I've been fighting with them for a while now trying to get several items refunded that are unwearable. They continue to either make a counter offer or say I didn't pay what I did and won't refund the full amount (even though I have the original order email from them proving what I paid. Next step will be dispute with the CC and BBB complaint. Don't buy from them, not worth it.
