They use a 3rd party email service that takes 1 to 2 days per email. They try to slow down the dialogue so that can try to keep your money and make it harder to start a chargeback. They will eventually offer a ridiculous refund amount like $3 or ask to return shoes to a China address with tracking... cost ~$170 o. DHL.
