Everything looked good until I went to install and found one of the bulbs broken in the box. I imagine it was something that happened during shipping and I'm hoping customer service can help me out. Other than that the product seems fine

I just found it to be a little confusing and slow including the chat. Also that the bulbs really are difficult to install and the final installation leaves the bulb fan assembly exposed to dirt/dust as it's pretty much exposed. Lastly I was expecting a very very bright light. I have seen many that are a lot brighter.
Ordered 3 sets of led headlights from xenon pro and all products work after being installed. Products arrived in good time and in new condition.
