I ordered a small item (eyelid tape) from YesStyle on May 6 and it still hasn't arrived by May 26. Tracking hasn't updated in 6 days, and customer service just keeps telling me to wait. I paid 20€ and planned around this delivery — now I'm left with nothing and zero help. Never ordering from them again.
After placing an order on 31 March, I asked to split my shipment because one item had a 21-day waiting time, while the rest was ready. They refused, citing "policy". Later they split the order anyway but only to send me the wrong item, which I had specifically requested to replace (twice!). They ignored multiple emails, even though they agreed to replace the product. They wasted weeks of my time. They acted like my requests didn't exist. It feels like open mockery rather than customer service. I will return the wrong item, leave reviews everywhere, and warn others: If you have any issue, expect to be ignored and prepare for huge delays with no real support. Never again.

LE: the shippment is blocked in BELGIUM SINCE 25TH OF MARCH! Either they don't have any package to be shipped... You sent me an email with 3rd May shippment date! I want my money back you can keep the products!

They have my money and I have no product! Reached out to their chat line 7 times. They refused to put me through to a manger. Now I have to dispute the charge.
I was trying to cancel an order since its been 2 months and I still haven't received my order which is unacceptable. And the customer service sent me an email saying All product are non cancelable.
I have made my order 19/01/25 and still is not shipped! All the products were available.They sent me an email and said they waiting the courier.?
I asked them to return my money and still no answer.
I am afraid is a scam.
I placed an order almost a month ago and still haven't received it. My complaints have been ignored, and my refund request is being avoided.
Do not buy from this company, I haven't received the product for over 1 month and the CS are not helping, just keep asking me to wait without any follow up action! I am so disappointed with my first purchase!
I ordered a jacket in "small." I am a small or extra small size. The jacket arrived a month later and might fit a 9-year-old. The shoulders are 12 inches across. See photo. I wrote customer service about returning it for a refund. I was told to take photos with a yardstick. I did. Nine days later, I have not heard from them. Do not buy products from this Yesstyle!
I'm currently their silver member. Already made more than 5 purchases.
Shipment time always long and it's the only online shopping site that didn't cover local VAT in advance and ask us(consumer) to pay in advance and then get a refund later.
As for customer service, I can only rate it at 3. As I asked for product replacement, feedback time/response time always longer than one week.
Overall. If you could find other website for shipping Korean /Japanese beauty brands, don't use them.
Orderded 29th of december 2023 and still havent received half of my shipment as of 1st of april 2024. They only use automated emails, which do not help..
I wanted a refund but their offer was store credit which is completely against customer rights. I didn't use nor open any product and immediately returned it because I had to pay a high amount of money for custom clearance. So every time I order something, I'll need to pay the custom clearance fee which means that I'll not order anything else! That's why I want to get my money back! I don't need any store credit. And didn't know it's such a bad company.
Two things.
1) and item that was not delivered, they forced store credit as a refund. I thought "okay, I can use that towards a saved item" but I wasn't crazy about not getting a full refund however, I looked on the bright side of reinvesting that into a pricier item.
2) I recently purchased a History of Whoo Bichup face cream which generally retails $230. A face cream I had a sample of from and authentic local K beauty store but it was $230. YesStyle has it on sale for $156.20.
After all the discounts and credits, my final payment was $94z
I thought it was too good to be true. It was!
When I received it, the box looked similar to the original I had but slightly different texture.
When I opened the product, the cream smelled awful! Like expired baby powder. I immediately to some photos and video and submitted a return request.
After paying an additional $18 for shipping, they email me telling me they will not issue refund because product was opened and that "companies change their formulation"
So YesStyle acknowledged their product was different but insisted it was "authentic".
I went to the k beauty store and paid full retail for the real version and guess what? It smells like the sample. Smells nothing like the version YesStyle has listed on their website.
One thing I do know of, is China/ Hong Kong have gotten exceptionally well and creating counterfeits but they cannot replicate formulations. The cream smelled terrible and didn't even sink into the skin like the authentic one. The consistency was off.
YesStyle understands they are selling products that are "different" and tout authenticity. This isn't the first time purchasers complain about counterfeit, different quality from the real products. I'm creating a dispute with my credit card company for a full refund.
They are scamming their customers by delaying order since we already paid in advance.
I placed the order since Feb.2024 and my delivery date is unknown until this point. Initially, it is March 04 and now they gave me no delivery date and wont refund my payment.
Ordered a total of 5 Purito Daily Go To Sunscreens, and they were all either fake or defective. Didn't know it at the time because I had nothing to compare them to. When I went to Korea and bought the real Purito sunscreen from there, that's when I discovered that the ones I received from YesStyle were completely different! All 5 were yellow in color and really runny and oily (left in photo). The credible one I got in Korea was white and thicker in consistency (right in photo). They also refused to reimburse me for the defective items because it was past the 14 day return policy. I kept telling them it was because I had nothing to compare the sunscreens to and just thought they came like that originally. Definitely not buying anything from these guys ever again. Cannot be trusted.
I ordered in December and it's now end of February and still no delivery. I have contacted the customer support department and it seems he package is returned to the sender by DHL. So out of 'courtesy' the customer service team has offered to send a new order but I have to pay for all the additional costs. And the other option is to get a refund, minus the shipping costs, in store credit. Store credit! I want my money back and not store credit, as I'm never ordering at Yesstyle again. I have had this situation once before and I've frankly had enough of this. First they make you wait for months, which is okay since it's coming from China and South Korea. But when the package doesn't get delivered because the shipping company is making a mess out of things, they simply make YOU pay! This is outrageous!
Yesstyle makes customers pay for their wrongs instead of holding DHL accountable. Never order here otherwise you lose your money, because refunds are made in store credit, which means you have to use the credit to pay for another order.
Be warned! Once they take your money you won't see it ever again and there are very high chances that nor your order. They will make anything up to make shipping slow and even if your order has not been shipped they won't issue a refund. And because I got Pay Pal involved in the issue they are making me wait 3 more business days. I am empty handed. No money, no items and not even a reply from customer service. Avoid the headache, avoid dealing with this website because it seems that is run by ghosts.
Don't expect to get your order process anytime soon. It can be sitting under "Ready to Shipped' for weeks without any progress.
We are not satisfied with neither the clothes nor the return policy. The clothes did not come as they looked on the website and had poor sewing and bad quality. When we tried to return it, they had many rules about their returns and we had to pay our own shipping fee as well. We are very disappointed with our order and we will never shop there again.
Make up is counterfit. I compared with actual brand I bought at the store. This is disgusting. Watery consistency.

Answer: I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
