leather has the words "fashion" embedded in it? The horrible rubber soles have the words "Soft Sole" printed in RED for everyone to see!?!?!? Might as well print the word SHOE across the top! I paid way too much and cannot return! Minus 10 rating!

I ordered 45 size n it is 43 size but with marker they wrote 45. Package was in a bag instead of box and when. I asked for change of size or refund. No reply. Material is so so. Iam highly disappointed n ll not recommend due to their exchange policies..

I purchase shoes that took about a month to arrive and when they did they were too small. I am in contact with the company but they don't seem interested in helping me. The shoes are badly made and the color is not like the picture. Stay away from this company.

I buy jacket and they send me wrong size and not agree to give refund even not giving sufficient reply. Never buy from this site.

I purchased a Wool Sweater Jacket from Yokest - It's too small & they have no return procedure.
After a week of dealing with Yokest.com's their Email service of "*******@augustmedia.zendesk.com" they sent me a return address in china of:
Street: Songingcun10Dong, City: Guang Dong Sheng, Country: China
I repeatedly asked them why China when there was a return address in Delaware US on the original package. They indicated that the Delaware address was NOT Correct. I return the package to that Delaware address anyway.
Their Chinese sizes do NOT match our US sizes. My purchase was for an XL & I received a medium.

I ordered shoes from Yokest back in January. They were never delivered to my credit card was charged. Last week I began a dialogue with them to get a refund or have a new pair sent. They said the shoes were delivered to my local post office and the blame lies with them so there will be no refund or any replacement. We have now exchanged several emails and clearly they are not concerned about my happiness or satisfaction. I believe now this is a Chinese company and I should never had anything to do with them at all. Stay away from these fake companies that pop up in articles on Google and in websites like CNN news. They will always cheat you.
