Be aware, They are very unprofessional. If you are a first time customer they put hold on your order and ask you for bank statement verification. They also asking for more money in middle of the process.
I was chatting with their customer service (Lucy) to let them know I am not comfortable to send my bank statement picture and why you increase the payment all she said was "This is against our Policy." (I wonder even they have any policy) Then, I called to provided number to talk to a manager but guess what?! Lucy picked it up. (So Creepy!) I mean in this company only Lucy is working then they ask me for bank statement verification.
Totally fishy business and something is wrong with these people. If someone is reading this and can do something please investigate these people.

The essay results? Not good. No, it's the worst. The wording that the "professional writer" used is horrible and confusing.

Was told I would receive my rush paper ($124) and the paper was NEVER written nor delivered. They have LOST a customer. I spoke with Alex over and over, but I do not believe he ever corresponded with the writer. I think he told me that to keep me hopeful I would receive my paper. I waited until 2am. At that time I was told, by Alex, he would start the refund process. Run do not walk from this company. Save your stress for something else.

I have used this site multiple times and have had multiple problems; from the writers not meeting my instructions, to me having to submit multiple revisions, new writers being assigned. I thought by paying more for the premier writer that would change but it only added more problems.
