The company's reputation is significantly marred by consistent complaints regarding poor product quality, misrepresentation of sizes, and inadequate customer service. Customers frequently report receiving items that do not match descriptions or images, leading to dissatisfaction and frustration. Additionally, the return process is complicated and costly, often requiring customers to ship items back to China at their own expense, which exacerbates negative sentiments. While no positive aspects were highlighted in the reviews, the overwhelming trend reflects a lack of accountability and responsiveness, prompting strong recommendations to avoid purchasing from this company.

They shipped me a shoe that was to be size 14 but was more like 12.5 (picture show how much small it is than a size 13 shoe
They refused to offer refund or give me shipping label. They want me to ship back to china at my cost. This shoe is too small :) might as well have shipped me broken pencil. Wrong item and useless.
PS the quality is super cheap too, pictures deceiving
Answer: They use a 3rd party email service that takes 1 to 2 days per email. They try to slow down the dialogue so that can try to keep your money and make it harder to start a chargeback. They will eventually offer a ridiculous refund amount like $3 or ask to return shoes to a China address with tracking... cost ~$170 o. DHL.
Answer: Yes. They appear to be owned by anothe larger Chinnes holding company. I found this posted and agree: Is Yokest Shoes a legit website? Registered in China in March 2019, Yokest Shoes appears to be a scam website. They use product images that are copied from other retailers. The company behind Yokest Shoes also operates Lazajoy, which is another site you should stay away from.Mar 10,2020
