Placed an order that was available when purchased only to find out they don't actually have it and they need to get it from a 3rd party so that's an additional 14 day wait, wasn't informed of this before purchase, no warning messages poped up saying I'm about to purchase something technically "out of stock"
Then!
1 week later it updates to "shipped" I had to ask for my tracking number which was then provided because apparently you have to ask this company for things they should already provide...takes 2 days to get any kind of response...and they don't respond to emails for a over a week either
Now then! I've had my tracking number for 5 days and still not 1 update on the location of my package all it has said ever since tracking was provided is "usps awaiting item"
Seems to me like this is a scam site for then to have on site "shipped" but the last 5-6 days on the tracking provider site it says "awaiting item"
Went to cancel order because I'm not going to wait a full month for a location on my package that they shouldn't have sold me without having in THEIR inventory...anyways they don't allow for cancelations or returns after making a purchase for reasons like "unwanted or sizing issues" so keep that in mind people! They won't refund your money or cancel the order unless your item is defective...so even if this suit I ordered doesn't fit they won't allow for a return!

This is a totally red flag. They told me they shipped my order but USPS told me that they didn't receive anything from them yet. I contacted them consistently and then they sent actual products. But another red flag, I got my items from China Ebay wtf. I would have never used this scam like website if I knew they are Chinese company.
Update: I opened the sweatpants to check the size and quality. Fraudulent advertising--these are not sweatpants. Look at the picture, they are spandex see through pants. I ordered Women's XL and the waist size is 23 inches (picture included). I always order Women's XL pants for my friend. I did not see YesStyle size chart until I went back to the website and found the size chart. You have to be careful ordering from this site as their XL size is size 1 ladies petite or juniors size 1.
The 5 star reviews are obviously fake.
I placed an order for women's sweatpants. I never received an order number and spent weeks trying to get a status from customer service. I finally received an email a day before the order was delivered -- 4 weeks from date ordered.
The sweatpants are a joke. They are made of some spandex material -- not anything like what is shown on the website. They are thinner than hosiery and you can hold them up to the light and see through them. These are not sweatpants, they are more like panty hose with the bottoms cut off. All 5 pairs fit in my small mailbox on the porch and did not even half fill the mailbox. The mailbox is 6" x 8". Learned my lesson--never trust ordering products from a Chinese company.
Spent almost $90 for 5 pair of panty hose that cannot be worn in public. Pictures included. In the picture is 5 pair of extra large women's sweatpants. You have to wonder how many fake reviews this company pays people to post.
They dont send the product on the picture and they make me pay for return. They are scamming people. They dont answer neither.
Took a month to tell me 1 of only 2 items are not available and say here's credit. I flipped out. Then never gave any discount for your troubles and shipped out the item so late. NEVER! AGAIN! THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICES EVER.
I ordered 100$ worth of clothes (8 items) off of YesStyle and was thoroughly disappointed with the quality and look of the clothing. I ordered two different pairs of pants that were supposed to be low rise. They look identical and are both high rise. The shirts I ordered were okay but one of them was horrendous. It was a white long sleeve that appears baggy on the site. However when it arrived it was oddly hemmed and was much smaller than it was portrayed. Another shirt that I ordered did look like how it looked online but the design was half way removed as if it was heavily worn before it was shipped to me. Overall I would give this site a 3/10 because a few of the clothes were quality pieces but most of them were hot garbage. I would not buy from here again and DO NOT recommend.
The shipping sucks my order keeps getting moved back. Also customer service does not respokd. I tried to gave this app another chance but its just so disappointing. NEVER EVER ORDER IN THIS APP THERES ALWAYS ANOTHER APP THATS WAY BETTER THAN THIS AND HAVE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME STUFF!. ORDER NEVER CAME JUST KEEP MOVING BACK! IT ALSO TAKES SO LONG EVEN IF U PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING!
My order was returned to yesstyle because there were complications with the delivery. These complications werent my fault. After that i received an email that i needed to pay the shipment costs. I explained that the return wasnt my fault. I kept receiving the same email for like 10 times and they said i still had to pay. Eventually i paid to receive my money back. It took about 2 months before i received my money.
They keep the money and they don't sent out the product. They just said the product on longer exist but why do you sell it on your page? I still haven't receive the product or refund after several issue chase up with them.
This is totally a scammer! Terrible website!

Items in my order were not in stock- after waiting a month and not recieving any items I asked to cancel my order and for a full refund. Yesstyle agreed but after another month I have yet to recieve a refund. I have tried to contact customer services (an impossible task if you want a helpful response) and they are telling me it's a problem with MY bank and I need to wait. It's been 22 business days and nothing. Avoid this company their customer care is SHOCKING and they only want your money.
YesStyle carries amazing asian beauty products and fashion. Most of the clothes I receive from here are exactly like how I expect, except there are a select few items that are different than I thought. Overall, this is a great site to buy beauty products that aren't as easily accessible. One of my orders with order number: *******, was my largest purchase of YesStyle and all the clothes came in very good quality! It came faster than I thought as well.
I ordered for the first time from yesstyle by the end of April and it only came June 8! I tried messaging them and literally they blew me off. The products boxes all have dents, and one of them was open!
And I know that this is not a big deal but on the site it says free samples, I got one tiny bag and that's it.
In comparison I've ordered from a site named josle, took them 2 weeks and I got a BAG of sample for half the amount of what I ordered from yesstyle. If you want to order k-beauty just order from josle!
I ordered from yesstyle on may 29th. It is currently june 13th and i still have yet to receive my package. My expected delivery date went from june 14th to june 22nd. I have never encountered a website with $#*!ty shipping. You best believe i'm never ordering from here again. Ya'll are better off with shein.

I don't know why everyone is giving bad reviews but Yesstyle is the best I have spent around $3000 on Korean skincare. I have been buying from them for 1 and a half years now. They will let you know If an item is not in stock as in 21 days or more for shipment, so your whole order will be shipped late. If the items said will be shipped in 24 hours then yes but it does take time for it to be shipped as a whole since it's coming from somewhere in Asia. I have bought both skincare and kbeauty makeup all good. I never had to refund and I became a gold member since I spent a lot lol. I usually use the app to download If you're new or need some discount you can use my code Y8K8YA https://ystyle.co/h9cn. I also will get a small discount when you use my code and no I am not getting paid to do this. I have added a picture of my collection I currently have and I do recommend kbeauty because it cleared my skin really good.
Ordered 3 bottles of shampoo from them saying in stock and shipping next week. Waiting 3 weeks for no response. Eventually went to check to see what's up and saw that it got changed to "processing". Contacted them 3x with no response. They only have an email and no phone number. Eventually they said they didn't have the items in stock. Wouldn't give a refund. I had to get a chargeback done on the credit card. Bunch of scammers and liars.
They promise to ship next day or in 14-21 days. Its almost a month now and my order is still "processing! " No response from customer service as well.

On their website, there is no stocks availability advice when I purchased the product. They do not have the products I purchased in stocks. I have waited a few days and their order information indicated I need to wait until they have stocks. Contacted their customer service centre. Basically told me I need to wait more until they have stocks. If you do not have stocks, why the hell do not suggest on your website? I then apply for refund and received it within 7 business days. Bad experience with yesstyle, will not recommend to fiends, nor use it again.

Answer: I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
