Make sure to double check what you're purchasing because the XenonPro return address is located in Canada. It costs almost $200.00 to pay for shipping to return any item! They also impose a restock fee, which I believe is 20%. This company made it so it's not even worth shipping anything back, unless what you paid is over $200. The customer service is horrible because you cannot speak to a live representative. The wiring harnesses seem flimsy and the connections tend to pull apart because they were poorly constructed.
I got the 25w LED's, they are brighter than my old halogens. However, i wish i would've got the 35w. I could use a little more brightness. Overall, great product.
I received my lights and they looked wonderful. I had a mechanic install them in my truck and they didn't work properly. They told me my mechanic installed them wrong. One light worked fine the other had a mind of its own and would turn on and off. I contacted xenon pro and the service tech I live chatted with typed like he was nine years old. Told me their products were tested and worked 100%. He told me the reason my light wasn't working was because of my daytime running lights. My daytime running lights are a set of separate LEDS. He assured me that's what it was, I took my truck to my GMC dealer and even had them completely disable the drls. It didn't fix the problem. Do you know how I fixed the problem? I ordered headlights from a different company and had them installed. They worked perfectly, even with my drls. Working with this company was a nightmare, they were unprofessional and I really feel like I was, at any moment, going to have a host of a prank show jump out and tell me it was all a joke. Do yourself a favor and please shop elsewhere.

The products is great once I figured out how to wire it. The wiring diagram was somewhat helpful. On my fusion I had to remove the old plug and use my own spades to connect th wires. I have yet figured out how to use them with the auto matic lights instead of having to turn them on and off every time. But the lights were great once installed

My first shipment contained one out of three lights that was incorrect.
I notified your Company and the correct lights were shipped the next day.
Arrived in 2 days and were correct.
I replaced the high beams, low beams & fog lights in my wife's 2017 Honda Pilot with LED bulbs and she really loves the improved lighting.
I will be purchasing a new vehicle in a few months and if it does not come with really great lights I will replace all of them with your LED bulbs.
I'm buying a new set of canbus or antiflicker for my 2007 F250 LEDs. I have three working parts out of the set I bought. Instead of going through the ridiculous exchange process over a 14.00 part which when I shipped the last set of lights back due to there the wrong type I needed. Cost me $40.00. I'm just buying a new set for 34.64. Have an extra part.

Dale P was extremely helpful on answering all my questions. The site and initial customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, the led kits that I received were not the same as the kits that were advertised on the web site. No markings or origin of manufacture. Also, the low beam unit was too long. Due to spacing requirements, it would not go into the housing. RMA was issued immediately but due to shipping costs to Canada (even though there is a warehouse facility in the US) and restocking fee, I decided to keep them as an extra set for my fog lamps. I should have purchased from a US distributor.

Customer Service is terrible. Cannot even talk to a person. It is live chat. Parts were broken and other part broke a week later. Was told they passed quality control. There is no Warranty on their products. Buyer Beware.
I ordered bulbs on line through their website. Chose their recommended add on's, when i did get bulbs they were not what i ordered. Okay mistakes happen, when i called you can only go to website for live chat unless you are ordering new. After being dropped 3 times i called and talked to a sales person, who would not help and blamed my connection for having issues. So i went back to chatting 4 more times and finally their system worked, because mine had not changed. Person was rude so i suspect the guy on the phone was same on chat line. At end of day i was trying to just get the right bulbs no matter who's fault it was and pay difference, by time he finished being rude and wanting me to pay again and then hope to get a refund, I asked for a Return authorization and said i would send back and eat 20% restocking fee. Then he was nice and said sure. Seems they have a scam going on here and I wonder if they are even a real company or someone working out of a garage. I recommend you enter at your own risk and be prepared to lose money on something that looks good but isn't real.

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
