Great product! A big change on illumination and vehicle appearance. A little pricey compared to other brands but definitely worth it. Careful while installing, very delicate product, one of my LED H9 45W fell while installing and the glass broke but luckily still worked afterwards. 100% recommend!
Delivery took longer than expected. 1 of the led glass protective housing was broken upon arrival thus giving it only 3 stars. No big deal for me as long as the led itself is not broken. Reported to customer service and took a very long time to respond. The response I got is just an email telling me to message chat them during working hours mon to friday. Need to work out with the approach on how to handle customer complains. No live support(phone calls). And you cant recieve any answer from them during weekends.
I had no previous experience with HIDs. After chatting with customer service I ordered a set. Installation was easy, and the lights are amazing.
I used your chat with a representative to help answer some questions about the proper product for my car. Hopefully it all works out. The only issue I have is that I did not know it was in American dollars untill my card was charged. I ended up paying alot more than I thought. There great lights with no shadow or dark spots, with solid white light. Very happy with the product. Be nice if you informed customers about the exchange rates. Thanks

Terrible customer service, and complete Chinese garbage of a product, don't waste your time, I thought I was buying a quality product, then could not return. Customer service through the website told me they were plug and play and they are not.
The LED lights I purchased are by far the most efficient and effective LEDs I have ever bought. I shopped around on 5 different websites for LEDs and XenonPro has the best price and best performance output for their LEDs. I am the most satisfied customer on purchasing their LEDs
The website was easy and quick to use and got my led kit fast only problem was one of the lights was blown and the other worked emailed the customer support on Sunday still waiting for a reply hopefully I won't have to order another set as it came blown out
This company just stole $145 from me and how they did it is quite clever for a charlatan. I got an RMA number to return a product I had purchased. I sent the product back to them using USPS and not FedEx as was recommended by them. Despite the fact that I had posted the RMA number boldly on BOTH the package and a slip inside the package, along with my original order number, of course the name of Xenon Pro as the retailer, a full 45 days after USPS confirmed delivery of the package, Xenon Pro refuses to issue me a refund of my $145. They hide behind the fact that I didn't use their preferred delivery system and not the fact that they have received the package. It is this kind of dishonesty that all customers should be aware of when dealing with this sub-standard online scammer.

**UPDATE** In my original RMA Request, Dale told me that the $15 fee would be waived for one of my two items. When my refund was finally finished almost a month later, I received $30 less than I originally paid. After contacting support and speaking with Dale again he said that he believes that wasn't the case that the RMA was processed and closed. The email stating that my RMA was processed said that I would receive another email with a summary of the refund, which i never got. When I asked Dale about it he refused to send it to me saying, "If you received your refund in your account, it should be very clear of your refund summary." I only ordered 2 kits, so based of of my first conversation with Dale, I should have only been charged $15. I am tired of being screwed over by this company
Read these reviews and stay away from this company! I ordered high and low beams for my truck and their website states, "Guaranteed Fitment"
After receiving them, the fan on the back of the bulb was too big to allow the headlights to fit in my trucks headlight housing. After talking with the support guy through a chat, he sent me a screenshot saying that it is on the customer to check for fitment to make sure their item will fit. Its hard to do that when their website does not have any dimensions or measurements.
I filed for a return and was told that I would have to pay for shipping plus a $15 fee for shipping for each item
Their customer service is terrible and look for every reason possible not to refund you what you are owed.
I told him that I was going to write a negative review and his response was "Its like a drop of water in the ocean"
It's clear that they don't care about their customers at all and refuse to work with you over their mistakes. I wish i had never come across them

Installed led fog lights and after installed for a couple weeks the fog light somehow worked its way out of the housing and broke part of the one drivers fog light off

First time purchasing these products from XenonPro.com I only wish you guys would sell LED kits for Prius Two. Updated comment; satisfied with preliminary service. Greatly disappointed with the quality of product; led headlights are not what they claim to be, besides being too dimmed, one of the bulbs is dimmer than the other, and you can never get them tight enough. I got the 45 watts 6000k, supposedly the brightest of all. When I got my delivery, the glass tube that protects the chipotle was broken. Before the end of this week, I will be shipping them back. I had high expectations about the product, but it's true as they say: 'You get what you pay for'

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
