Product seems fine but the instructions are ridiculous. It's obvious that they were written by someone that does not speak English. Maybe you should upgrade the instructions so that they can be read without trying to decipher bad illustrations and even worse written instructions

Great Value and product.
I used the vehicle fitment finder on the XenonPro website to find the correct size LED headlights for my car. It said that their H11 LED bulbs would fit my 2014 Nissan Sentra. When the product arrived 7 business days later I was very disappointed to find out that in fact the bulbs did not come close to fitting my vehicle. While the tip of the bulb does partially go into the hole, the bulb will not slide all the way in. It brings up before the twist-lock threads can be engaged. When you have to return a product that doesn't fit because of their inaccurate information you end up having to pay a re-stocking fee in order to get a refund. The cost of my initial order was $210 Canadian and my refund was only $180. The return shipping cost me another $20 so that meant the whole process was a $50 loss for me. Don't waste your money at this company.
Hi Rod, thanks for your feedback. LED bulbs are bigger than standard halogen bulbs and we do have one of the slimmest bulbs on the market. Our bulbs seal off your headlight so putting back the dust cap on is not necessary and in fact not recommend as it may choke the cooling fan. As for returns, it should not cost more than $10-$15 if the return instructions are followed properly. One of our managers will call you to follow up on your order. I bought 2 sets of LED's (Hi & lows) for my van and they worked beautifully until I hit the 8 month mark. One bulb first started to flicker and then went out, they replaced that one and it worked fine. But after a short while later another bulb (hi beam) started to flicker and also stopped working and then another one from the other side went dead. I asked for them to be replaced and they said I would need to switch the bulbs around. I said why would I need to switch them around after 8 months and besides the way my headlights are situated in my van I needed to have them professionally installed by my mechanic and every time I gave it in it costed me more money. I told them that I paid a lot of money for them because they come with a lifetime warranty and that I would send them the olds ones once I had them replaced. They just said too bad and that they were busy with other customers and ended the chat. I had them remover and bought a new set locally.

We're more than happy to send you replacement parts under our warranty program but it's impossible for us to guess what went wrong. 9/10 times the issue can be resolved on the spot without any replacement parts.
We understand that your vehicle has difficult-to-access headlights but we must follow protocol in order to serve you properly and to diagnose the issue at hand.

I ordered both High and low beams for my 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI SE. Which calls for an H7. Their system says that it will fit... it wont its not even remotely close. I verified with customer service that they were actually the right ones and they said they were. Tried to return them and they say they only accept returns via Fedex which thats total crap. When I priced how much it was to ship them it was 100.86 to return them via Fedex so a third the price of the item like WTF!? Dont fall for their trap that they sell bulbs you pretty much can't return with hosing yourself even worse

Shipped the wrong item. The ONLY customer service you can get is by online chat. They will NOT allow you to speak with an actual person. Even though the box I received was clearly marked 4300k (I even sent them a picture of it), their Customer Service person maintained I had actually been sent the 5000k lights that I ordered. I told them I did not want to install them and find they were wrong, so I asked them to send me a new set that were confirmed to be 5000k and to take back the 4300k lights I had received. They would not. I then asked to return the lights and get a full refund and they told me the return shipping would be at my cost (they mandate you use FedEx) AND I would be charged a restocking fee. I kept the lights as by the time I paid for shipping and restocking fees I would have only gotten about $20 of my money back. I will never do business with XenonPro.com again. P.S. On top of all of that, the lights I received are not even each the same color as each other! One light is clearly more yellow than the other. I would not recommend XenonPro to anyone.

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
