The headlights I received flickered when I had them plugged in to the headlight plug and in the adapter. Tried reaching out to their customer service 2 weeks ago and never heard anything about a refund or new bulbs.

I received both sets of low/high beams and installed and worked perfectly.
The fog lights showed up with one cracked housing, and the other would not power when connected. This is unfortunate as I wanted to have matching headlights/foglights. I have yet to receive a response regarding this issue. Issue was relayed on 7/5/2020 and today is 7/13/2020.
The lights I recieved did not fit the model of my car even with using the vehicle finder. I reached out through live chat and spoke with Dale who was very rude and unprofessional. I tried to explain i still wanted LED lights but needed help finding whats best for my car. Dale informed me just to send them back and I'd get a refund since I didn't know how to install them. As I further tried to explain what the problem with the lights was he told me that he's explained this to me already and just send them back. I asked to speak with someone else and was informed there is no one else and no poi t in trying to complain cuz no one cares.

These lights were not bright at all. We've already sent them back for a refund.
I paid for express shipping but it took over a week to receive my goods and the anti flicker that they sent for my fog lights didn't even fit my car

The driver side light is not compatible with my Ford Explorer even though the website assures me it is. I would like to return the products for a full refund.
It was good, but the one of the bulb or ballast doesn't work.
Led headlights high and low beam did NOT fit and was NOT plug and play like they said also I had to pay for return shipping and the original shipping cost! Cost me $50 in shipping charges. Horrible company and customer service you will never get anyone on the phone have to do everything through messenger on their website Avoid at all cost and save yourself the money and headache
