YesStyle carries amazing asian beauty products and fashion. Most of the clothes I receive from here are exactly like how I expect, except there are a select few items that are different than I thought. Overall, this is a great site to buy beauty products that aren't as easily accessible. One of my orders with order number: 20469831, was my largest purchase of YesStyle and all the clothes came in very good quality! It came faster than I thought as well.

Be warned! Once they take your money you won't see it ever again and there are very high chances that nor your order. They will make anything up to make shipping slow and even if your order has not been shipped they won't issue a refund. And because I got Pay Pal involved in the issue they are making me wait 3 more business days. I am empty handed. No money, no items and not even a reply from customer service. Avoid the headache, avoid dealing with this website because it seems that is run by ghosts.

I'm currently their silver member. Already made more than 5 purchases.
Shipment time always long and it's the only online shopping site that didn't cover local VAT in advance and ask us(consumer) to pay in advance and then get a refund later.
As for customer service, I can only rate it at 3. As I asked for product replacement, feedback time/response time always longer than one week.
Overall. If you could find other website for shipping Korean /Japanese beauty brands, don't use them.

It's my first time shopping with this site as I learnt about it thru some YouTubers I follow. On the site, the items appear promising, ie pictures look great. But the actual products look cheap. I mean, understandably the price is cheap for some items like rings and stuff but I was really disappointed at a T shirt I got where the stitching was really badly done. I am now waiting to get a refund. A word of caution to those attracted to the low prices on this site: pictures don't always guarantee you the real thing. It's luck i guess.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t trust the images. Expectations vs reality! Buy with low expectations and you won’t be disappointed. Most of their products are from China. If you can, avoid those that come from there. They look cheap.

The products itself are real, but the shipping is terrible. I made an order with express shipping which is supposed to take 3-5 days to arrive, but its been over a week and my order is still "processing".

My order was returned to yesstyle because there were complications with the delivery. These complications werent my fault. After that i received an email that i needed to pay the shipment costs. I explained that the return wasnt my fault. I kept receiving the same email for like 10 times and they said i still had to pay. Eventually i paid to receive my money back. It took about 2 months before i received my money.

I love the products from this website because I have purchased lots of Asian beauty from Yesstyle and the prices are good, but their customer service is ATROCIOUS. I placed my order strategically weeks before I'm moving so the order could get here in time but the items that say "24 hours to ship" have taken well over a WEEK now to "process" and after inquiring about expediting my shipping because of something that was Yesstyle's fault (FALSE advertising) they said they'd need to charge ME the extra $14 to ship it quicker. Then they kept holding my items after each inquiry for SEVERAL days so that there's absolutely NO chance they'd get to my current house in time. They don't answer emails within even 1-2 business days, I've had to keep going to make a NEW message on their website's customer service page to even get a response. Overall, horrible customer service if you have ANY problems with the site the blame will inevitably be placed on you because they don't care about the customer, just the money we give them. Also, they've SIGNIFICANTLY increased the cost of shipping from $5 to like $10-15 unless you order at least $50 worth of product from them. Shows they only want your money and not customer satisfaction.

I made another order that said they would ship within 21 days but that order took about 2 months. Overall dissatisfied and I should've stopped buying then.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Go to Jolse or any other website!

I usually order things from this website but it was really disappointing this time. They normally send lots of samples when ordering huge amounts of products. Even though I ordered over £200 stuffs they send me just one tiny sachet of purito. I'm like really!

I'm super disappointed with this site, I order about 18 items and literally none of them have shipped out yet, they literally are waiting on 2 items. I order around roughly the 2nd of March and now we are going into April and the items still haven't shipped out, thanks for nothing yesstyle. On top of that as well two items have been cancelled and they haven't given me my refund. I don't recommend this site to anyone. Just order from AE or ON.

The sizes and fabrics are off. Would not recommend to a friend. Sucks that refunds are only store credit.

The quality of products varies a lot over different brands; some may arrive imitation products. The return policy is terribly inconvenient to customers; you have to dispute the refund transactions several times for long periods, whilst the competitor company Zalora does this better than Yesstyle.

I haven't received anything I ordered from this site yet, so I cannot comment on the quality or customer service. I was very disappointed to see that the models in some of the shots seemed very young and the pictures were very provocative. I needed to cover the screen when my boys walked into the room. In light of the tafficking issue in the world this is very unsettling and I hope YesStyle will clean up their act.

I have been looking.at this site for about a year really wanting to buy so many things from it! Finally I saved up money to buy what I thought was THE cutest wallet which cost me quite a bit for a wallet. The wallet came in 2 days later than expected. I was excited to open it up and was shocked to find that the wallet was not the best quality for its price and the picture. A week later the bow on the wallet (which was it's main asset) came off without any reason. I'd barely used it so I called customer service to see if I could do about it and they said since it's been "used" they couldn't do anything about it :( I really wanted to buy more products but after this there's no way.

Bought many a garment from yesstyle, but only 1/5 had the correct measurements.
The rest were all too same even though they were suppose to be the same size and have the same measurements.
The clothes are also pretty overpriced for what they're worth.
Shipping and processing can take a while too...
Ok... but expensive for what its worth

The clothing this website distributes are amazing. Everything about the selections are amazing. I am quite irritated with the customer service though. Being a customer that spends thousands of dollars on their products i would feel the company should take my concerns a bit more to heart, because i am a very frequent shopper and understand the processes involved. But i have been waiting on one item for over a month, still no contact with their partners so they cannot give me straight answers. Was supposed to ship out 7-14 days, it is now 24 days, almost a month. I was assured it would be here sooner. Every time i call i am told sorry we still have not heard back, either cancel your item or wait longer. I asked for somthing to be done, I. E give a discount or a small credit or coupon to say sorry for this issue that we cannot resolve. But the company just tells me no. They do not say sorry, they do nothing. They say "cancel item or wait for items" I have called multiple times and spoke with more then 4 customer service reps, i have been given the same tone and same robotic answers. I am very unsatisfied and will start ordering directly from the companies they choose to distribute, the prices are actually cheaper off the individuals websites. If & when the company chooses to change their customer service, i may think to shop again. But not where i am not treated fair.

Well I have good and bad for this website. They have good quality items that are made in korea, china and some japanese other than that everything looks Like $#*!. They have some good wallets but don't buy any bracelets unless you know exactly how they look like. Dresses... I bought one it looks like $#*!. Don't buy jackets that are over priced cause one that i got quality was poor. I have to admit they have good t shirts tho. I bought a lot of t shirts. And hoodies. But some hoodies were smaller than I expected so make sure either they are made in korea or china. Other countries tags if you are over 110lbs you will not fit in those. Pants... just buy them bigger than they should fit on your body. Shoes... anything that starts with220,235 and so on. They are good quality cause they are korean shoes measurements. I bought one. But from china, they looked like $#*!. I won't buy any makeups cause it was horrible. Contacts lenses were in excellent quality. Overall I won't recommend the site unless they want to help their customers with refund and all that. Be awared of what you're purchasing.

The website design is well made. It's easy to look for the products or clothing styles you need. You can look things up by photos too. When you place an order, YesStyle might have the product in stock, if not they will place and order to their warehouse from that brand and once all the items you've ordered has arrived, they will package it together and send it to your address. The prices YesStyle lists on their site reflects the original price listed on the original brands' site plus the cost of ordering the products to their warehouse. YesStyle wants to make profit off this as well, so most of the prices will be a bit higher than what is listed on the original brands' site. YesStyle always have sales year round, so it doesn't really matter if the sales end cause it never does. The site just makes it seem like the sale will end to pressure you into buying it. The flash sales have a time limit on when the sale ends. The prices are comparable to other sites like TesterKorea. Sometimes I find it cheaper on YesStyle and other times I find YesStyle to be double the price of what the other sites are. The good thing is that YesStyle is able to get a huge variety of brands and products from South Korea and Japan compared to other sites. Always double check the prices with other trusted sites. Don't be fooled if the site says something is on sale for 80% off flash sale, because chances are they just marked up the price and put a stamp on it saying it's 80% off now but in actuality it's probably 10%-30% off max. A lot of the Chinese "branded" stuff you can find it cheaper on eBay or Aliexpress to be honest. It's the Japanese and Korean brands that's probably more worth buying since YesStyle offers free shipping. The free shipping used to be at a minimum of $40CAD, but now it has gone up to a minimum purchase of $135CAD for free shipping. I guess you could combine shipping with your friends and family to get that free shipping. When you checkout, there's a lot of coupons and rewards you can add to have more discounts. If you search on reddit, there's a thread where people post their reward code that you could add to get an extra 2% off. You can usually find coupon codes on google too. YesStyle also offers a membership reward system, where the more you spend, the more points and rewards you get in return. This is a good strategy to get returning customers and to have customers spend more. If you join the YesStyle influencers program, you get even more discounts. YesStyle doesn't offer refunds. They will "refund" you in the form of store credit even when it's due to a mistake on their end like sending in the wrong item or not having stock in the item you bought. I don't mind a store credit if it's something I wanted to exchange or return after I received the item, but if they didn't send me an item yet, then I want the refund back to my credit card or PayPal. You would think that the company will package items more properly the more you buy as well. I've had my items shipped to me in less than favourable conditions. They have shipped the items to me in just a destroyed shoe box and in banged up box that is flimsily stuck together by tape. Least if the item you order breaks during shipping, they will at least resend it to you. But if the item broke during transit and there is no more stock to send, then they will refund you in the form of a store credit. I think it should be refunded to my credit card or PayPal since the fault was on YesStyle for not packing it properly. I've had to open up cases on PayPal to get my money back from this company before, so best thing I can suggest is to pay using PayPal in case you need to open up a case to get your money back. The response time from their customer service is pretty quick and they translate all the foreign information into English with converted size measurements. Well until the company fixes any of those problems, I will not change my review for this company.

I thought the clothes they had were really cute! However, when I received the products I purchased, the quality wasn't that good... and the sizes run kind of small. They sell a lot of one-size-fits all, so unless you are super skinny and you're not planning on wearing the clothes very much, I wouldn't recommend this site. Even their leather bags weren't very high quality.

1st shipment: getting my shipment was easy. It came in the estimated time (around 2.5 weeks). The quality of the items I ordered wasn't that great, but I expected this. The problems came when I needed to return something. First, you should be aware that YOU CAN ONLY RETURN ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT. Yesstyle will let you exchange for a different size, but this must be specified when you request your return auth. Number. Second, be SURE you get a tracking number and e-mail it to them. They're supposed to let you know when their shipping agent in Cali. Receives your returned items, but it seems they will just act as though they never got it if you don't prove the package was delivered. I find this to be a bit dishonest, or annoying to say the least. Luckily I purchased a tracking number for my package and was able to prove it was delivered. Because of this complicated return process and yesstyle customer service dropping the ball, you're looking at 2-3 WEEKS MINIMUM to receive the credit for your return. This is far too long in my opinion, even given the distance the package must travel. 2nd shipment: I've also been trying to cancel a second order I placed with them before this whole return snafu. It was placed on June 5 and as of June 23, the order has not only not been recv'd, but has not even been shipped, according to the order status on the site. I have tried to contact their customer service hotline during the hours they claim they're open, and was told by automated message that they were closed. I've resorted to opening a paypal dispute. I would normally be more patient, but given this site's tactics, I just want my money back. From now on I'll find another place to spend my money.

I placed the order on 12/28 and took them about a 2 weeks to ship my order because one of the items that I ordered is no longer available. I got my order on 1/14 and realized there are two out of four clothes was in "not sale-able" condition so I decided to return. This is when the fun started. I mailed it back (with post office receipt, RMA# & address they provided) on 1/15, the return address is to LA so I figured I can get the refund about a week or so. However, it's not the case. They told me once they received the return items, they have to ship back to H. K. in order to get my refund (about few weeks or so.) By the way, did I mention they did NOT receive my return anyway? Good thing, It's only $40, but feel cheated.

This is a company that do "one-time only" business. No customer service, and I DO NOT trust them. In my opinion - you 'MAY' get your product (if they are not out) but good luck on the refund...

There are too many steps during check out and i almost gave up. Register through facebook is not working, i tried clicking on it several time and it wont redirect me so i end up typing the whole thing by myself.

The registration form design was unnecessarily complicated and the process from page to page was unclear. As a new customer I was offered a 10% discount code when I registered and then when I got to checkout I was told I couldn't use it because my order was under some cash limit. This wasn't said when it was offered. This was a crap customer experience.

I've never seen a website with items that ship in 7-14 days. I shop online all the time and the most I've waited is 3 days for an item to ship from other websites. I stick to purchasing items that are ready and in stock. However that's also hit and miss. I've had shipments made a week or a week and a half after my order even when all items are listed as ready to ship. What's worse is that they'll send you a shipping notification but if you check the tracking number, they actually ship it out a few days AFTER they send the notification every time. I guess they only just make the shipping label but take their seeet time to drop it off at the post office. Must be either super inefficient or short staffed on this front.
