DO NOT TRUST YELP! What you agree to is not what you get charged for! As soon as they have your card number they charge you for a different program! Small businesses with covid right now - GEEZ! Who can afford to be ripped off $570 a month!

Yelp states "Guidelines for Reviews" to not allow rants for reviews, but they do allow them. Case in point, a Esther F gave a review of rantings against a business woman, a Teri Hart's Tennessee Colonics, where Ms. F never used her business and yet Yelp allows her to personally rant on and on against Ms. Hart, due to one phone call. It is based on a personality conflict and nothing to do with her business. For Yelp to allow Esther F's rants against a business owner rather evaluating her business itself, is so unprofessional of Yelp to allow this. Even Google took off Ms. F's rants from their site! Thus, I am a publisher who will never list my business with Yelp. And I will encourage other business owners to stay off of Yelp!

I received a green jacket as a Christmas gift Friday, December 25th, and was looking for a one-day Dry cleaner so I can use it on Sunday. After, visiting 6 cleaners, Zips Scaggsville in ******* Scaggsville Road, Scaggsville MD ******* was my 7th one for the first time. I was happy to be welcome by Florence B whose extraordinary service made me go back again today. Yes, I met Florence again with her consistent service for the second time. She is a valuable employee for this Zips Dry Cleaners, and I hope the company knows.

24/7 spam callers so they can get your card info and then before you have a profile or where with all they just start charging your card for "clicks". When I called them they sent me in circles. Talked to a man he used a bunch of lawyer talk on why he wouldn't give back my money. They started blocking my calls when I called back. No one on yelps end seems to think it's a problem. They just tell there sales department to say whatever lies to get your card and then move onto the next sucker.

I feel duped. This site didn't let me see the shipping costs, which doubled the price of my order. Had I known that i would not have placed my Oder. Not cool!

Super poor customer service, they lying and they will hurt your business, so please stay away from Yelp!

I have had 10 positive reviews over the course of 9 years that have not been posted to Yelp because of their algorithms. They have no problem posting the two negative reviews I received. That means the rating is inaccurate on Yelp for my business. They said they do nothing about it, I just got off the phone and the customer service rep explained that I need to do check-ins and fix the business myself because Yelp has the best way of weaning out reviews. I would understand the algorithm if I had multiple ratings, but a total of 15 makes me question the algorithm?

Yelp attempts to extort business with displaying less than accurate, fraudulent reviews. Allowing fictitious individuals to amass deliberate, false, fraudulent and fake low ranking reviews to intentionally disrupt businesses but fails to provide high ranking reviews stating "non-relevant reviews" by legitimate consumers are not shown. Then attempts to contact you wanting the businesses to pay for monitoring and performing reviews on "consumer reviews" for relevancy. While constantly using the term "advertising with them". This is no different than extorting business for money to provide accurate accounts of reviews and should be held to the highest standards of the federal judicial system as such. Regardless of their "logical programming language" any program and/or language of such can be manipulated to provide less than stellar accounts of review activity and ensure values of 1 or 0 and false values reign above all others. Programming, compute engines or other less than notable scripts, methods, etc. have to be initially be written by a human and maintained as such. With yelps less than average star rating itself you think some entity or legal system would require more specifics than their "first amendment" ploy.

I have been scammed by the company yelp
A sales person from there company call me offered a $300 credit to try them, they needed my credit card for this offer? I said your not billing me card right, they said this is correct
Then I noticed charges, called the sales Rep
And she now never called back!
I emailed the company and said cancel no response!
They now say I owe them $700 and have been trying to bill me!
I agreed to nothing with this company they. Scammed me!
Say away from anything to do with Yelp advertising

I tried business ads with Yelp. I never got one call or email.

When I tried to cancel, the automatic system did not work right. At that moment it offered me $100 of free ads, but the system did not work. I told them to give me the free ads or cancel my ad, to please call me to discuss. Nobody ever called me, but at the end of the month they charged me around $350 for no results. They have awful customer service. I tried to dispute it with the credit card company, but they took Yelp's side. So I am spending less on Chase credit cards and never doing business with Yelp again.

YELP REVIEWS is supporting and amplifying hate speech and political prosecution of American business owners. Sugar Shack of Menlo Park has had over 200 negative reviews of political hate speech accusing the owner of being a racist white supremacist kkk member as well as other vulgar language.

The owner has been threatened business had to close. I had made over 100 requests to remove the hate speech reviews but it has been two weeks with no action taken by YELP. I contacted their legal department and no response, called 10 times and was hung up on by all departments.

It has been two weeks and they leave up the bad reviews and ignore the request. This is defamation and dangerous to the well being of the business owner. YELP has chosen to take a politically bias position and no regard for the safety of a citizen. There is no human rights according to YELP.

Yelp is a useless bully, just like Donald Trump. They hold small businesses hostage with their tactics.

My positive restaurant reviews I wrote for the stores I visited have been removed from the public site due to the software screening. Why did I even spend time to post my great experience for Yelp?
I will never trust what is posted on this site.

I call them whenever we have a plumbing issue. Fast and knowledgeable.
Our home is 130 years old, and we have had plumbing issues with our old radiators. When we bought a new efficient gas heater, they did all the plumbing. They have always been able to fix everything properly.

From beginning to end, this company had lived up to my expectations. Ariel was very professional and knowledgeable in presenting their products (windows) Pricing was great and the work quality, installations by Jesus Sr, Jesus Jr and Gabriel demonstrated such respect and care of my home. Then Shelby who has always been there all along for any questions I have and is always on TOP of it! Theresa also is one to thank for being a great advocate to Elor Energy. I truly am very pleased and completely above and beyond satisfied with these AWESOME crew. I will recommend and very grateful to have worked with these company. They left the job site clean and in order. Truly demonstrated what Elor Energy is all about. Keep up the FANTASTIC JOB and thank you for my beautiful windows. Yelp is a fraudulent website - I was searching for an apartment - I found it necessary to find reviews about the owners and how they ran their properties. Well, the owners I looked up didn't have any negative reviews and that my friend should be a caution sign, don't ignore it. I didn't know any better - I got snared - the owners were racist, in the pocket of the police, crooked judge, so I was injured, my name was character assassinated, I lost everything, and my credit of 768 was ruined - how? In order for the owners to avoid discrimination charges, they had their long term tenants terrorize me to drive me out by stalking me w/cameras, chasing me w/dogs, blocking my entry way, harassing me, breaking the privacy act - when they couldn't get me to respond violently they made a sinister falls allegation and inserted it into a Ten day notice - I had never been evicted and I always got my deposit - so, here's the kicker... the day of the hearing in Spokane Wa, early morning w/out being notified in a timely manner my case was removed first in 15 minutes of my hearing from a judge I knew was honest to a judge of the owner's friend, but at that time I had no idea what was happening to me so of course that created my downfall; it was hell and I hold Yelp responsible as well b/c after the fact I did write the reviews of the Liberty Lake law enforcement, property owners - Whitewater Creek, Inc., of Hayden, which they have several WA state subsidiaries that manage some 1,000 apartment units in the Spokane WA, Liberty Lake, and Idaho area - but yelp.com removed them all for the next person to get snared. Long story short...

Plain and simple: I have over the past 4 years been harassed by high pressure sales reps from yelp trying to suck me into their sham. The fact is I gave them a small chance even after they buried the only and one legitimate review from a customer. In the past week, we were hired by a customer who due to our extended service hours got a hold of us after hours and contracted us to clean his condo. It had been closed nearly a year cause their mother had passed. So we cleaned it even though we had to double back because of an unforeseen power outage. At any rate, I never ask my customers to review me anywhere, they do when they feel like we did a good job. If I asked the hundreds and hundreds of customers we have served over the past 4 years we would probably have over 100 reviews but i dont even think we have 20 or 25 on Google. Yelp is a scam as far as I can see. I have never been contracted through yelp. Their analytics aren't credible in my opinion and nothing that has been presented to me can back that up. And just like they buried my reviews, I bet you anything they will find a away to hide this and not let you see it, they will most certainly censor my personal experience with Yelp. This review is based on facts and I dare Yelp to challenge me in a court of law if you think I am not being factual. I would be delighted. Naples Maid Services.
