I find the cutest things on here and oftentimes, with very good material. However, the other times I buy from here the measurements can be very off and the material is very poor. If you want something trendy without high expectations or want fashion inspo, yesstyle is your place to go to.
It was a real disaster I ordered from them last year 2 product with the standard shipping. I was refunded on only 1 and it wasn't a total refund and it was credits on the website! I precisely said to be refunded on my bank account! Customer service will not even help you through the process it will do the bare minimum, and I think they did the bare minimum cause I did complaint on Paypal!
I'm attempting 1 last try this month with the tracked shipping which I paid for! If it doesn't get to my house in 1 month I will do a reclaim on Paypal, and I'll just refuse their "yesstyle credit". I wouldn't recommend this website to my worst enemy
I just regret using this site. I order about 10 item which said shipping within 2weeks. Fainally arrived after 2 month and missing item! They said Defective Items Removed from Order. After send other items. That was couple matching item. Now they are saying like I have to

The prices can be a little expensive but some of the products are really good and it's a great place to find clothes that actually fit me since I'm a pretty short guy and clothes in the US tend to be huge.
I don't know why everyone is giving bad reviews but Yesstyle is the best I have spent around $3000 on Korean skincare. I have been buying from them for 1 and a half years now. They will let you know If an item is not in stock as in 21 days or more for shipment, so your whole order will be shipped late. If the items said will be shipped in 24 hours then yes but it does take time for it to be shipped as a whole since it's coming from somewhere in Asia. I have bought both skincare and kbeauty makeup all good. I never had to refund and I became a gold member since I spent a lot lol. I also will get a small discount when you use my code and no I am not getting paid to do this. I have added a picture of my collection I currently have and I do recommend kbeauty because it cleared my skin really good.

Ordered my item on the 29th of January, had to wait 20 days for them to ship my purchase, even when it said on the product page that it would be sent within 7-14 days. They supposedly shipped my item on February 18th, but they didn't offer a Tracking Number until a week later. Today, I went to track my order using the Tracking Number, and apparently it doesn't even exist.
I was told I'd receive my item 7-14 business days starting after February 18th. However, I have no idea if I'm ever going to receive it considering I can't even track where it is; I have no proof that it's even been shipped.
If I don't receive my purchase, and even if I do, it'll be the last time I ever shop at Yesstyle.com.
YesStyle is a warranty for your beauty shopping, but you can find lots of other things you surely cannot miss, dresses for example: coats and langerie are so beautiful and original. Korean beauty produts are the best I've ever used and here you can find many many offers.
Working with this company has been extremely frustrating. I placed my order on October 30,2023, and it still has not arrived; today is Jan 25,2024. Unfortunately, USPS lost my package. After some back and forth, providing proof from USPS, and confirming 3 times that I never received the package with Yesstyle, a re-shipment order was placed. This happened on Jan 3,2024. It is now Jan 24 and they still haven't shipped it. It took them a week because they needed to "source the product." This never made sense to me considering my original shipment was sent the next day. Also, every single product I ordered originally was in stock. On Jan 16 I finally received an updated tracking code because they successfully sourced the products; however, as of today Jan 25, the tracking status is "USPS is awaiting your item, as the merchant has received the order at 6:14 pm on January 16,2024. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries." This means the company is holding the package and not actually shipping it out. Working with this company has been a horrible experience at every single turn. Nothing is easy, nothing is convenient, and they continue to make false promises. Responses from them take 3-5 business days and are rarely helpful. I have spent so much of my time and energy on this- I have spent countless hours talking to either USPS trying to find the package or Yesstyle trying to get a re-shipment. It's like pulling teeth! I'm consistently lied to about the re-shipment; I don't think the company has any intention of actually sending the package back out. I've had to open about 4 customer service inquiries because responding is so difficult. So I'd recommend that people go just about anywhere else. There is no reason why my original order was shipped the very next day while this re-shipment process has taken almost a month. Save yourself some time and frustration and avoid this company. If anything goes wrong, they will not be of any help or fix anything.
I ordered a water tint from here and when I payed it said that it was in stock and that it would be arriving the following week so I pay and im happy but then I get an order confirmation email and it says it wont be arriving for at least 2 weeks coz now the water tint wasn't in stock. So annoyed coz I needed it for a party and they don't let u cancel your order so I can't go buy it somewhere else.
So I made an order and tried to check out with PayPal. After signing into PayPal the website itself said that I can check out with PayPal however I must give the website all of my information again. I have never been asked to do that when online shopping.
I bought a number of products on the Yesstyle website on the 24th of June and paid for Express Delivery, guaranteeing they would be delivered within five days. I was buying makeup to wear at my wedding, so receiving the order on time was especially important. It is now the 18th of July and I have received nothing. The website says that they were shipped on the 26th but there has been no tracking details added.
I have now contacted them three times via their website, twice receiving automated replies saying that I just have to wait, and a third saying they would contact the shipping agent to which I have had no update.
I have no faith at all that I will ever receive the products I have paid for.
Avoid this website like the plague.
UPDATE: This morning they admitted that they can find my order and offered me a refund. Although I would rather have received the products, I am satisfied with that.
I finally found an online store that offer lots of mock long sleeve shirts. Wide array of choices, some a little bit pricey though. Free express shipping and an additional 10% discount is rad!
The products, coming from Asia, are often very low quality and any wording/letters on garments are often jumbled messes with absolutely no cohesion or comprehensibility. Though items may be advertised as "usually shipped within 24 hours", they often are not. Items, especially beauty products, may also feature a Japanese or Korean flag, suggesting that these products are coming from there, but they all come from Hong Kong, so it has no impact on how long it takes to ship. I recently had a package be shipped but not reach the mail carrier for about 2 months and when I reached out to customer service, they were very unhelpful. They simply recited that my items were shipped 2 months ago and should arrive within 10-14 business days (which it obviously did not) and gave me no way to follow up.
Edit: The day after I posted this review my package arrived at USPS and they delivered it within the day. Don't bother paying extra for express delivery or splitting your order to get more readily available items faster because it'll all take the same amount of time regardless.
I like that YesStyle offers a lot of products from Asia wherein the products might be harder to find in other countries. Although the shipping does take an awful long time (still waiting on my order from 3/10), at least you only pay $2.99 for standard shipping, which is cheap enough for me.
One thing that kind of bugs me is that some products might be a bit overpriced such as an Etude House product that's normally around 7~8USD can be around 10~17USD on YesStyle. I realized that after ordering some Etude House products, YesStyle has to order the products first and then they ship the products to you, as the products are not already in their inventory. Not sure if this is true for all items listed on their website though.
I have been a customer of YesStyle, since 2010, and since the very first time, I always have enjoyed the diversity of the catalogue and the choice that is so different from any other Fashion & Style online sale website. And as an european citizen, this is a great satisfaction, to be able to find articles that aren't european standards, because I don't like to wear the same thing as the people I'll cross in my everyday's life, plus I like customized things, so... YesStyle offers me the chance to find articles that look like nothing you'll find here in Europe.

This website is a scam. Yesstyle took your money first then wait couple weeks for all the items from different vendors to arrived in their shipping center. On shipping description said 1-2 weeks but I received my package 1 month later. Bought jackets and coats from Korea, the prices are high so I expected good quality. But when I got the clothes, everything is either oversize (most the clothes are one size), wrong color, brand tags looked ratchet or ripped. I return the package back then contacted customer service but never get a respond or refund. Until I sent a dispute on PayPal, customer service contact me and said " do not dispute we will give you store credit" if you dispute you cannot use any credit from them or even log in to their website. They selling clothes in the U.S and has office in PortLand so when I return to the address they provide in Portland but they told me to wait until their office in Hong Kong or China receive the package the I got store credit. But they never give me the next tracking number when their office in U.S ship to HK. Bad customer services, low quality clothes, and super slow shipping. Honestly, why would I want their store credit when everything is low quality :(

I ordered something from this website a few months ago and was really pleased with the item and the service. I got it a lot faster than I was expecting and was really happy so I took a chance on December 3rd to order two other items... bad choice on my part. I DID get a tracking code but it hasn't been updated since the 6th of December and it is not the 27th of December. Whenever I send an email to customer support (I have done so twice) I just get the same copy/pasted response about how the tracker might not update frequently (In this case not once since I got it). Really really displeased, I will be surprised if I even get my items at this point.
You have to be very careful about the size of the clothes if you're more than 1m63. I'm 1m69 and I wear XS/S in France but on yesstyle the XS of France corresponds to their M size, and even L (for the breast size 85C for example).
The delivery time is between 2 weeks, if it's fast, and 1 month. So be patient! But I like the products offered on the site and the service is always available if you encounter a problem with the contents of the order. They're always there to help customers,!
So I like yesstyle but just be careful about the size (in the description of the item) and the quality in some cases. It happens that the picture doesn't correspond to the actual item, so check the customer's reviews with items if you have any doubts!

When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
