Easy site to find what you need
I contacted your person in the chat twice to explain that I had a CRV that I wanted to put in the LED lights on and I was concerned that it would be brighter than what I have with the halogens. He assured me it would be brighter. I plugged them in and they're terrible. The same person, when I chatted the third time, immediately told me that I had reflectors and I should've ordered HID instead.

I originally bought leds from LEDHeadlightspro in 2016, and I ha a bulb burn out so I contacted the site and hit the support hyperlink, that took me to Xenonpro site which I then opened a chat with Dale P to get a replacement, Well after 19.99 charged to my CC I received the bulb that was March 2018. Now I have another bulb gone and again opened a chat with Dale P and sent him the email from Xenonpro from 2018 for a warranty claim. But they will not honor the warranty as they say I am not in their system and said that I managed to get free stuff from them, but they did in 2018 so what gives. I think this is the same company but had to get a new name because of all the complaints in Canada. They are not stand up company that will honor the warranty, Don't do business with them...

The LED lights were exactly as described and installed in my truck the way they said they would. But when trying to use the lights they didnt work properly. What started as a simple plug and play install turned into a complete nightmare of chasing around and finding someone willing to turn off my daytime running lights so the LEDs would work. Contacted there support and they weren't super helpful in figuring out what I needed to do and just told me to send the lights back instead of helping me to get them to work. I was looking forward to a qwik and easy install instead it turned into hours of running around and on the phone with support only to have it wasted and needing to return my product. Do your research on your vehicles compatibility to the LEDs before purchase to save the headache after the purchase and the disappointment of them not working the way they say they will.
Hi Rick, thanks so much for your feedback and so sorry to hear about your poor experience. Some vehicles with DRLs require them to be deactivated, this goes for any aftermarket bulb or assembly. The LED lights were effective and the components worked. The paper installation instructions were too small to read easily, even with a magnifying glass. There was an issue with the headlight existing housing locking collar. It would not fit properly with the new LED bulbs. I had to cut the collar with a Dremel wheel tool to expand it to fit around the new bulb base. Your product should have included a locking collar.
So far the experience has been amazing, I just hope the quality of the product is the same.
It was easy to install, i was hoping it would be way brighter. Also i feel like the light is everywhere instead of focusing most of the light on the road. I wonder if its not compatible with projector headlights

The multi side led doesn't work too well on my 2017 Rav4. The low beam is fine just that the high beam is crappy. When turned on high beam, the amount of brightness is not projecting forward as my halogen. There is no different in low or high beam. This just doesn't work for my car. Online chat rep is not professional. First guy ignore me and second guy told me to email them for return. Then they email me back to get back on the chat line to authorize the return. The return process is too much hassle and pain in the butt. Better off with ebay or Amazon.
I have the lights tie-wrapped in, the original plastic ring that locks my bulbs in place needs to go in front of the fan and behind the bulbs plastic ring...I text back and forth with customer service and they told me I can take the cap off the led, but that didn't help at all...I gave up and left them in with tie wraps. Just annoyed when I'm told it fits my truck, it should fit my truck
Great website, useful information, helpful customer support. I ordered a 3000k hid kit and the bulbs they included where 4500k. So I contacted them and the sent me new bulbs. Same thing. So I contacted them again and then they finally sent me the right bulbs after I ordered some from kensun. Overall I like the kit. Very bright fairly easy to install...

In order for us to complete a warranty claim, we would need your order number or email address. If you do not provide this information to our agents, we cannot simply send out a product blindly. If you say that you were previously serviced, you must have an order number to help us get your replacement bulbs. One of our managers will contact you to get to the bottom of this.
