I received my order and I must've got the wrong bulbs because they would not fit into my light socket, and even the one bulb with very light pressure, not very impressed, if I could get a refund that'd be great
Customer service is a joke, very crappy company, would never purchase from them again.
Rude comments made by support staff, product that claims to be 'plug and play' that isn't. Support staff seems to think just beacause I was able to plug the lights in with out cutting or splicing wires this means plug and play? Plug and play means they plug in and they work. Not having to do ilegal mods to have them work. Such as disabling drl (completely illegal in Canada and almost impossible to do as no dealership will do it) all they got right was that they plug.
Now I'm out 20% restocking fee and 40 bucks to ship back... very unfair im paying money out of my pocket to return something that does not work!
The directions didn't help at all. I had to do a lot of research on line to figure out how to put them in and also called in. Eventually I did get them installed and they work. I requested that you send me a receipt by mail and as of today I still haven't received it. For some reason my computer wouldn't allow it to come through my email. Can you please send me a receipt for my purchase? Thank you.
This order, for some reason, took twice as long to get as my previous. I also was required to sign for this shipment as opposed to my previous shipment. That increase the delivery time as well.
With that, the product is still Fantastic! Hence why a bought again so soon.
Very easy great product
One of my bulbs came with the glass chipped already. It still works, but was unfortunate as ever.

Kevin answered all my questions in the live chat room. Overall very satisfied with the online experience with them. Hopefully the lights are all they should be once I get them installed.
Finally got home to install all six 45W LED bulbs on my 2018 Silverado 3500HD. The low beams glass tubes would not fit. Called your customer service and he recommended me remove all glass tubes as they are more of just a protectant for shipping. So then they fit. The high beam and fog lights fit. I ordered the anti flicker pieces for all six but could not use for the fogs. They were wired backwards from XenonPro so left them out but the bulbs work with out the anti flicker modules and CEL light in dash.(as in red wire or black wires did not match up to the stock plug on the truck)(Wish I was told anti flicker modules were not needed for fog bulbs, waste of $25 each)
For the performance of the bulbs, the fogs are really good (just need to point them down for on coming traffic), the high bulbs are pretty good, the lows are NOT good at all in the factory projector housing. I think the lighting on the road is worse than the stock bulbs. Not sure what I'm going to do with the low beam bulb scenario now.
I went with LED bulbs instead of HID's because I'm on really rough roads up here in northern Alberta Canada for work. Ive had much better longevity out of LEDs compared to HIDs.
Makes it feel secure knowing that I put my vehicle information and gives me all the correct itiems for my needs. Just hope everting comes out okay.

The only thing I wish that you indicated on the website is that it is in US dollars.
Also, the instructions received, are very difficult to read and unclear for the 9007 bulb system replacement.
It was ok I just didn't like how hard and complicated it was to install the lights.

I got LED lights from xenonpro. First of all the lights are pretty dim. Once I decided to send them back they instructed me that I only can send it back via FedEx. This is absolutely ridicules that I received the bulbs via Canada Post and I have to ship it back with FedEx. When I contacted their online support the guy was super rude and snappy. Unbelievable! Also, be mindful of the currency they charge you. I bought it from Canada and paid with a Canadian credit card and they shipped it from Montreal so I found this pretty dodgy that I got charged in USD. Please stay away from this company and save yourself a massive trouble.
Website didn't specify the currency. I thought I'm paying with Canadian dollar until I saw my bank report and I was charged in USD!
Also it is advertised as 100% satisfaction guaranty with easy return, however, when i requested a return I was asked to ship back with only Fedex. This is absolutely nonsense as I received the item with Canada post why should I send it back with FedEx? I do not recommend Xenonpro to anyone. Stay away!
