You should read the opinions from customers to see what are the real opinion of consumers from this supplier. Terrible quality, longggggggg delivery time, clothes don´t fit sith its sizes, etc...

I bought 3 dresses from an online store called Yivette.com that appeared to be Spanish and operates in Spain. The dresses I received were very shoddy copies that bore little resemblance to their marketing materials.
When I insisted on returning them for a refund, Yivette told me I'd have to return the dresses to China at my own expense, which I did.
They claim never to have received my return (which I suspect is a lie). I plan to report them to the police and I have told them this. They have given me 50% refund on the cost of the dresses but I am still €54 out of pocket.
This company is wholly fraudulent from pretending to be a company operating in Spain or UK, to the poor and fraudulent quality of the products, and lack of consumer accountability. Do yourself a favour and avoid Yivette!

Decent items for inexpensive price. Sizing runs small. Quality is cheap but fine if you only want to wear it once or twice.

However the items are shipped from China and can take a very long time to receive. Tracking is not clear during shipping process so a customer can wonder if they will ever arrive. Sometimes they do; other times they don't. It is a gamble.

My first order was received in several different batches. All took about 6-8 weeks to arrive. I did not bother paying to return any items that didn't fit. Cost of shipping was more than I had paid.

Second order went to the wrong country (NOT due to an error on my end). Then got hung up in that country's customs. We were unable to get it on to the correct country without the sellers assistance. We asked for their help several times in correcting the address but they avoided responsibility and eventually the customs deadline ran out. (Which meant items are either shipped back to seller or destroyed) They refused to refund because they claimed they shipped so it wasn't their fault it got held up in customs. I lost several hundred euros and a lot of time.

I do not recommend this company. When it came down to it they took the money quickly, acted slowly in sending items, then avoided responsibility in shipping issues which were ultimately their mistake.

Ordered in early December, 6 items totalling 90 Euros. So they pretend they are out of stock of 1 item and ship the other 5. That package has never arrived and their tracking system is a joke. However, the second out of stock item, which was despatched 3 days later, arrived fine, though my girlfriend put it straight into the bin, the quality was so bad! They are claiming that I didn't give them a correct address... strange when THEY split the delivery, and one item arrived, but the rest haven't? No refund, no re-sending of the items, hide behind an accommodation address in Essex UK (can see it on Google Earth). It's time for me to order my credit card company to do a chargeback.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THIS IS A SCAM.

I bought 6 items from them (for more than 100 euros): the order was split in two and the first part (4 items) never arrived because their logistics provider stated that "there was no name on the doorbell or postbox". The proof that this statement was utterly false (there is a name, big and clear, so much so that I regularly receive deliveries from Amazon) is that the second part of the order (2 items only) was regularly delivered 10 days ago.
They insist I should get in touch with the logistics provider in my country, which I did on the phone: they said the delivery option chosen by the seller is the cheapest, and doesn't include reshipment.
As the items quality is really terrible (they stink of mould, are made of rubbish materials and are all misshapen) I keep asking for a refund and Yivette keep replying the delivery company had provided a "valid comment" and sending me copy-and-paste messages.
Utterly disrespectful, plain cheats.
They should be taken off the business.

Clothes look much better online than in person. Sizes are too big. Leather boots are not leather! Fabrics are thin and super cheap and don't look anything like the pictures. Will never order again!

Items do not match the photos and descriptions and are of very poor quality.
Probably a drop shipping site from China, it is currently impossible to return the items to China because of COVID and Yivette's so-called customer service does not offer a solution to return the packages and therefore get a refund.
This website is clearly a scam! The 5-star review are fake like this website, I don't understand how is it possible to get a score of 4.45 with such a scam?

I ordered clothes in April.
The package never arrived but was returned to Yivette as I have the tracking details and could confirm they had received it.
Its August and I'm still waiting for my refund of £100.
They send a generic reply to my enquiries. They have offered no solution despite the fact they cannot locate the package which they confirm is in their warehouse.
Not only did they attempt to charge me for items that were not on stock they insist on messaging me in Spanish!
I believe this company is a scam and should be investigated however no matter how much info I try to find about them, its impossible. Everything is well hidden. Very suspicious.
Some watchdog or consumer protection agency should be on this case. I've read many, many comments from equally disgruntled and angry customers.
Don't buy from Yivette.

Ordered some clothes from Yivette over 100 euros. Took my money right away. Took 6 weeks for clothes to arrive & package open. Order wrong plus clothes substandard. Quality appalling & size far too big. Buy same size clothes in Spanish shops & fits perfectly. Sent clothes back today & postage cost me 29 euros fifty cents, as clothes go back to China. I am not sure what this company is all about, but scam comes to mind. A total rip off. Please beware.
