Wow Factor Getway Just to say this place is so quite peaceful and tranquil. Birdlife, kangaroos other animals. Gary & Darrell are the perfect host. Meet Gary he made me welcome. Had 2 nights stay. Just amazing awersome place to stay. Definitely will go back. Ms Margaret Sherwood
Avoid buying any flight *******@bookingcom at all costs. Especially their flexi ticket which they don't support and is a literal scam! We tried to get a flight change for 5 days, eight calls, the flight times came and went, while they promised to call back in 3 hrs every time. Never a call came! Left stranded overseas, our only option was to buy a completely new ticket direct from an airline company. To top it off, their online complaints form is broken on both chrome and edge.

This 'company' will do anything it can to scam you out of every cent.
In addition to making it near impossible to withdraw funds from our hosting service, their 'clever' finance chart shows your GROSS profits, while also presenting a bar for the commission you owe them. This makes it seem like the profit bar is your NET profit, as there's another bar for your commission, so why the double representation?
Clearly, this company is geared more towards fooling it's client-base, and extracting as much value from the marketplace by way of being a parasitic middle-man.
Absolute 0 trust score.
We were charged twice for a 4 night stay. We also only stayed 1 night because the hotel room was infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. We were bitten at least 100 times. We informed Booking and sent them pictures of the bites, the roaches and the double charges on my Visa. They kept saying they were not receiving our emails and basically refused to help us. We ended up paying for 8 nights, stayed 1 and were in a horrible room. They did nothing. Expedia would have been far more helpful.

Over years I rented 2 hotels and 1 car in different countries. All providers charged unannounced extra fees. Last time, for the car rental Booking.com told me to not worry, they understood the issue and the car rental shouldn't have charged these fees, to complete my rental has planned and to fill out a claim when back home. I did it and not only they rejected my claim while I provided the same information I provided before but when I have tried to escalate it, they hanged off on me every attempt. We are talking here $429 extra for a $890 car rental. For hotel I was charged 13% extra at the front desk because it was a Booking.com reservation. Both hotel in Canada and in Costa Rica were below standard one with cockroach and limited bedding, no soap, no towels, etc, the other one in Canada with angry owners and post-it literally everywhere in the bedroom to dictate what to do or not. I'll never ever use Booking.com again. I really enjoyed using other apps such as Expedia, TripAdvisor and Viator and would recommend using these ones instead.

Just after booking a flight I asked for a refund ob about 900 USD for a flexible ticket. It has been two months now and every time I write to them they keeps saying that the payment has been authorised, that the "financial department" is aware of the delay and that they will contact me when they payment can be made. Today they tell me that it's not their fault but Gotogate 's fault. Gotogate? The ones that most users dislike? The 1 out of 5 star company? So Booking.com cannot do anything about it? I wish I would have known. Never again!

Worst experience ever. We had reservations for 3 bedroom pet friendly in Pawley Island for business weekend. Was in SC eating waiting for 3 checkin. Received email cancelling reservation due to plumbing issues. Would and did not substitute another rental. Said cancelled at NO Charge! They cancelled on us! Luckily found 3 hotel rooms pet friendly at Country Inn & Suites. No thanks to them. Don't and won't recommend using.
Booking.com is a rip off. Please do not waste your money because you cannot get refund or change any reservations through this third-party company. I end up paying over $1000 for a hotel room in Las Vegas that was booked through booking.com needed to change my reservations and I could not change or cancel.
This company should not be in business! There main purpose is to screw people! I had a car rental through them and due to flight delays and flight detours due to lack of fuel I didn't arrive at Orlando as expected totally out of my control now they refuse to return my money, that's BS. I will never use them again and recommend that you don't use them either unless you have money to throw away.
Tip for consumers:
Your company is horrible! Will never use again and will definitely recommend that my family and friends not use them!

I ordered a $127 flight with them, and was extremely happy with the budget price (only reason I went with booking over the others). I checked out and purchased the ticket only to realized I was charged $270! They claimed they charge an extra $130 for a carry on bag! A carry on bag was costlier than my actual flight. They refused to refund me (I called them right after making the purchase). Poor customer service, misleading prices and a clown company in general. Stay away

Booking.com host hotel that provide false advertising, no toilet paper, & bedbugs. They would not provide refunds after spending with for years without complaint. Use another third party service NOT Booking.com.
No words to describe. Had talked about it to customer service for hours... And no results.

We booked a "VAN" at RIO airport through Booking.com and infomred them that we are 4 pessengers with 6-7 suitcases. However we were provided with a SUV (which already had a gas cyclinder in the trunk) and could barely fit 2 suitcases. Their rep name "Branda" ran away after taking us to the car and never picked up our calls or replied our messages after that.
Horrible experience in a new country. We ere left standing at the airport with 2 kids with all our luggage.
Never using booking.com again.
I've been trying to get my money back from booking.com cancelation for the longest time ever. The amount of over 500$ has been taken out of my "wallet" and never returned! Customer service is fully automated, which means you never get to speak with an actual person. All emails are answered by an automated service as well. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH booking.com! Go to hotels directly or airbnb.
Tip for consumers:
Total rip off!!! Stay away from booking.com!
I had a highly disappointing experience with Booking.com regarding a supposedly fake apartment in Amsterdam. We were not only scammed out of 910 euros but also subjected to a distressing situation that's hard to put into words. Despite providing ample evidence of the scam, Booking.com and their customer service not only refused to refund the money but completely dismissed the matter. It's incredibly disgraceful and unprofessional. The company's behavior is nothing short of cheating and fraud, preying on innocent victims like us for their financial gain. It's essential for them to be held accountable for their actions, and if any semblance of professionalism remains, they should reach out to rectify the situation. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed with Booking.com's lack of integrity and accountability.
Tip for consumers:
Booking.com is solely responsible for anything they post on their platform and if anyone or any group manages to hack their system to scam us then Booking.com is accountable. It is because of them I got hooked up with the property that scammed me and now Booking.com is simply denying everything despite all the supporting documents. I call that FRAUD.........

Disappointing Experience - Unfulfilled Booking and No Refund
I regret to share my disappointing experience with Booking.com regarding a reservation I made for an Oyo hotel in Mumbai. Despite making a reservation and paying half of the total amount in advance, I encountered a significant issue upon arrival.
Upon reaching the hotel, I was informed that the booked room was unavailable and that I could secure a room by paying an additional Rs. 1000 beyond the originally listed price on Booking.com. This unexpected demand was both distressing and unprofessional.
Despite raising this concern with the hotel staff, I was met with indifference and no resolution was offered. To exacerbate matters, I've reached out to Booking.com's customer care twice over the past three months, yet regrettably, no action has been taken to rectify the situation or refund my money.
My sincere advice to future guests is to exercise caution when using Booking.com. It appears that their booking system does not guarantee room availability, and the lack of responsiveness to customer concerns is disheartening. I strongly recommend calling and confirming reservations directly with the hotel to avoid unforeseen complications.

I'm a property owner who listed my property with Booking.com. Waste of time. I've spent 10+ hours on the phone in the last year dealing with issues associated with 5 reservations, no shows, fraudulent bookings, etc. They're very polite, but transfer you several times, have bad connections, tell you they'll call back (part of security procedure) and the call doesn't connect, some reps don't know what they're doing (lack of training), and screwed me out of $1103. One night I had to call them five times and got bounced around endlessly, having to explain my story again and again. They don't accept payments for the 1st three bookings, they make you accept it, which left me with two no shows and not getting paid $5046.

I Booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a week in Malaga Centro, Spain. Apartamento San Francisco, for Christmas 2023 for my family, I paid in full and received confirmation the booking was accepted. We waited and waited for check in and then our booking was cancelled on the App with no warning and the 5 of us were left stranded in the dark in Malaga with no accommodation. We tried customer support with very little response until our phones died. The blood actually drained from my face, I was in complete shock. I have Type 1 diabetes and my daughter has narcolepsy, this was a real nightmare situation for us. After trying about 20 hotels we eventually got a hotel ourselves at approximately 10pm that night. Nobody at Booking.com followed up with us at all and there was no compensation to cover the huge extra costs. Do not use Booking.com if you want a reliable accommodation service.

Price gouging criminal. Rather than welcoming guests, the bait-and-switch operation lures travelers seeking a clean room, only to leave them as dissatisfied as Sopranos finale viewers. A simple reduction in charges was all that was needed
I booked a scam on booking.com and fought so hard for my refund. I still haven't received the refund for the scam, but only for the additional costs that came from booking a new accommodation. Worst customer service on the planet and they're making billions.
Called customer service over a charge and it was not resolved or helped by a manager I spoke with mark and a anjel and two other non speaking English associates will not use site again will continue to post reviews I don't know why I had to give a star because they don't deserve any
Tip for consumers:
Better service and more knowledge of there jobs
I thought I was booking directly with the hotel and these scam artist took me to their site with pictures of the hotel making me believe I was booking and paying directly. Then I was quoted $299 per night for two rooms and charged over $850 on my credit card. I can see why they operate out of the Netherlands so they can avoid prosecution. Total corruption
Tip for consumers:
Don't ever use this site and call the hotel to make a reservation to avoid scam artists like this.
As a couple in our mid 60s we enjoy travel, and like to try new experiences. For some of those trips, Booking.com has been very helpful. However, with serious issues on two of our last three reservations we will no longer be using this service.
Our first issue was back in July when we had plans to stay at Staybridge Suites in St. Petersburg to attend a nearby Rays game. My husband was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia the day before and I immediately contacted both the facility and Booking.com. Customer service for Booking.com told me that while I could not get a refund, I could reschedule my stay at no penalty, provided the hotel would confirm. Staybridge suites NEVER communicated with us at all and closed the reservation as if we had arrived, eliminating any hope of recouping our losses.
The second issue was just recently when we booked a Vacasa cabin through the site and learned to our dismay that the remote location was nearly inaccessible by car. We do not own a four wheel drive vehicle and were not advised that the cabin was so difficult to attain. Again we asked both parties for a refund but after several days of calling and texting, both parties claimed that they other one denied refund. We will never use either one again.

A lot of money for a flight was taken from my partners acc and within seconds it was cancelled leaving this money somewhere? Where? The response was that it would be refunded within 2-5 working days. Not good enough. It should have never been taken in the first place. This system you have really needs to be sorted out as it upsets people, not that you care but it does. Sort it out! Very unfair!
