I was at the first few weeks of my chemo treatments after having surgery a few weeks earlier and I went to Tiffany Wigs on Route 17 S, Rochelle Park. I DON'T recommend anyone to go to this place. I would especially NOT recommend anyone in a vulnerable or desperate situation to go to this store. The sales people tell you everything looks good on you, each wig is perfect for you, and when you are this sad and vulnerable, you cant help but believe them. I bought a wig that I knew did not look good on me, I did not care for at all, but I had barely any hair left and I needed to find something. The sales woman knew I didn't care for it but she pushed me into buying this wig, knowing how sad and pathetic I was at the moment. A few days later without EVER wearing it, the tags were still hanging from the wig, I called and asked if I could please return it. I hated it on me, did not look like me at all, and she said read the bottom of the receipt. It did say no refunds. She was correct, but I cannot believe that she had no sympathy or compassion for a woman who she knew was at the lowest point in her life. The wig came right off of the shelf, so why could I not return it and she could have put it right back onto the shelf I told her I never wore it, it still had every tag on it. For That kind of money and it was expensive, I cant believe how rude they were. For someone that wants to cater to woman in this position of chemo, no hair and desperation, they are NOT the right store to go to. Stay away... there are plenty of other places I found that are much much nicer and compassionate. I cannot believe this is the way she treats her customers. She never wants to help after she sells you something. And she pushes you to get something because she knows you are at your lowest point. I will never go back to this place again. She doesn't deserve business!

How it is that Yelp hasn't been brought up on racketeering charges so far is the only mystery to me. They basically shake down small businessmen for "protection money" to ensure you have a good online presence on their site. If you pay off their goons they'll make sure people only see glowing reviews of your business, if you don't pay them they'll filter out all the good reviews and just display the bad ones, plus they'll add a few of their own for good measure. They really damaged my father's business through their actions and if the people harmed by their evil practices ever mount a class action lawsuit against them we'll be the first in line to sign on.

Initially I had read similar complaints online about Yelp but didn't believe them until it started happening to my Dad. When it played out exactly the way everyone else had said it would I knew what was going on. The clincher for us was this. My Dad had received about 40-50 reviews by the point they approached him and he had a decent rating (almost 4 stars). He probably even would have considered their offer but at this time they had a water main break and flood the building so he was already stuck having to spend a lot on cleanup and renovations and he had to close for 3-4 weeks. Imagine his surprise then when his Yelp rating fell to 2.5 stars and all the 5 star reviews started getting filtered out. Worse still, while he was closed for renovations he got 4 new 1-star reviews all within a week or so, all claiming horrible service and poor customer experience... funny how that could happen when he was closed huh?

These guys are outright crooks, they need to be shut down, uninstall their app on your phone, stop using their site, stop feeding the evil!

I went to David's Bridal to look for my wedding gown and I was so stressed out even before I got to the store. But when I got there at the store and they had assigned Hannah to help me and I just want to say she was amazing she helped me to relax and helped me in finding the perfect dress for my big day. She was real professional and I gave her a price range and she helped me to stay really close to that range. If all of your associates is like this then you have a amazing team. Again thanks for all your help with my big day.

Purchased 2 truck tires on 05/24/16. A notice on the bottom of the invoice read " Attention Customer: We gave you the voluntary tire registration form. You must mail the form for the registration to be valid." This form was not supplied. I returned on 05/25/16 to get the form. When I asked for the form I was handed a blank form and told to fill it out and send it in if I wanted. The form has printed instructions for the seller to fill in the tire brand sold and for the tire identification numbers. When I questioned what the form was for the clerk said it was for the federal government so they would know what was purchased and I did not really need to comply. When I pointed to the part concerning the validity of the registration and questioned about whether this concerns the warrantee on the tires I was told "the manufacturer warranties the tires". Additionally there is no tire identification numbers anywhere on the invoice which leads me to question what proof do I have that I purchased these particular tires If I need to submit a claim.

I just purchased a new mattress from Banner Mattress in Palm Desert Ca. I am a first time customer and Octavio the salesman was really helpful and knowledgeable during my purchase. This man really knows his products and helped me in everyway possible. I would refer Octavio and Banner Mattress to anyone who wants to purchase a new mattress Octavio really took that extra step in making me decide on the type that is right for me Thank you Banner Mattress and their delivery team Junior he did and excellent job delivering and setting up my new bed and he was very informative and professional

My car was on its "last legs", so I needed to have it hauled away. After several paltry offers from local wreckers, I remembered the classic commercial from Victory Auto Wreckers, so I called them. The friendly rep on the phone gave me a generous offer, a pick-up date for two days later, and a pick-up time with a window between 7 and 10 am. I was also promised a phone call one hour before arrival. As promised, I received a phone call at 7:15 am, and Keith, the driver, arrived promptly at 8:15 am. After a quick inspection and signing of papers, I was given the cash I was promised, and Keith put my car on the tow truck. He was friendly, respectful, and made good use of everyone's time. He was very professional. I wish all business reps were like him. I highly recommend this company to anyone. AAA+++

Maaco I thought it was a respectful business read reviews so I went their for consultation. I decided to let them fix body work and paint and they said they would take the carto get tint off back window. I told them that I was new in town and I would need transportation home and too the bank when car is ready they agree and I left the car on 5-10, The car was ready on 5-20-2016 and Maaco all of sudden refuse to take me to the bank but would pick me up made no sense. I went by taxi bottom line the cars had black spots around the door an d they didn't take the tint off the back window I left the car and I have no trust in maaco will wait untill they fix my car correcty. Another business that does not honor their customer,

Went to Ashley Furniture today to buy a bedroom set tonight. I was greeted by Maria Osborn. It was the best furniture buying experience I've ever had. Her knowledge of the product lines was impressive. She spent quite a bit of time with me helping me select a simply beautiful set that fit within my budget. If your ever looking for furniture I highly recommend that you go to Ashley Furniture located on the Barrett Pkwy in Kennesaw Georgia. Make sure you ask for Maria Osborn, she'll make your buying experience a great one.

It's a reviews site that carefully filters it's reviews based on whether they are making money off you or not. If you pay their protection fees you'll find all kinds of glowing reviews of your business with all the negative ones filtered out, but if you don't pay them off they'll do their best to ruin your company by filtering out the good reviews and only displaying the bad ones. This company is straight up toxic and has ruined many a small businessman. Spread the word and don't let your friends use them either, they're criminals, plain and simple.

WARNING to consumers who live in Az. There is a flower shop in Cave Creek "AVAS FLORIST" do not do business with I repeat donot do business with them. I did this past weekend ordered flowers for my grandson and his new wife, on there web page the flowers look pretty. Mario promised me they would be deliverd to them on sat April 30th. When I checked my E-Mail to print receipt I saw they were going to receive them on May 1st. Then I spoke to Tony I told him flowers needed to be sent before 11:00 the were checking out of hotol at that time, they had to wait for the ugly flowers more than 1/2 hour For the price of the flowers and what they received was HORRIBLE, wrong color flower vase no ribbon that I asked for. When I called the next day to complain I received no help from any of the agents. I told one of the agents I wouldnt take these flowers to a funeral I would be ashamed. The arrangement was small and some of the little flowers were wilted and this cost me $84.00. BEWARE OF AVAS FLORIST IN CAVE CREEK AZ.

I reviewed a roofing company that did bad work on Yelp. My review was not kind to the roofing company but the review was listed in Yelp for about a month or a little longer. Yelp then sent me an email saying they were removing my review. They did not give me a reason except they said it did not represent to roofing company in a good manor. I replied to Yelp saying it was an honest review, not nasty or offensive but an honest review of how I judged the roofing companies work. I told Yelp that if they keep protecting business from negative reviews when a business whines about a review what good is Yelp. I got no reply from yelp

I drive 35-******* miles a year in my work so have needed car repairs from time o time. My wife drives a normal "working Mom" amount of miles a year so once in awhile she needs a car repair. We have been going to Accelerated Auto since they opened their doors several years ago. Service has ALWAYS been proper, reasonably priced, and fast no matter the task required. Courtesy, explanation of repair, competence, knowledge, and helpfulness are paramount with these folks from their front office, to the service writing desk, and repair personnel. I highly recommend them to anyone for any car or pickup truck repair or service work. Phil Tallman
