I've been fighting with them for a while now trying to get several items refunded that are unwearable. They continue to either make a counter offer or say I didn't pay what I did and won't refund the full amount (even though I have the original order email from them proving what I paid. Next step will be dispute with the CC and BBB complaint. Don't buy from them, not worth it.
Tip for consumers:
Most items seriously lacking quality. Wafer thin material. The 2 I kept were actually decent. I had forgotten I'd ordered from them before and the quality was lacking. Won't make this mistake again

So they tell a customer they don't charge until the merchandise ships. I just placed my order after hours of fighting with the website. Then I see that review. So I check my account... wouldn't you know, the funds of course have been charged within minutes of placing the order.

When you submit your order, we place an initial authorization for the entire order when you place it—this is a temporary hold on funds that will automatically drop off within a few days. The money is not withdrawn until the order ships. Once the order ships and the card has been charged, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please note, if your order includes multiple shipments, you’ll see a charge for each item as it goes out. We’re sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused you.

Really like your products. Minus 2 stars for the price gouging on the shipping though. Seriously, please stop making a profit on your buyers by more than doubling the shipping costs.
