I ordered a complete set of headlights...high and low. Liked the sale price but was extremely disappointed that I was charged in US funds. I've looked and looked and no where on your web site does it say US funds. It was shipped from a Canadian city to a Canadian city.why US funds? And why does it not state this on your web site? I'm leaving it up to my husband on wether or not he's going to return the purchase.
For further reference WE NEED TO BE INFORMED IF OUR PURCHASE IS GOING TO COST MORE THAN OUR RECEIPT TOTAL BECAUSE THE SITE DOES NOT DISCLOSE THIS FACT. I will NOT be purchasing from your site in the future.

Well to say the least - I was shocked when I got my VISA bill. The lights were on sale 1/2 price and the free shipping caught my eye. So I ordered. My bill came to $292.26. It was a bit more than I could afford but I went for it. Then I got my VISA bill and the price jumped to a whopping $402.26. I ordered from a Canadian city, shipped to a Canadian city, by Canada post so expected Canadian order. But NO, it was USA funds. No where on your web site does it say USA funds. Like I told Louis, if I didn't have the lights already installed I would have returned them. I have told 4 different friends about the good price and they were going to order until they heard USA funds so they ALL backed off. Also I was suppose to receive a discount for doing the survey that I have not received yet.

First we had ordered the wrong product, our bad, but when I went to return it WE had to pay the shipping which we could only use FedEx which had the cheapest shipping option of $86! They should accept any carrier! It is insane to have it limited! We did reorder the correct product and when it came two of the bulbs were burned out, another part was broken and they worked TERRIBLY! Our stock lights had much better visibility than the LED ones we ordered and were told should be a huge improvement. When we contacted customer support to return the item (we were ok with a re-stocking fee) we were told that it was our choice to get that product and that its not their fault we don't like them and that we are ignorant idiots who just don't know what we are doing which is why they aren't as good as what we expected! I have never had such an awful experience with a company. I am an operations manager of a company that is in the service industry and I would fire any employee immediately if I heard that they treated a client the way we were treated. How we were talked to is unacceptable. Straight off the bat the rep Louis C was volatile and never tried to give us any real help or guidance. Extremely disappointed and would NEVER recommend this company or any of their products.

Xenon pro is a joke you cannot even call and talk to someone in customer service if you do get a hold to a person they will not help you they tell you to contact via chat line which is on there website then you try to explain to them via chat that your leds will not work and they just don't respond back to you and if you do get to return your lights you have to pay shipping to Canada i spent three weeks trying to get my problem solved and i just gave up and sent them back which cost me shipping and restocking fees i will not recomend this company to any one it was hands down the worst experience i have ever had on trying to get something done buy fixing a problem the first set i bought they sent wrong ones so i spent days via chat trying to resolve that issue in which they said it was my problem i was stupid enough to reorder and when i got that kit in it wouldn't work either then i tried calling email and they would tell me to contact via live chat in which Kevin and Louis would not respond to my issues i am the customer i spent over $300 and still no lights i will never recomend xeon pro
