Overall, trench coat was in great condition and fit well with no alterations needed. Minus 1 star because I ordered 2 coats and a few weeks passed with nothing being shipped. My order status was "Pending" because they were "waiting for stock" from another warehouse or something. The item in question was out of stock, so I emailed them to remove it from my order. Response was fast and my order was shipped the next day! I wish they informed me the item was sold out ahead of time so I wouldn't be waiting forever for something that isn't available...
It's been 3 weeks and my purchase is still not here yet (my order status is still processing which means it has not been shipped out of the warehouse yet). I was not being notified that the stocks are unavailable until i have actually made my payment. I will not buy from them again. Terrible!
Cute clothes but they are a bit pricey and don't suit curvy body types. I returned most of the clothes I ordered but the label they emailed me wouldn't work at fed ex or usps so I had to pay $22 for shipping to return the items. They basically got a a free $30 out of me.
I know some people might find this sketchy, but honestly I've been ordering from yesstyle every year honestly, and I've made 4 of my friends also order from them, and the shipping might take a bit long depending on what you get, but it's all worth it in the end! For sure you can't expect luxury quality, but the quality is so good for the price! I always showcase what I get to my Instagram and a lot of people are asking where I got my clothes from haha
The clothes are so cute, it's hard to narrow down my cart!
It's nice to be able to get Korean-style clothes from here in the U.S. I just wish that there was an option for people to upload pictures of the item they got so that you can compare what it actually looks like compared to the picture online.
This is a totally red flag. They told me they shipped my order but USPS told me that they didn't receive anything from them yet. I contacted them consistently and then they sent actual products. But another red flag, I got my items from China Ebay wtf. I would have never used this scam like website if I knew they are Chinese company.
Luckily I bump into your website and found the thing I've been looking for that is really hard to find here in Sweden and really nice to know that they are at reasonable prices too unlike those other websites that charge a lot for the product to the shipping fee.

I ordered Ethnic Print Couple Sweatshirt (Dark blue) for me and my boyfriend from this site, sizes L and XL because I knew it is tight fit. I got the sweaters three days ago and they were kids size L and XL. Even XL does not fit me, I wear M in US sizes.
I called the customer service to return the items, but no one answers the phone, so I emailed the customer services just now. I haven't heard from them, and hopeless that they ever will. I am disappointed and angry. I feel I am ripped off $80 for a couple of sweaters.
The purchase process is super fast, you just write down the order, enter your username and password and give to pay. The payment option with PayPal is interesting, it guarantees you greater purchase security. It is not my first purchase and it will not be the last
I just made my second purchase. Indeed, the purchase was made on this same site and I still haven't received it. Last year. I still had a lot of good opinions, so I decided to try a second time hoping that it would go well. Fingers crossed...
Having tried one time, i felt terrible and waste of money. I bought 14 pieces of garment from them, only 5 of them were wearable, the rest were either ripped, having dirty stain or nonaligned. I felt like I'm being cheated and tried to ask for refund, but they refused and even stopped replying my email after few times of negotiate.
The money and clothing were wasted and I hope somebody won't follow my bad experience again.
I really suggest not to buy anything from Yesstyle! If you return items, you of course have to pay the delivery expenses yourself AND you don't get the refund to your own account, but to their "account". So they get your money whether or not you like the purchase... The quality is crappy too!
The shipping is as expensive or pricier than the items you purchase (almost 20$). They make the items look bigger then they actually are. They put items on sell that they do not even have on stock and wait 1 month before telling you that you have to wait for an indefinite amount of time for it.
In my latest experience, I bought 2 items to use a 15$ coupon, but the main item I truly wanted was not available, so when I cancelled the delayed item, Yesstyle did not offer a cancel button for the other item. I contacted them a. S.a. P to prevent them from shipping the other item. They removed my coupon and rushed to ship the item anyway within 10 hours, to not give me a full refund. They kept my money charging 16$ of shipping for a pair of 4$ glasses. Yesstyle are corrupt. Shop with Alie express!
I spent $114, In my entire order. Order number ******* I have got 2 items that completely nothing look like what i ordered. They probably dont have the items but instead of inform me, they send something else! This is such a scam. I emailed them 4 days ago for a return label because I will not pay for anything I did not order. No reply. Completely scam. And, the rest of the order, I will keep a basic sandal but I have to return rest of them. Just a piece of junk.
On their website, there is no stocks availability advice when I purchased the product. They do not have the products I purchased in stocks. I have waited a few days and their order information indicated I need to wait until they have stocks. Contacted their customer service centre. Basically told me I need to wait more until they have stocks. If you do not have stocks, why the hell do not suggest on your website? I then apply for refund and received it within 7 business days. Bad experience with yesstyle, will not recommend to fiends, nor use it again.
I ordered from them and never received any merchandise and no communications on the delay. In fact, they don't even respond to email inquiries asking about shipment status. I paid for expedited processing with 3-5 day delivery time. I was charged before the order was shipped and there was no definite ship date. I feel that if they cannot promise 3-5 days of delivery time, they should give an opton to cancel. But they did not do that and refused my order cancel request. That is not fair to the customer.
I was in HK for 3 weeks and the first thing i was excited to buy is some Asian skincare, thought the company is based in HK and it say the delivery time is 1-3 days, i would get some products to try in a few days. I bought almost 200 USD. I should have read reviews online first before trusting this company.
Turns out i didn't get it 20 days after i placed the order. Their customer service is slow takes days to reply. I still haven't received yet and i'm leaving HK tomorrow, i will probably missed and lost the package.
All the photos look super cute. You might even see some of the same pictures for a cheaper price. But it all depends on when you get it. First of all, it takes almost 2 week to ship and then another 1 week for it to arrive. When you open your package, it's either a hit or miss. You either get exactly what you want (so so quality) or the ugliest cheapest clothing ever (worst quality). So make to always read the reviews. If there isn't any reviews... well... good luck. Sometime it's actually good though?
Ive ordered several times from yesstyle and was never disappointed. The prices are okay for what you get and they have lots of cool products for you to choose from that arent available like that in my country (Germany)
I came across this website and loved so many shoes and planned on buying multiples. I read reviews and did my research on the site and it seemed legit for the most part. I decided on a pair I knew I would love and would get a lot of wear out of. I waited a month for the package which was understandable coming from over seas. But when it arrived and I opened the box I was completely disappointed. The faux leather felt extremely cheap, the binding on the sole was noticeably uneven and after wearing them for one day the sole had separated from the shoe itself. Needless to say I did not make another purchase.

Answer: I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
