When I started this process there was mention of Free Shipping, but it appears the description wasn't complete. We needed to spend $109 to get the free shipping. I would have given you a 5 star if it hadn't been for that discrepancy.

I'm about to complete an order, but I noticed that there's a standard shipping charge. When I examined these items there was mention of free shipping. Which is it?
Almost as soon as I complete my chat entry, the Chat was shut down by whomever was set to respond on your side. I responded with the fact that I never got an answer and was disappointed.

I purchased a Wool Sweater Jacket from Yokest - It's too small & they have no return procedure.
After a week of dealing with Yokest.com's their Email service of "*******@augustmedia.zendesk.com" they sent me a return address in china of:
Street: Songingcun10Dong, City: Guang Dong Sheng, Country: China
I repeatedly asked them why China when there was a return address in Delaware US on the original package. They indicated that the Delaware address was NOT Correct. I return the package to that Delaware address anyway.
Their Chinese sizes do NOT match our US sizes. My purchase was for an XL & I received a medium.
