I have ordered a few times from YesStyle. I mostly order in big batches so it takes awhile to ship but nothing over two weeks MAX. I usually order Korean skincare products, clothing, and jewelry. It has been a couple months since my last few orders and those items are still holding up finely. YesStyle also has package tracking so you can check up on it whenever. Always do look/read reviews on the items you may be getting and don't be afraid to choose items that may have no review. For items with no review you can't expect much but to go with your gut for sizing and such. YesStyle is a great website if your looking for good quality products at affordable prices.
Beware if you order something, they take FOREVER to ship items. Probably 2-3 times longer than they say. I usually receive my order about a month or more after I placed it. 95% chance items in your order will be cancelled later on because they're out of stock. In my opinion, not very cheap either.
Yesstyle items are a better alternative for fast fashion than other websites out there. However, the process of returning items is such a stressing and horrible experience. I've waited 2 months for any sort of refund because they got the information mixed up. They don't cover the return shipping either which I paid almost $20 for. Best bet for unwanted items is to resell it.
Unless their return shipping improves, I don't think I'll be purchasing from them for fear of wrong sizes and not being able to get my money back. A true waste of money.
Yesstyle is a great source for browsing fashion and accessories that are not easily found here in the states. Everything looks so cute online, but the only issue is, you cannot tell what the quality of the clothes are and also fit can be way off. A lot of the one-size items can either be too big or too small, there isn't really a consistency with the sizing. Even the S, M, L sizing is a gamble sometimes and I go by the measurements too. Wish there were an easier way for clothing purchase and/or returns for incorrect sizing. As for their accessories and other goods like purses, they've actually been pretty good. All of the bags that I have bought are as pictured; granted they are only PU material (synthetic). I'd say yesstyle is a good resource for browsing what's available in Asia as there is so much more selection there.
I love this site so much. It has so much, especially my favorite Korean/Japanese beauty and fashion products that are not available in Canada which I would either have to get through amazon or ebay. I end up spending hours on here but there are a lot of items that are worth the price.
If I could give minus stars I would. Absolute WORST online buying experience! It takes a hundred years for anything to ship and even longer to get a response from customer service. Don't expect transparency with your orders. What you can expect is high blood pressure and a massive headache.
When your item comes in about 2 and a half months, if you need to exchange the size which will be about 3 sizes smaller than you ordered, you will spend a whole day trying to figure out how to return it, as the pages you try to go to according to their instructions do not exist, and you will write multiple letters with no response except an automated message saying your email has been received, but then nothing, ever. If you simply send the item back, you will never get any money back, so you might as well donate it to your local charity thrift store.
I used to buy from YesStyle since 2 years ago, but recently, their quality has gone down so much-- the new clothes I received were pilling and super thin and see through. It is honestly such a hit or miss. I also returned something, but YesStyle claims they haven't received it and won't refund me so I am at a loss of $70. I have told all my friends to never buy from Yesstyle and I would personally never buy from this company ever again. It is such a waste of time and energy, and it is such a scam honestly- quality and customer service both suck so much.
Some stuff is hit or miss! I have ordered a few times and a jacket was not as pictured. Also noticed a lot of loose thread on most of the items!
If they can ship out what is available right away instead of waiting for the other items to come in. I waited over 3 weeks for an order to arrive to NYC.
Having said all that I enjoy the large variety and good prices for moderate quality and stylish clothes!
I only bought a few items, all of which were small items which were said to be in stock within 24 hours. They take DAYS to do a single step and it's honestly outrageous and extremely frustrating. Never reliable to be punctual ever if you're buying something for an event it's been saying "preparing to ship" for ages now and that usps still hasn't received it. Horrible management first time buying from the site in a while and it's just as bad as before, they don't bother improving.
After being abroad for quite awhile, I found that YesStyle has some on my favorite make-up products that comes cheap when it is on sale.The product quality never fails me. I have not really bought any clothes however, I am cautious because of the sizing. One thing that I do like is the everyday free give aways!
Yesstyle is one of the very few sites that sent my order complete. Did not have a good exp with some other sites where they sent me late orders or even incomplete despite having made full payment.
Had ordered cosmetics/skincare and received the best quality and fast service. Am very happy with the site.
Will order regularly.
The quality of products varies a lot over different brands; some may arrive imitation products. The return policy is terribly inconvenient to customers; you have to dispute the refund transactions several times for long periods, whilst the competitor company Zalora does this better than Yesstyle.
Company sucks, think it's run by communist dictators because the house makes all the rules. There is no customer service and your lucky if you get any satisfaction.The whole business philosophy is to get you order and credit card number and then they own you. No refunds no matter how they screw up. My recommendation is to stay far away from this scam, there's too many good clothing retailers in the USA.
I placed an order since end of March and haven't received it yet, after back and forth emails enquiring, they provided several tracking links, either the package status never have any progress stuck in a location, or simply information not accurate. The worst thing was, I asked for a refund, they decided not to respond to my email anymore! I don't know what to do now and l am stuck! I definitely do not recommend to order from this company!

I ordered several things to be shipped express and was promised, a ultimate beauty pack, free fragrance sample, free beauty sample.
They took over 2 weeks trying to get one more product without even notifying me. In the end cancelled the order for the product they were waiting for and wasted the time they kept me waiting, then they didn't even send what was promised.
I've had such bad service, I don't intend on buying anything from them again. They're clothing quality is a cheap replica of whatever they see.
It's a site to stay away from. They're just scams
Recently placed an order for some cosmetic items that were in stock, received e-mail saying it was shipped. It has been over 14 business days and there is no sign of delivery and no tracking code provided. I am not happy about the situation at all, I have ordered from overseas companies many times and i never had a problem with shipping. I will not order from this company again and i just hope at this point i will get my items.
Takes ages for shipments to be delivered in HK. You wait and wait and then they come back saying an item cannot be sent, etc. etc. Delaying the shipment even further.
Another thing is the sizes, they are often incorrect, so you end up with clothes that don't fit or are a couple of sizes smaller... their prices are not so great either... similar or same products are found at other sites for less... though they have a wide choice of items, they seem to be operating quite badly.
There was lots to choose from and great prices! I am interested in Japanese and Korean skincare but they are not easily accessible where I live so YesStyle is a great option for me. The only con was some of my items would not ship for 21 days delaying my whole order.

Answer: I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
