I've ordered several times from this site, and I've always gotten what I paid for. My favorite things to buy are body care products. I have gotten many things for a good deal and they were quality products. When it comes to clothing the products aren't always good quality but for the price I pay for them it's exactly what I would expect and sometimes better than I would expect. Although, the sizes do run small, so that's just something to keep in mind. Despite it shipping from another country the items get here pretty quick usually depending on the items.

Une chose est sûre, l'esprit asiatique est au rendez-vous et c'est bien pour cette raison que je commande assez souvent sur ce site qui de plus est, la plupart du temps, bon marché et de bonne qualité. Les seules bémols sont le manque de renseignement sur certains articles qui ne sont donc pas toujours semblable à l'arrivée, un article sans commentaires n'est donc jamais bon à commander. Sinon, le site est tout simplement génial, toujours dans l'actualité de la mode asiatique et ça on adore ;)

Awesome range, well priced and some nice little discounts. However you need to be so careful buying from them because firstly and most importantly, they definitely have the Asian shop effect where sizing is made for a specific size(don't even bother if you're over a size 12) and the quality of the item is often a little bit dissapointing when compared to the photos, however I have bought lots of nice clothing items, you just have to read the reviews and especially look at the photos people input. Also, they don't add GST until the end, which for an Aussie is ludicrous because it means the prices you see are different to what they are in your final order and can even end up cancelling out discount codes altogether which is frustrating. Also be cautious when ordering because some items aren't shipped for up to 4 weeks after you make the order while others are ready immediately,(it says it on the items but can be very easy to miss), you can have an order which is sitting in the packing facility waiting for one item for weeks before it can be sent, as they always wait until the whole order is ready to ship it, in like places like amazon who pack and ship items together depending on their stock. Overall have had about 70% great experiences and 30% disappointing/not worthwhile experiences.

Always great prices, I love the membership system and always have had good shipping times. Products have always been good quality, nicely wrapped in a convenient box. Whenever I had a question about customs, I got a reply within 24 hours. Before Coronavirus, the shipping would always get here way before the estimated time but even with the virus it got here a few days before. I have placed around 6 orders over a 2 year period and haven't had a bad experience. Highly recommend.

I have never had a problem where I needed to contact customer service! I have purchased clothes items and cosmetics. If you make sure to read reviews (only buy products with high ratings), and be really careful about reading everything (measurements, material, etc) then you will get good quality products shipped very quickly. I recommend this website if you are willing to be very careful, it is worth it to find products that I otherwise would not have access to.
