Beautiful windows
August 26, 2021

Dream Style Windows just put in new windows for me and they're just what I wanted. I had them design a garden window for the kitchen and it's perfect! Javier matched the existing wood color for the area surrounding the window and did a beautiful job! I am so pleased with Dream Style and recommend them.

Stay away I live here HORRIBLE. I'm dealing with MOLD AND SLUGS! THEY REFUSE TO DO THE RIGHT THING. THEY HAVE MOLD ISSUES IN THEIR APTS. THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE IM DISABLED. THEY LOOK NICE UNTIL YOU MOVE IN! COME HERE OF YOU LIKE ROACHES AND MOLD!

I am a business owner with Yelp listing. Yelp became worse than cesspool as they support biased, defaming, untrue reviews that damage business reputation - it is [clear] CANCEL culture! When I complained (flagged bad review), they said the review in question did not violate their TOS (terms of service) - without even asking why would I contest the review! They do not care!

A reviewer can post any garbage, even if it is not relevant to your business. Yelp refuses to take it down, does not want to get involved in arguments between the reviewer and your business! Why? - because a review in question was posted by an "elite" yelper. They sort reviews not by true or not, but by how many words are in the review, if pictures included (once again, irrelevant, because they do not check if a picture makes sense - it is just "a" picture), then if the review was left by a long-time yelper that left lengthy reviews in the past, and has many "friends". What a BS!
I could go on and on, I just do not have enough [publicly acceptable] vocabulary to describe my experiences.
I have been Yelp' customer for more than 10 years, paid premium price for a variety of their services associated with the [upgraded] listing. I just cancelled all payments to Yelp. No more!

Yelp permits reviewers to give inaccurate ratings for personal reasons that have nothing to do with the business and the service that is provided. Yelp has no interest in helping the consumers who read the reviews. Yelp rewards reviewers for quantity with no regard for the legitimacy of the reviews and ratings. Yelp obviously has no concerns for the businesses that have listings.

A reviewer had written inaccurate information about my business and the way that the services are done. I replied to explain that the services were altered, due to her needs and demands (which I did explain to her at the time of the appointment). I needed for the public to understand this.

A year after my reply, the reviewer changed her rating to one star, due to her dislike of my response to her review. Side note: This violates at least 5 of Yelp's policies, which I pointed out to Yelp but I was repeatedly ignored, with no response or explanation.

She hadn't been back since the first time, so there couldn't have been any issues with a decrease in the value of the business or the service.

When I reported this to Yelp, I got an insincere reply that "they allow for the reviewers to stand behind their reviews " but it was so obvious that they didn't even read about the issue! The new review completely contradicts the original review and isn't really accurate or consistent enough to stand behind! If they would have read the reviews they could have seen that.

It was recommended for me to respond to her. This advice was not only unhelpful but has caused harm. There was clearly no way for me to correct this issue by attempting to communicate with the reviewer, since that was the actual cause of this issue! This was why I was hoping that I could rely on Yelp to assist!

I asked for an explanation of how this was acceptable but was ignored after 4 separate attempts to get a response.

It's unfair for a business to be an open target for someone with personal issues who is attempting to hurt the livelihood of a business, where they've only had a positive experience with no problems involving the service that has been provided.

I have attached a copy of the review. It's actually stated that of the 2 ratings given to my business, neither are what she really believes and that the only reason for lowering the rating is due to her dislike to my response to her review (having nothing to do with the business and services). This shows that she's not a reliable source and that the updated review/rating is not legitimate, based on her own words.

This isn't helpful for the Yelp community who is searching for a potential business or helping for them to make an informed decision. They're not going to get any use out of reading about her being spiteful. Yelp has found this to be acceptable and for this reason I know that Yelp could never be trusted.

DO NOT USE Costco Travel. We booked the trip about 60 days ago with a deposit. The trip is for the end of May. Today on March 20th we received an email stating the entire trip will be charged to our account on March 22nd. We can call and cancel but the hold time is 1 hour and I am doing that while I listen to horrible elevator music. There is no way to cancel online like all other travel programs.

It is unacceptable and a scam.

I have emails and receipts for my interaction with Costco travel on the date my review was published. Yelp does not have a customer service email and this email came from a "no reply" address.

I know many small business people that can not get Yelp to remove false negative reviews after literally begging Yelp and providing documentation.

This is sad. I was deeply disappointed because I used to trust Yelp reviews. I do not like the way Costco handled my booking and how deeply difficult it was to get my money back. That is what the removed review was about.

Yelp uses software to "bury reviews" good - or bad. But I have checked on these reviews, and there is nothing wrong with them. They say they used sophisticated software to do this, but they need human eyes on this! THEY ARE A REVIEW COMPANY! They have buried reviews which were given by legit customers, but still - they "got hidden". Use Google.

Unethical company

Awful. People can make up reviews about your business from a different state and Yelp won't do anything about it. Reported the review 3 times and they said sorry people can write reviews about whatever they want. Doesn't matter if they've never been to your business or not.

I don't recommend it, an attendant gave me a 200.00 coupon and I wouldn't pay anything the first month, so I accepted to see the app, but that's not what happened, they charged me 200 in the first 15 days and then they still want me to pay 150.00, I've called more than 100 times I've sent several emails and they didn't solve it, and I didn't have any clients. Nonsense Yelp never does anything to help the business. They don't help you set up anything, nor do they make you do all the work and take your money. And I couldn't reimburse you for a fake bad service

If I could give a company a ZERO this would be the one. I joined my BUSINESS with Yelp years ago when they first started out. I found out real quick they were NOT looking out for my Interest, of growing my Business. They called 24/7 with harassing sales calls at least minimum 6 a day. Blocked them, then they would call from another number, then another and another! Asking for money over and over. My free advertise with yelp turned into my nerves being shot! Then I noticed all those good reviews vanished. Now the bad reviews 2 were left. So I deleted my account, back then you could! Thank God! Other companies I see are not so fortunate! So now my business is on there but remains unclaimed. And I am sorry to say, but those people who YELP!. Need some. Real Mental help! The reviewer's that are angry and just out to destroy a business, truly do live amongst usI think they just go home. Start sucking down the alcohol, get bored and angry and start Yelping away! So much for reviews being constructive and helping a business change to do better! NOPE they got knives out, drinks in hand and can't wait to get their angry little YELPY claws on their computer keyboard to ruin your Business! You want malicious content, PLEASE YELP! You want threatened with Jail, PLEASE YELP! The Reviewers are as bad as YELP customer service! So my Advice to Business, Just DON'T! Who Yelps Anymore anyway? I mean if You get angry because we couldn't do a poodle paw on your 5 month old puppy, who is bouncing around, playing, chewing our hands. We are just Satan, and the worst horrible company ever! NO so your needs and review tell me that you want me to cut off your puppies toes! Because you want every single hair taken off those paws of a young little puppy! I should have done my research, I am usually smarter than that. RUN, don't fall for the crafty marketing guy that calls and tells you how great Yelp is and how you only pay for leads that actually get you business. I feel conned and swindled to the tune of almost $400 with ZERO return, NOTHING! Shame on me, don't make the same mistake I did! If you get an unsolicited call, hang up and do your research before committing to anything. I hope this saves you some grief and money!

I was trying to refinance with Mr. Cooper and throughout the entire process, I never received any correspondence from my processor( Jaklin Aghakian) the number and email on the site was non working. When I finally got a number for her, she never answered the phone nor did she return calls. When I did speak with her, she always gave me incorrect information or always told me information I already knew, example- she would say " a appraiser will call you to set up an appointment to do your appraisal " I would tell her an appraiser already called, came out and done the appraisal a week ago. Why she didn't know this was beyond me. Any information she asked for was provided within a 10 minute time frame. Any questions I had she never k we the answer to and always had to call me back the next day at the end of the work day.
I had to jump through 30 hoops ti get anything done.
I was suppose to close in 30 days, well 37 days into the process, I was still in underwriting, who was supposedly working on numbers.
The entire process was very frustrating, draining, hellish and upsetting. It was easier to buy the house, than it was to refinance with them. The left hand never knew what the right was doing.
I eventually ended up calling and telling them never mind, just forget it as a direct result of the un professionalism and (turtle like)service I was receiving.
My wife is a real estate broker and she said she never refer any of her clients to Mr. Cooper for any reason because she isn't going to put her clients through the same experience.
I expected better from them, but I was mistaken.
Never again…

FRAUDS

Don't list your business on yelp! They state we claimed our business we did not. It states unclaimed. The name of the business is wrong. They listed us as DUI law, which we are not. They listed a website that we don't use. They listed hours wrong. WORST OF ALL THEY accepted the fake reviews of people we never represented and rejected the real reviews stating they "do not recommend them".

This is copied and pasted and not one thing is accurate: (not our name, they said we claimed, we are not DUI law, and there are 8 reviews. The 3 legit ones are not recommended. The fake one was accepted. We have never represented any Jacqueese.

I attach the fake review, of someone who claims she hired us, but her complaint was being asked for money over the phone for a consultation. Do you really think she would hire after that? It was left for the wrong business. And the bottom picture is real reviews, "not recommended" I offered to provide documentation that these people left those reviews, and was told no.

Never trust this company
We did call them to stop leads because getting fake calls and there advertising team did wrong set up on out company page se tel Time with out taking any responsibility, they say they will fix it but alway bills but no real customer most of the time
We ending up with bill $900.00 and called them to understand why they charge we don't wanna leads and again another charge $718.43 and called again to understand what they doing, no one of the worker wanna really help only showing us only way is to pay and next time will be better

Lue Haven pools

Yet another day goes by with no work, or progress. Not even a phone call to explain to us why our pool will be delayed again. Yet my Friend that works for a major home builder says they worked all week on new construction. That's because they the home builder can not close on the house unless the pool is complete. Choose wisely Blue Haven has not been open or clear on schedules, and will use every excuse why they can not do there job, instead of saying how it will be resolved.

THE CLAM SHACK ON ST ARMANDS... SARASOTA...
Where should I begin... DON'T GO... PERIOD!
1. waited 25 mins to place a drink order... 20 mins until it came... total 45 mins...
2... then we ordered... 0ne lobster bisque... came another 1/2 hour... was like glue/paste... thick and pink... no flavor...

3. Ipswich fried clams PIECES... I SAID PIECES... complained... they brought another only NOW COMES BACK W SAME THE PIECES AND THEY THREW IN a couple of BELLIES... see picture... horrible...
Plus our other fried clam order never came... only the sides... potatoes and veggies...

Yelp deletes legal (factual) unfavorable reviews for businesses that pay for Yelp listings. They allow illegal (slander and unfactual) reviews for businesses that do not pay to be listed.

I once left a great review for a long time favorite sandwich shop after seeing strange posts about the owners being on drugs. My review was simply about the food, and I was accused of knowing the owners.

Yelp deleted numerous legitimate negative reviews for local handyman in which several women reported bizarre threatening behaviors. I was surprised to see I was not the only one, when I saw Yelp reviews for him that another site cached and displayed. People should know!
