Where is my order? I tried calling the customer service number and it says disconnected. I also tried using the chat which says they are not online. It has been 3 weeks!!!

Stunned to see this product when it arrived. This was supposed to be a evening beach scene. Very poorly done. It was for my daughter's dorm room. Not even close. Throwing away. Anyone that would send this inferior product, that looks nothing like the website photo, will probably have no interest in giving refunds.

Super cute on the 10 lbs models. Real women, I'm 5'5", 145lbs, it's not true to their size chart, cheap material, looks different than in pic, & they only accept returns if the product is damaged. I've ordered from Asian companies before. I understand that their clothes run small. I've also gotten super cute clothes from them & had great customer service. Dresslily IS NOT that company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Size not anywhere near what should be. Came from China and took forever. I would not recommend this company. Should have read reviews before placing order. Cost to return more than order. Gave tops away.

Dresslilly just refunded the money for the dress into my PayPal acct. I e-mailed them about their refund policy. I told them that it wasn't the size of the garment that was the problem; I just didn't like it when I put it on. I told them that they should allow for a try-on period like a lot of other online companies. Not sure if they heard what I was trying to say. But they refunded the full amount of the dress and didn't ask for it back. Ok Dresslilly, I give you 4 stars for the refund, but -1 for all the effort to make things right. Thanks.

You order an item and wait for shipping confirmation. After about a week you message them asking why it hasn't been shipped yet and then get the automated response saying that "the item you ordered is popular and so has been back-ordered". Sure. This is the third time ordering from them and always get the same response. Even if it were true, any reputable brand would let their customers know that there is a problem with their order. You do get the item eventually, but be prepared to wait more than a month for it

Been so excited since finding Dress Lilly, advertising plus size clothing, decent prices, what could go wrong right? So I found 2 womens plus size tops that are adorable in a size 4x. I usually wear a 3x but went bigger due to me being afraid they would run small. I tracked the order, it was delivered today. Just went to try on both tops, 1 of them I couldn't even get 1 arm in and the other only my head. They fit my 10 year old who wears a women's large and it's a little tight. The other fits my 13 year old who wears a women's xl. So before ordering your clothes.... PLUS SIZES DO NOT MATCH UP TO U.S.A. SIZING!!! Soooooooooooo disappointed :( lw

Ordered 7 tops May 25th. The first 6 tops arrived June 9th. All are materials that you feel cheap and you can see thru. I tried of every top and all of them do not fit. Their sizes are so way off. But ok, I can return them right? Contacted support on their website since no phone number to call. They said I needed to wait until the last item arrives to return them. I asked if the final item can be canceled since it was on back order. They said no it was already in process, whatever that means. So ok, I think wait a few more weeks. Well receive an email with a China tracking number. Keep checking when I don't get anything for US tracking number. Finally I ask the support team again about the shipment I did not receive yet. They said that it was shipped no priority since it was a second part of the order and it would take time to be delivered but they can't track it past that it entered the US from China but to give it until 8/7 to ensure it doesn't get delivered. So now 8/10 and still no delivery. Added another message on support to ask how to return the 6 I did get again. Now waiting for response. A bit ridiculous for an order to take this long getting resolved. If I had known it was shipped from China, I would not have ordered at all. Be aware when ordering from Dress Lily. I will not order again and just hope to get my money back.

This is the worst customer service i have ever encountered...the phone number does not work you must submit a request on everything. Ordered 4/30/17, got 1 shipment in wrong size but kept it and gave it away--got 2nd shipment a couple of days later--did not open package--sent back within 10 days..

8/9/17 Still fighting to get $ back from a returned order.

The sizing guide the provide is useless. I checked my sizes again the size guide they have in US sizes and ordered three tops in three different sizes. None of the tops fit. I have checked the measurements on the tops to the size guide they keep quoting and they don't match either. I think they need to quality check their Chinese suppliers. £27.79 paid £13.07 refund offered. Plus I get to keep three tops that are useless.

Customer support email is no good, worried. I will assume it will, if ever received, be poor quality as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered what looked to be affordable dress with free delivery. Delivered to my aged, disabled mother who was charged $25 by courier. Turned affordable into unaffordable and i feel totally taken in. Soo pissed off with this company. Keep away from here!

I've ordered almost 100.00 worth of product - didn't read reviews until alter placing the order. I went to my account and it shows it was shipped, went to track it and only a label was printed. I put in a ticket and now have received another tracking number... Went to track the order again and only shows that the label was made again. fed ex has not picked up the order or they haven't sent the order to fedex yet. I hope that this isn't a scam - order was placed three weeks ago - I will report back on this site if I ever receive my order.. I am beginning to wonder if the positive posts are true posts or scams as well.. This is very disappointing! I have registered with fed ex to be notified upon any movement of this order. I will continue to notify this company if again I don't see shipment on the order... I am really scared I've been scammed.

Tip for consumers: Be aware of this site/company - Seems to have issues, major issues.

I have made 3 purchases and have had problems with all 3 orders. Their sizing is not consistent. On this last order, I purchased 3 dresses in size 2X. One dress fit perfect. The other 2 were to big. I laid the dresses out and measured them at the waistline. The dress that fit measured 16" across. The 2 that are to large measured 17 5/8" across and 18" across the waist. Every single order has had this problem. They tell me they will ship me the correct size, but it never happens.

If I could give this site a 0, I would. STILL waiting going on 3 months for an item, was told they can't do anything until I wait some more then they offer to ship it again, doesn't even offer better shipping or a coupon off or ANYTHING at all. I basically got a "You have to wait another 10-25 days" completely ridiculous. Horrible.

I am not the one to come on these websites to complain because I am a very strong believer of "benefit of the doubt". But I felt if I knew this before, I wouldn't have ordered from this website. I chose the option if delivery in 10-25 business days, and when it first didn't come, I opened up a ticket on their website and explained my problem. Yes, at first they were very kind about it, but for every question I asked they had they same response -
Q: On your website it says my Order has been received, it hasn't. Where is it?
A: We are sorry. We are responsible for you and your package. Check to see if it is at your local mailing building.
Q: How would I go about getting a refund? I checked and it wasn't there.
A: We are sorry. Rest assured we are responsible for you and your package.
Q: I understand but I still would like a refund.
A: You placed your order on 05/27/2017, therefore contact us on 07/26/2017. We will offer you an solution then.
It is now the 7/28 and I am still waiting for an solution and refund. I am not over exaggerating, I copied pasted most of this. Yes they are cheap, but the cost is usually not only for the product, but the service. Doesn't get worse then this. I am suggesting Romwe instead. Under stand I picked 10-25 day shipping.

They only sent one of the three items that I ordered and then refused to rectify the situation. They said there records show all three items were sent and it was no longer their issue. Do not use this company.

I ordered three XXXL shirts from DressLily and the resulting shirts were too small to fit a child. I'm researching how to contact the Chinese Consulate to report how badly Dresslily.com represents their country and their lack of quality control. Companies like Dresslily have made China the scam center of the world. They should be investigated by their government. Order #LL1707142018338407

I should have ready these reviews before I ordered also when it told me it could take up to 15 business days to arrive I knew there was a problem. I have not received 2 shirts from this company and they are not very helpful!! Don't order from this place unless u want to give them your money and receive nothing in return. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
